Why choose a hotel when you can have all the comforts of home in this immaculate penthouse condo? Building was recently developed so everything is nearly new. Located just steps from Downtown Manistee, the unit is the perfect central hub for everything this area has to offer.
The unit has the absolute best views in town! Enjoy the freighters coming through the channel from your private balcony or experience downtown events right out the front door.
Amenities include central air and laundry in unit. Cable service and WIFI, with smart TV is included.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. and a k-cup coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include dishwasher, ice maker, and blender. Also included: bed linens, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products.
LOCATION: The condo is centrally located in downtown Manistee with easy access to shops, restaurants, and everything the city has to offer! Also, you are only approximately 1 mile from the beaches of Lake Michigan, 12 minute drive to Little River Casino, and 15 miles to Northern Natural Winery!
EDGEWATER: This recently developed condo building is located on the shores of the Manistee Channel, right at downtown Manistee. There is a parking lot to the rear of the building and every unit has 1 designated parking spot. Additional parking is available in the public lot across the street, but it can fill during popular holidays or festivals. The building does have secure security doors and the access code is provided prior to check in.
** Please note: The HOA does not allow rental units to accept pets. This is strictly enforced and any evidence of pets in the rental can result in eviction or fines. Additionally, this building is a "smoke free project" which includes the grounds around the property. There should be no smoking at all on property. **

Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay.
ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests.
DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely.
Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy.
For safety reasons, there may be external security cameras in use. Please contact us if there are any questions or concerns.

The property was very nice, however, it was very loud due to the traffic going over the bridge all day and night. We were not notified about being unable to use the parking lot until we were almost there. We could walk on the lot after 7:00 in the evening on check in day and could not drive on it until Wednesday. This was very upsetting since my sister-in-law has to use a walker and I need a cane. Having to walk across the very busy street was not easy. I was told that I would be compensated for one night's stay. I'm assuming that this will be credited back to my card.

all the tap water mostly the hot water had a horrid smell so we had to buy water for coffee,tea,etc we limited showers due to smell, the owner came and said it was the water heater and the plumber came 10 minutes before we left. the owner didsay he would offer some form of compensation for a future stay the place itself was very clean and beatiful

Great place! Great views of the river and the draw bridge (got to see a very large ship go through!) Very clean, a lot of good sitting/ conversation area, close to downtown and the beach, comfortable beds, plenty of towels - both bath and kitchen. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again when visiting the area.

Unit is awesome, needs a few amenities, tissues, bar soap,better TP. Blow dryer second bedroom. - bring/buy your own. For the most part very clean. Sticky table tops in sitting area, large amount of hair in second bath shower.
