Check in was great. The hotel itself very clean, tidy and staff accommodating. However, no tea bags in room or decaf coffee. Furthermore the kettle was completely frothed up with limescale and filter was missing from spout, totally unusable. Electric light above bathroom mirror faulty and therefore could not use the electric shaver point attached, this was very disappointing!

Our stay was ok - parking very limited at the hotel, room and decor needed up dating , bulb in shower needed replacing , flaking paint wirk in bathroom .
Comfortable room small double bed.

Food very good nice room. only criticism
Toilet paper could have been better quality

We stayed after a friends wedding. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent

The place itself is OK, but it's one of those venues where there is no trust. No room charges, which isn't good for business travel. I always end up in a single bed which is not comfortable.

A beautiful location. A lovely room. Delicious breakfasts. Helpful, friendly staff.

room 4 is a road facing room and as a results its very noisy as the hotel is on the main road. Cant have the window open to sleep. Older building means no double glazing.
I had an issue with the shower - too hot to use and you could only make it very hot or boiling.....so much so i couldn't even stand in the shower as the water in the tray was too hot !
Brilliant staff though. Evening meal environment spoilt by a young chap who thought he was really intelligent by F'ing and Jeffing as loud as he could at the bar. My impression was he may have been an off duty member of staff. ( makes me sound like a miserable old man - but it really wasn't needed)
Great staff though and the food was good

The Deeping Stage is really a lovely pub/hotel with a great restaurant serving some lovely food at a very reasonable price. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The whole ambiance is really beautiful. Thank you for such a lovely weekend stay.

Generally good but parking could be an issue.

Great property very friendly staff good value.
1.5
Staff really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no sound proofing in the rooms and large gaps under the doors. I could hear every word of my neighbours phone call and it felt like they were in the room with me.
The pub was lovely but let down by the noise and lack of cleanliness (e.g. dirt on sheets, food on the floor) in the rooms.

Gorgeous building in the centre of the historical town of Market deeping . The internal decor of the bar and restaurant is lovely and very comfortable. Friendliest staff ever . We had lunch of southern fried chicken burger , very generous portion and delicious. We booked one night b&b . The room was spacious and the bed was huge , spotless and very comfortable. Lovely bathroom . Breakfast was delicious we had eggs benedict and amazing coffee . Would definitely stay again . Highly recommended

Tired room with basic facilities. Hotel, building and location are good. I wouldn’t stay again.

Lovely location, most comfortable. Parking a bit limited. Good breakfast but only disappointment was that with a restaurant and a bar advertising a selection of real coffees, so obviously coffee machine(s) available, the breakfast coffee was hot water in a pump flask and a choice of coffee sachets and tea bags. Expectations were higher.

While this is advertised as a hotel it is more like a pub. The room was clean but the mattress could do with replacing.

Superb Customer Service, lovely people, excellent breakfast 👍

Excellent pub, with great food and drink. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.
Bed (Room 10) was really creaky, but overall, a nice stay.

Really nice hotel - Parking is very limited. If you drive in and the three spaces are taken, there is very little room to turn around, so be wary.
The bar and restaurant are very presentable with a good selection of food and drink.
Breakfast is really hearty too!

This was a very nice hotel only let down buy the room we stayed in. Room 1 had no wifi connection and the TV also had very poor signal, not ideal.

The second time we stayed here and ate in the restaurant in the evening too. Food and staff lovely. Rooms spacious and clean.
Cooked breakfast excellent but limited buffet (we were last down this time so may have just ran low)
Enjoyed the bar and cocktails and the outside area is great
Will definitely return if in the area

A good stay. wi-fi a bit on the poor side but otherwise a good stay. Breakfast was excellent.

Nice quaint hotel on the banks of a small river.

Nice place, but the kitchen closed to early, no dinner when you check in late. The room wass also very hot, no air condition.

Absolutely excellent and will be back again soon

We stayed here as a family of four for 3 nights over the weekend. Having read reviews about noise, I was a little unsure as to whether I would regret the booking. My fear was unfounded. We understand that the bar was open until between midnight and one o'clock, however, none of us were disturbed.
Positives
1. Spacious main bedroom with a smaller separate bedroom with twin beds for the children
2. The room was nice and warm
3. The staff were brilliant, especially the lovely Scottish lady and all the staff working in the restaurant at breakfast
4. The breakfasts were cooked to order and a fantastic choice
Negatives
1. The mattress was thin and soft
2. The room needed redecorating a in a few places
Would I stay here again? Yes.
Delicious breakfast and brilliant staff. Spacious room that just needs a quality mattress and a lick of paint in places.

Staff was amazing, food was fantastic, facilities were adequate.

The website should say that on Fridays and Sat are loud music till early hours.
After a long day travelling i was looking forward to a drink and dinner.
I then went to bed to relax around 9pm as shattered. I did not sleep till 1am when the music ended.
The bathroom in number 10 smelt smoke too.
Overall not impressed.
The chap doing breakfast rebuilt my faith in the service so well done.
I tried to see reception and no one around. I lost the will at that stage.

Very good room and bathroom, plenty of space in the room not like some places we have stayed in
