Nothing whatsoever!!! Horrible, Nasty viscous front desk help. Dirty. Card reader entrances would not work. Not enough handicapped parking.

Staff friendly when I checked in. Check out staff was on their phone texting, did not acknowledge me and then left the front desk to come back without a word.

Hotel is in central location but cannot make left turn so hard to turn around to head towards freeway and Tarrytown/Sleepy Hollow during peak traffic hours/hard to get in and out. Parking garage feels unsafe, elevator in garage does not work and will need to haul luggage down one-story long ramp. Only one back entrance has working key scanner. Room has musty, unclean smell that I could still smell through the sheets to the pillow and mattress. Marijuana smell seeping under the door from the hallway at 6 am. Overall sketchy and run-down feeling. If I had not paid upfront already and was unable to refund, I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else.

I didn’t even get to stay. their wifi was down and they had no lobby area to relax until maybe if the wifi will come back up. I left after 30 mins of waiting

The staff was accommodating because we had to change rooms due to our television malfunction and the technician staff was not available.

However I had to call the front desk at 4:30am.because the refrigerator started to make a loud sound that woke me up out of my sleep. I was told that I should unplug the refrigerator myself by a staff member. I was appalled and I should have been compensated for that night reservation.
