We had a toilet that was so low I could not use it Without my husband having to pull me up.

After a bad experience at the Best Western the night before Amira was a shining light! She greeted me with a big smile when I walked in. Our rooms were ready, clean. The only improvements I'd suggest are the parking lot is a little sad and the bathtub looks old. Other than that everything was great! The lobby was very nice and the seating area for breakfast was very comfortable!

The room smelled and the caulking around the tub had black mold underneath. There were cobwebs between the curtains and the window. There was no mattress cover that was zippered around the entire mattress to prevent bed bugs. I always check the mattress and there were stains on the mattress. The hallway to the room smelled like marijuana and so did the floor under mine. The ice maker was in my floor was leaking.

The property does not meet Hampton standards in my opinion. The pillows were ripped and stained. The sofa was very warn and stained. looked like it had just been repainted in places but paint already peeled off. The rug had an old smell to it.

Was money well spent

Gym should be called cardio room. Missing dumbells, Dumbells up to 15lbs only and one 20lbs because the other is missing Dirty room Out dated everything Not worth the price

Rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel was in need of a refurbishment. We arrived late and didn’t take notice of the soiled duvet until the morning. Also the pillows were past their prime and should be replaced. We brought these conditions to the attention of the front desk agent, who was kind enough to apologize and assured us that it these items would be taken care of. Imagine our surprise when we returned later in the afternoon to find the soiled duvet still on the bed, albeit the two pillows we requested were delivered. So we spoke to the same Front Desk agent and thanked her for the pillows, but reiterated that the soiled duvet wasn’t replaced. She again apologized and radioed their housekeeping department while we were at the desk. Feeling confident that the situation would be resolved prior to us retiring for the evening we left the property at 2:30pm. Upon returning at 10PM, much to our surprise the bed was neatly made WITH the soiled duvet in place! Tired and a tad over this place, I preceded to remove the soiled duvet and presented it at the front desk. Christine was polite and went above and beyond to retrieve a clean duvet insert so that we were warm and comfortable for the evening! Thanks to the kind and attentiveness of all the Guest Services staff who were the only shining stars we encountered! Shame on the maintenance, housekeeping and management for not maintaining the property nor ensuring that the Guest Services staff had the tools and support to confidently service their guests.

Upon checking in there was a gentleman in front of me that was offered all type of service while he couldn’t even stay in the hotel but when my time came the front desk barely asked if i was a Hilton member or offered me a water that most members get, when Intold him i was a member he just brush me off, the next day when i explained it to the next front desk lady she brushed me Off at first and after i told her well i just saw you offered the previous guess water, i did not received any welcoming or any complimentary services that’s when she just hand me a bottle of water. The room bathroom is dirty and need to be remodel, i can barely open the door all the way in the bathroom because it’s very small and tight space, the whole hotel needs a makeover everything is old and dated

Those working at the reception desk were very kind and helpful. The breakfast was great! Just wish they had the homemade cookies in the lobby everyday, rather than just weekdays. Our stay was very nice!

Pool needs to be open

It was good pool closed outside was the worst part of the stay.

My room had some serious damp issues. You could smell the damp upon walking in, and I discovered (after taking my shoes off) a soaked spot in the carpet close to the entry door. I grabbed a towel to soak it up and it was yellow/brown water… I could not pinpoint where this leak was coming from. I had checked in quite late around 10pm and was only staying the one night with an early morning departure, thus deciding to live with it, but the room should not have been given to a guest in that condition. Given the previous reviews, I was very disappointed at the condition of my room.

Staff was pleasant

Poor lighting in room. Stronger light bulbs needed. News options for pillows. Feather pillows aren’t an option for people with allergies. Internet was intermittent. Not optimal for business when work needed to be done.

The property was really great. Everything was well kept and the staff was amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family so they can share the same great experience for an affordable price.

Awesome stay

Have stayed her many many times. Service was great, all employees were helpful and kind. Building needs to be updated. Driveway needs work. Have yet to be there when pool is open.

Friendly staff and coffee in the lobby 24/7. Limited dining options walking distance from the hotel.

The room stayed humid the entire trip. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Towels never dried after a shower. The pool was not open even though it was August - still had a cover on it. In a positive note: The breakfast was good. The people were all friendly.

Close to highway

Arrived late and was offered late check out. Breakfast was nice with a variety of options.

We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed the hotel. Overall no complaints. Breakfast was very good.

Ok

Dangerous to walk on the outside steps. Especially in the rain and at night with luggage. They are literally falling apart. Your outdoor area is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I had 2 pillow covers with old bloody stains on them. The bed cover had stains on it too. I will never stay at one of your hotels again. The only good thing about my stay was your kind staff at the front desk at check-in and at check-out. Their kindness was amazing.

Decent hotel for a short stay. Amina was lovely and checked on us shortly after checking in I just wish the room had a microwave.

Breakfast

Free Breakfast, carpet on floor in rooms are getting old, could be changed or changed to hard or wooden floors etc.

I like the front desk service was excellent In the other side my room was dirty
