The electric sheets as well as room heater. Bath facilities.

The lack of irons as I was travelling to work daily. The quality of the towels. Toilet paper refill. There were ants coming from the balcony.

The property was beautiful, clean and very friendly staff. I like everything about the property.

We respect all people's religious beliefs and rights to pray in whatever form that they deem necessary as long as it does not infringe on other people's rights. We already had other guests checking out earlier than planned. Is there a possibility that you may pray without affecting the other guests next to your room? Welcoming and peaceful place to be

Unfortunately we didn't include breakfast. The location was exceptionally quiet. Very relaxing environment. Would not ming to book again and referring other people.

The only thing which disappointed us was the polished patch on couches which messed our clothes but Rati washed them without any waste of time.

The room we booked was exceptional,🥰😘 the bed was comfy the view was amazing, the pool was clean, the whole apartment was neat and clean and the outside garden was perfect for our pictures it was a nice peaceful quite place to be with your loved ones we definitely coming back again.

Load shedding only😞😞 But the was a generator for back up to keep us going and to continue watching Netflix.

shower and toilet sharing must be explained upfront PLEASE.

The garden and pool site is very beautiful. I'd advise that you book the entire 3 bedroom for family and not make them sharing with strangers.

If they were honest to say that we are booking someone's house and we had to share with someone a shower, the kitchen is limited for use, this was not what I expected. the bath water was cold.

I Arrived on time for checking in was locked out! No one to open the gate, no response from the intercom and called the contact number several times without success. Gave up After more than two hours stuck outside the gate☹️
