Clean, in center of town. The front desk was kind to point to where we could get taxi.

Spotlessly clean. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Modern design. We would definitely stay here again.

Location to attractions was great. However was very disappointed with our room. Flooring between the bedroom and bathroom was torn up. As bathroom tiles were coming off. Felt dirty with these circumstances.

City break so hotel was perfectly located. Room was on the small side and a bit tight for moving around but for just two nights it was fine. Looking out over the square and restaurants but the room was amazingly quiet with the window set up. Liked that we could wander out to the lovely wee lounge area and have a coffee from the pod machine for €1 and sit and watch over the square

Lovely modern, clean hotel with an excellent location right in the centre of the old town. The electronic system to unlock the room door wasn’t the easiest to get the hang of, but would definitely stay there again.

I emailed the hotel to give them an opportunity to rectify my complaint before leaving a review. They didn’t reply so here we go. We stayed in room 8 of this hotel and it was genuinely awful. The bed was broken and the mattress was so worn every spring was sticking through. The room was tiny so we just wanted to get out. Due to the severe rain we wanted to leave the passports behind but we couldn’t becuase the safe did not work. The bar below was dragging tables around until 1am and presumably the cleaner started at 5am, dragging the tables around once again with loud music playing. I have never felt so awful leaving a hotel stay, and this wasn’t exactly tha cheapest hotel in the world. I was going to say something at checkout but the receptionist didn’t ask if everything was ok. Maybe that room is notoriously bad, who knows. The one positive to pluck one out is that the location is good. However, I would consider a chain hotel rather than a ‘Boutique’ next time.

Great little hotel right in the heart of the city. Spotlessly clean, great shower and a comfy bed. We were in room 8 next to reception and above the street and had no issues wirh noise whatsoever. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Great location, the room was beautiful and was very cleaned ,every thing smells great. I love it
The only thing was the parking because they don’t have in place and the parking near to the hotel is expensive

This property is ideal. Right in the heart of the old town, really convenient. Places to eat in abundance. Right next to the castle and only a 10 min walk to the beach. Room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. A perfect place to stay

Great hotel in the heart of the old town. Fabulous, walkable location. Spotless rooms. Large bed and bathroom. The door took some getting used to but once I’d figured it out was no problem. Would absolutely recommend this hotel. No pool - beach is great.

I didn’t really believe them that the super windows would keep out noise, but they absolutely do. Very quiet . A/C worked so well I had to actually turn it down and it was summertime hot. Breakfast was nice and the even made us some breakfast to go because we had an early tour. It is not a hotel with many amenities but it works well.

We had a room directly above the tables of the Pimpi restaurant with lots of noise and no privacy.

The staff was so nice! And very helpful. The views from the dinning room are beautiful. Each room has a balcony. And I was surprised to see that the room I rented had 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms. Not sure why I was expecting 1 bedroom 1 bathroom and a pull out couch. Location was PERFECT! Restraints and shopping only a few feet away

Very smart little hotel in a fanastic location. In the old town. Opposite the Alcazaba. Surrounded by great bars and restaurants

Fantastic value in a prime location across from the Teatro Romano. If you love feeling the energy of a city then this is the location for you as the rooms overlook one of the liveliest parts of the Old Town. You are within walking distance of major attractions, shops and restaurants. Playa Malagueta is a quick 10 minute walk and there is also a taxi rank around the corner from the hotel. If you are a light sleeper this may not be for you as Malaga is a lovely town that goes late into the night. However, if you are an explorer and love high energy city visits then Teatro Romano is perfectly situated. The rooms are smaller which is expected in a city environment and were well decorated and sparkling clean. The staff was incredibly helpful with suggestions for best restaurants and beaches. We even got to watch a free flamenco concert from our rooms balcony! Great visit and we will definitely book with Teatro Romano again!

Small hotel in a fabulous location. Great value, highly recommended!

Fantastic location but what you don't realise is that the hotel is actually only on the first floor of the building (accessible by stairs or lift), so you have people living above you and bars and restaurants below (which we knew about). The small breakfast room is part of the reception area, but it is light and pleasant and has windows with great views. We arrived over an hour early, but our room was ready. The room was much smaller than we had hoped for but there was a huge, comfortable bed, although the duvet was far too thick for May! The rooms with views of the Alcazabar are on the side of the building but you cannot draw back the curtains to take advantage of them because the bars below were full of people sitting outside in full view of your window! At night it was possible to hear people walking around in the apartment above until the early hours of the morning and noise from the kitchen below. The apartment had very good glazing so there was no street noise, unless you opened the window! We asked if we could have a different room for our second night and this was arranged on the other side of the building and was much quieter. The staff were friendly and helpful and, as always, we loved Málaga!

The property is right in the middle of city life with its Many cafes/restaurants and a short walk to the waterfront.
It was a bit difficult to get the room door to open (its too fancy of a lock). A simple key or key card would be just fine.
Otherwise we enjoyed the bkfst (not included) and the location, as we only stayed one night in Malaga.

Great location near major attractions. Staff was great and prepared us breakfast to go when we were leaving early for a day tour.

Situated in the city center, everything was within walking distance. Train station and bus services were excellent. Windows are high quality so no city noise! Air conditioning worked great. Staff was very accommodating and packed us a lunch as our check out time was early!

Hotel overall is lovely and in a great location, room was nice but looked out onto a brick wall with no view (room 15 same floor as reception). We asked for an upgrade but non was available.
We were also next to a stag party, who were extremely noisy at 4am in the morning, fighting, shouting etc. and there is no one on reception after 9pm. I would not recommend a single traveller staying here as it was really intimidating.
10.0 / 10.0
Lovely room. Windows made a perfect seal from the noise in the bars outside.
The locks on the room doors however, were bizarre. Nobody in any of the rooms could operate them without several attempts and so every time someone in the coridoor opened their door, you were woken by repeated loud electronic whirring noises, until they managed to enter or exit!!
