Exceptionnel

Exceptionnel, propreté,équipements, piscine table de ping pong, cuisine équipée à partager avec tous les équipements Sans parler des hôtes hyper accueillants à l écoute plein d excellents conseils pour manger et visiter la région un moment de grande qualité que nous aurions voulu prolonger Je recommande fortement... Alles van begin tot einde was TOP. Vriendelijke en behulpzame uitbaters voor wie niks te veel is. Ik was dan ook in shock door het lezen van het commentaar en de score van Silgado . We waren getuige van de hele situatie en er klopt niks van het hele verhaal. Zijzelf waren echt onaangename mensen die met niks tevreden waren. Moesten wij kunnen ze kregen 20 op 10. Kalme omgeving, altijd parkeerplaats, voortreffelijk proper, prachtig zwembad. Wij hadden de suite met privé terras en is buitengewoon mooi en leuk. Kortom een aanrader

No repetiré, no lo recomiendo.

Casa remodelada, bastante nueva, piscina aunque incómodo porque siempre había alguien y los dueños muy pendientes.

Sin duda la anfitriona Viki, pedante, mal educada, no sabe tratar con personas. Ponen muchas normas en el alojamiento y luego nos las cumplen, como por ejemplo a las 12 de la noche no se podía hacer ruido ni fiestas, pues los anfitriones estaban allí hasta las 3 de la mañana, casi todos los días,no respetando el descanso de sus huéspedes. Me parece una falta de respeto, porque al final pagas para descansar. Los dueños viven en la casa y no te quitan el ojo, pagas por algo que al final no puedes usar (piscina, barbacoa, cocina exterior, como están ellos, al final tiene que pedirles permiso y puede que te miren hasta mal eso tampoco es de agrado). La cama más mala e incómoda de la historia, no había almohadas, solo cojines, mi chico y yo que sufrimos de la espalda salimos muy adoloridos. Lejos de la playa y centro de la ciudad, no está urbanizado y por lo tanto no hay luces. Nos cobraron 3 semanas antes de entrar en el alojamiento no cumpliendo con la condición de cancelación gratuita hasta 24 h antes. En fin una experiencia que no me gustó y que no recomendaría, esta casa de viky. Debo decir a su favor que su marido era una persona muy amable y que al contrario de la anfitriona se prestaba para todo y supo tratarnos como se debe.

Una excelente calidad precio y los propietarios muy agradables!

La piscina y los jardines están muy bien cuidados y limpio todo,tener una cocina en el jardín totalmente equipada nos pareció un gran plus!

Vicky et Hugo sont un couple très sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service, et francophone. Le logement était agréable avec sa terrasse privée. Le jardin avec piscine très joli.

Simple, comfortable and pleasant.

Lovely and quiet with a delightful garden and very helpful hosts

Its location was pretty out of town with no local bars or restaurants meaning a drive to do anything.

Best place around Cadiz in this price range

We were warmly welcomed and received a room update. It seemed to be freshly renovated and very clean und nicely furnished. There is an outside area with kitchen and pool. This place is very much recommended, enjoy your stay.

Prima plekje!

gastvrij ontvangst door Vicky, spreekt redelijk Nederlands omdat ze oorspronkelijk uit ( Franstalig ) België komt, prima kamer met goed bed!

Er was niets dat ons stoorde, ligt iets buiten Santa Maria maar als met een (huur) auto bent is het 10 min rijden naar het centrum Santa Maria Tip! Mocht je van daaruit Cadiz willen bezoeken, pak de veerboot vanuit Santa Maria ( circa € 2,80 p/p enkele reis en gaat ongeveer om de 45 minuten )

Leuk verblijf.

Rustige buurt. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Zwembad met ligbedden ter beschikking. Badhanddoeken ter beschikking. IJskast op de kamer. Alle dagen gratis fles water ter beschikking. Ontbijt werd aangepast aan onze vraag.

Tijdens ons verblijf van 4 dagen is er niet gepoetst in slaapkamer en badkamer. Propere badhanddoeken moesten we vragen. Er was geen privé terras aan kamer terwijl dit wel vermeld was op booking.com. Je kon niet rechtstreeks van kamer in badkamer.

Exceptional

Beautifully laid out premises, clean and comfortable. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was so welcoming after a hot day. Nicely situated in the quiet outskirts of the town, but short car journey to the town centre or ferry to Cadiz. We would come here again and recommend it to anyone.

Not much to dislike. There was still a bit of work being done in one guest room, but they made sure we were not disturbed.

Bedroom, swinging chair in garden, bathroom room , Vicky and Hughes very friendly ,informative.

Swimming pool looked unusable,not inviting,,bar not open . Breakfast lacked any choice, No parking
