About this house rental

There is plenty of room in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. The spacious, primary bedroom comes with a king-sized bed and features its own en-suite bathroom including a double-sink vanity. The other 2 bedrooms on the second floor include a queen-sized bed in one and twin-over-full bunk bed in the other. All bedrooms come with charging stations next to each bed for your convenience.

Please take advantage of everything available in the house. Enjoy an evening of ordering out at the 8 seated dining room table, prepare a home-cooked meal using the full kitchen that includes a full set of cook and dinnerware or for the more adventurous, feel free to use the grill out back and enjoy an evening outside on outdoor furniture on the elevated concrete patio.

Our home is adjacent to the Anheuser Busch grounds. Being in close proximity, stepping outside of this renovated, 2 story historic home you can oftentimes experience firsthand the fresh smells of the hops from the brewery headquartered in the beautiful city of St Louis. Aside from visiting the St. Louis Arch and the largest free zoo in the United States, St. Louis Zoo, one of the top attractions in the city, Anheuser Busch brewery tour, is located in eyeshot of the front door! Located 3 minute drive from Soulard Farmer’s Market, 7 minutes from Busch Stadium, 9 minutes from the home of the 2019 Stanley Cup Champions, St Louis Blues (Enterprise Center) and 14 minutes from the one of the highest rated urban public parks in the country, Forest Park, there is always something invigorating to take part only a short distance away. While there is plenty of street parking on the cul-de-sac out front, the house also includes 2 off street parking spots for your convenience.

This home is so welcoming and has everything you need. The hosts have thought of everything. The kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook and or grill meals. We did both. We sat in the backyard for breakfast and also in the evening, everyday. The location is fantastic. We were less than 10 minutes from the ballpark, the Arch, and all downtown activities. The communication from John was very responsive and quick. The instruction were so incredibly thorough with check in and check out that there was never a question and made everything so easy. This home is exactly as described and more. It was spotless and smelled so clean and sanitized. There was cold water in the fridge, after a long day of traveling, this home and all the detail to attention to make us welcome and comfortable was very much appreciated. The beds were so comfortable that each one of us got a great nights sleep each night. Thank you so much for sharing your home!

We rented True Colors for a long Spring Break Weekend trip for our daughters and it did not disappoint! The place was beautiful, spacious, and in a great neighborhood with fantastic restaurants! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful and spared no detail. The house was stocked with everything we might need and even included waters in the fridge! Such a great place! Would highly recommend!

Very peaceful easy to get to and back to interstate. Very spacious and clean if wasn’t so cold back yard area would have been used a lot. Owners were very helpful on answering questions before we got there. We had a great time and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The property was just as listed and Adam & John were exceptional hosts. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, from coffee to wine glasses and a nice surprise of water bottles in the fridge upon arrival. Having three immaculate and comfortable bedrooms was a huge plus for us and our two adult sons. We also enjoyed the back yard patio on our first night at True Colors. The location is great for a quick hop to downtown to see the Cardinals game, the Arch and more. We also walked over to the Anheuser Busch brewery to enjoy the Biergarten and took the tour the next day. It is also a quick walk across the bridge to the historic Cherokee Lemp district and we made a short drive to The Hill neighborhood for great Italian dinner at Mama's. True Colors was a great value for our 3 nights in the Lou.

We were in town with family and enjoyed our stay at their cozy, peaceful home. It was very convenient to downtown, just a quick drive. We cooked a few meals and also ordered food in. The beds were comfortable and all was very clean and tidy. If it had been cooler, I might have enjoyed coffee in the pretty backyard. Would stay here again.

The hosts are very thoughtful, down to labeling the light switches -- very helpful. The home had everything we needed for comfort, including soap and shampoo in the showers. The rooms were large -- six adults in the living/dining room area didn't feel crowded at all. The off-street parking and back patio were used and appreciated as well. There are even a few restaurants and bars within a 10-minute walk, and the Soulard Farmers Market just a 30-minute walk away. The home definitely met our needs.

The house was just as described by other 5 star ratings. It is nicely renovated with modern fixtures and appliances. Although two of us grew up in St Louis, we loved getting to know an area we had nver explored beyond the famed Soulard Market. The house itself was very comfortable. Please note it is across the.street from a very active trucking depot for the Brewery next door so if anyone is super sensitive to noise they might want to bring ear plugs. However, it did not disturb our sleep at all. And coming from a big city ourselves we also appreciated the extra security it provided! We hope to book the house next time we are in town!

My family loved this house! It was clean, neat and had such eclectic charm! We were a short drive to the arch, Busch Stadium, City Museum and amazing places to eat! John and Adam were more than accommodating and allowed us to book an extra night super last-minute when we arrived early! We would definitely stay here again!!

This fit all ages of my family. From-1 to grandparents. They had all the amenities of a hotel plus comfortable living space. Kitchen had everything we needed and bedrooms were large enough. They even had a pack n play for my granddaughter. Would definitely recommend them.

This was a great value for our family trip! 3 adults and 4 kids. Everything was very clean, safe location, and easy access to drive everywhere. The house had everything we needed. Just a heads up, super close to the Budweiser semi lot, so noise at all hours. But kids slept in the middle room with the bunks so they were good!
