We are delighted to present this super cozy and luxurious two-bedroom apartment in the heart of historic Rochester which is approximately 15 mins walk to Rochester station which is just ½ hour high speed to Kings Cross St Pancras (International)!

This bright and spacious apartment has been designed to a high standard, with all household items provided for your ultimate comfort from brand new quality mattresses to funky jungle themed lounge diner to chill.

This completely renovated (in 2021) first-floor two-level apartment is part of a beautiful restored Victorian building (just three flats in the building) with a bright and refreshing design. A range of shops are on the same street with a mini Londis supermarket with range of food and groceries, 2 mins walk.

This superior accommodation consists of a large open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with a brand new smart TV with access to Netflix and streaming services plus Freeview. Both of the two bedrooms are fully upmarket with brand new beds and mattresses one with ensuite and the other with its own TV.

Ground floor there is a family shower room with toilet and upstairs there is a full sized bathroom ensuite with shower and WC. The apartment is also well-equipped with a brand new range of equipment including: washing machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, ironing facilities, hair dryer plus a large fridge freezer.


Location

This apartment is excellently located within minute’s walk to the visit the centre of Historic Rochester. Rochester Castle boasts one of the best-preserved and finest examples of Norman architecture in England. And if that’s no enough you can also walk to the famous Rochester Cathedral, England's second oldest, founded by Bishop Justus.

This apartment is part of a luxury conversion of an historical Victorian building with just two other flats in the block, perfect for contractors, families and those seeking a home from home and a quiet stay.

Rochester if full of fantastic restaurants and café’s and you will never be board during your stay. There is also no-restricted parking on the side roads.


The space
Kitchen Area
Fully equipped with brand new appliances and kitchenware, there is gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Plus a sensible range of sharp knife’s and pots and pans!
Dining Area
This space is open plan with the dining area and combined living space. The dining table is set with leather effect seating for 4 with everything from placemats, pizza cutters and champagne flutes.


Living Area
We styled this with bright colours and humour to cheer you up after a long day. We love the monkey lamps and our parrot lamp. We also left you with a chess set if you want to give that a whirl 

Downstairs Bathroom and Toilet
This bathroom has a brand newly-installed shower unit and W/C, (no bath in this one). The bath is upstairs in the ensuite. Fully kitted with quality soaps towels etc. PS. this property also includes a complete range of cleaning and laundry items including iron, clothes drying rack, hoover etc.

Double room
Complete with a brand new double bed and a top of the range mattress, for this bedroom and we have left you with a brand new TV to enjoy some late night movies.

Twin Ensuite Bedroom (uptairs)
This cosy and bright twin room is furnished with two single beds both with premium newly-installed memory foam mattresses as well as a freestanding clothes rack and lighting. There is a huge ensuite bathroom attached to this room with full sized bath, shower attachment and WC.

Parking

There is no restricted parking in the streets next to the property, there is a loading bay right in front of the front door to unload your luggage.
