Boutique is a bit of a stretch - room was very tired and a bit fusty though resolved by opening a window. Nice walk into town. Didn’t have dinner in the restaurant but breakfast was lovely. Good for a one night stopover. Car park is directly over road from hotel.

What a lovely, quaint boutique hotel. Beautiful breakfast, quiet and good area. My only complaint was that we were on the top floor in very, very hot summer weather and it was very hot. The small air conditioner was no match for the heat wave. However, it’s an old building so that’s how it is. Would highly recommend this place and would stay here again (except in very hot weather).

Rooms smelly.

Nice hotel outskirts of Baden-Baden. Good continental breakfast included. Small rooms but, good enough. Good value.
4.4
Very friendly staff to accommodate my request.

Brilliant. Great, comfy room with a little seating area. Receptionist very helpful and recommended Petra's food and wine in town which was lovely food and atmosphere. Bus is about 3 mins easy walk and regular bus to town and to the train station. Comfy beds, great shower, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Totally recommend

Front desk stayed open past hours and walked us to our rooms. Then let the kitchen know we wanted dinner past hours too. Dinner was great, our rooms nice and modern, and breakfast was plenty with good coffee.

Superb personable hotel 15/20 mins walk from centre of Baden-Baden with bus stops 5 mins walk away for connections to the train station or Iffezheim racecourse . Being away from the centre of town ensured a quiet stay and very competitive room rates . My single room had a small balcony with a very pleasant scenic view and hotel breakfast was excellent . There is also a very friendly restaurant (bierbrunnen) just 5 mins walk away . Only negative i can give is there was no room safe or fridge, but , even so, if i was to return to this area i would not hesitate to book here again .

Reception closed earlier than 8pm as expected and we didn’t realise we were in an annexe at no.9. We’d had a very long journey from Italy and very tired so it was difficult to read the information inside the envelope we had been left along with the key. Plus I have mobility problems so wasn’t expecting to walk from main building at no.5 to annexe at no.9. And my husband was disappointed there were no tea-making facilities in room.

Amazing stay. Wonderful breakfast included. Lovely room and bathroom. But advertised as air conditioned and it was not. There was a tower fan in room.
4.4
Clean, easy to reach by car, free parking.
It was 28degrees at the room and no airco, so it stayed 28 degrees the whole night, even with window open..

Wow! What a beautiful hotel. In my opinion, room 11 knocked it out of the park. Yes, I had to climb up 3 flights of stairs (what not everybody is able to do) but the view from the room made it all worth it. Great price too. Highly recommended!

A comfortable stay. Great breakfast and close to bus stop

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Good breakfast. Ilove it!!

Nice location

Hotel was lovely. The staff, room and breakfast were great. Our only issue was that the air conditioner was very loud.

The hotel is a bit north to the city center, but if you don't mind a 20 minute walk, it's an excellent choice. We had a big and well kept room, very quiet at night, a free parking, and an excellent breakfast. The price was reasonable, much more than "fancy" hotels closer to the city center, which charge three times more. The staff was very friendly. In short, highly recommended.

We stayed on the top floor. Large size room by European standard. Nice staff and a good breakfast.
4.4
Sort of easy to find - just don’t like cities really , parking across the road from hotel , owner very friendly , room itself was very nice , breakfast usual fayre , didn’t explore area much due to thunderstorms

Nice little hotel off the beaten path. I was attracted because of free parking and wifi. Nice bed, bath and very nice breakfast. Not a lot right around and we got in some good walking to and from downtown. No lift.

It was clear that they are deeply concerned with the guest experience and making sure people are happy during their stay. This comes across in the many little things that they do to make the stay more pleasing. For instance we traveled during a heat wave and while the hotel room had no air conditioning. The staff was sure to make certain that we had a fan that we were satisfied with and knew how to operate properly. This made all of the difference. The breakfast was also truly amazing.

We liked this hotel very much for our family of four. We actually had two adjoining rooms with one bathroom. The location is in a quiet area which was nice for sleeping at night with the windows open. Sadly, there was a very bright streetlight right outside our bedroom window, though. The hotel is very close to a nice restaurant/beer garden and the hotel has it's own very good restaurant. There is a bus stop close by that can take you into Baden-Baden. I think most people would not find it walkable to go into the city center, but we did on one occasion.

I liked the hotel and the friendly service. The wifi was fast and smooth. Parking just across the street was convenient and ample. The location is in a quiet area about 25 minutes of leasurely walk to the center. The breakfast was adequate.

20 minutes walk from the town centre. Good hotel, nice breakfast. Staff nice.

I enjoyed staying at this little hotel in the pretty town of Baden-Baden. I had a very comfortable single room - quite large by the standards of hotel single rooms. The bathroom was modern and excellent. Breakfast was a variety of the usual continental fare designed to appeal to most nationalities. I could actually have done with a wider variety of fruit but there was always fruit on offer.
The hotel is a 15 minute walk to the town centre along a pleasant route. There is a car park too and frequent buses into town and to the main station.
The hosts were charming and very helpful. I would definitely stay there again on a future visit. There is a restaurant on site. The town itself is very beautiful and I would recommend a visit to the spas, particularly Friedrichsbad.

Lovely old hotel in Baden-Baden. Be aware that there in no lift but the man at the front desk was kind enough to carry my bag upstairs. Clean, spacious rooms, a great breakfast, and easy parking across the street.

We booked the juniour suite, and the size feels like it is over 90 sqm. However the toilet is small, and the shower cubicle is the smallest I have been to in any hotels. Also the room feels very primitive with just the beds nothing else, and curtins which covers 70% of the windows only. Staff is friendly though, and I would have given a 2-star overall rating if not because of the room’s size.
4.4
Very nice hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was nice. I needed room for 4 so had room 1 and adjoining room 2 included as one.
4.4
Nice place to stay. There’s no lift and we were at the 3rd floor, not easy with the luggage. The parking was really helpful, and the breakfast nice. The trash is really small in the bathroom and the shower tube really short! But the room with air conditioning (only for the last floor) was helpful for August 2018! There’s a nice beer garden at 200m from the hotel, this was nice for the evening (The flamekunch were really nice at this place! ). Ask for a first floor (in details) if you cannot climb the third one! Everybody spoke French so this was nice for us!
4.4
Very cute boutique hotel. The beds were comfy, the space clean, and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We are vegetarian and there was plenty for us to eat. It’s a bit away from the center, so it’s easy with car, but luckily they have a free parking lot for the hotel just across the street, which we’ve found rare in big cities.
4.4
Lovely hotel and friendly staff . Hotel is beautifully decorated the restaurant and food was stunning . Only slight issue was no air con and was too hot but they did provide a fan . Other than that great stay would definitely go back

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely, cozy hotel.
It's a beautiful traditional house with renovated rooms in a quite area and few minutes' drive from the center.
The owner is very nice and helpful.

Amazing hotel with lots of character. Located in the center of town, everything is close. Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would recommend and use this hotel if visiting again.
4.4
Close to city, we had a great meal in the restaurant. Staff was very friendly and helpful, very clean room, breakfast was good value and parking available.
4.4
The staff was very accommodating for us as we had a late check in. Complimentary bottle of water in the room on arrival but unfortunately it was carbonated. We stayed one night and this place suited our purpose. Faint odor in rooms.

Freshly renovated rooms. Spacious for 3 adults. Location was just beyond walking distance to downtown, but quiet, residential and good for running. Breakfast very good. Also near a yummy bakery.
Evening staff not at all fluent in English, but friendly. She did not understand why internet wasn't working... We found out the hard way that only one of us could be on at a time. Morning receptionist spoke English much better.
