The Village of Britannia is a 90-acre estate community located in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach corridor, off West Bay Road in Grand Cayman. It features lots of green space, walking trails, swimming pools and a canal to the North Bay.
Britannia is ideally located a short walk away from award-winning restaurants and duty-free shopping at live-work-play development Camana Bay, as well as easy access to the world-famous Seven Mile Beach, via a safe and convenient pedestrian pathway. There are two options for walking to the beach. The shorter walk includes crossing West Bay Road, which provides pedestrian paths. There is also the Camana Bay pedestrian bridge which is just a little longer of a walk, as it takes you over the roadway.

Accommodation: This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condominium is located on the 3rd floor of this beautiful residential complex. With unobstructed views of the waterway, from both of its private patios. You can relax and enjoy outside dining, morning coffee or sunset cocktails, with plenty of space to choose from. There is a Keurig machine and also a regular 12-cup drip coffee maker. The 3rd-floor unit is accessed by stairs and has a dedicated free parking space. There is also visitor parking.
The living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, Master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, plus two additional guest bedrooms and bathrooms, are all located on the 3rd-floor level.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features an induction stove top, double oven, large wine fridge, wet bar, and surround sound providing guests with complete holiday luxury.

- seven (7) portable beach chairs
- one (1) portable beach umbrella
- one (1) Stand Up Paddle Board
- Beach Towels for all
- Shampoo, conditioner & shower gel
- Salt and pepper spices, otherwise no food in the unit.
Outdoor Entertainment: As this unit is canal front, it is the perfect location for you to rent kayaks and jet skis, explore the North Sound, or be picked up for a fishing, snorkelling or diving excursion to Stingray City!
Experienced boat operators can rent a private boat for part or all of your stay and use the condo's private dock, giving you the freedom to explore the Cayman Islands from the water! Cayman Islands Boat Rentals offers private boat, jet ski and kayak rentals.
Beautiful Seven Mile Beach is a 7-10 minute walk where you can take any of the 4 complimentary, lightweight folding beach chairs with backpack straps in the condo.
The Village of Britannia is a peaceful “community” of condominiums and villas and is a terrific place to stay with family or friends. There is plenty of space for you and your guests to spread out and each can have their own bedroom space!

Conveniently located condo with receptive and helpful managers. We were able to check in early and the condo had all the essentials ready and waiting.....

This property has plenty of room to spread out and relax. The rain shower in the master bedroom was wonderful. Plenty of closet space to unpack all your belongings. Located very close to Foster’s grocery store which had everything you could need. Seven Mile beach was a walkable distance, it had the whitest sand beaches and clearest water. We would definitely stay here again.

Great, updated and clean condo with all the amenities you need. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony by the canal, very peaceful. Seven mile beach is beautiful, amazing sunsets, it was about a 10 minute walk from the condo. We did rent a car which was a great way to explore the island and check out other beaches. Also enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic trip to Grand Cayman. The communication was amazing. Information that was given from before we left home to getting on the return flight was helpful to say the least. Thank you for everything. We would highly recommend this location.

I’ve stayed in a lot of different places but this was by far one of the easiest/best. Extremely accurate listing, nothing hidden from the guest. The property manager Ildi is very nice and knowledgeable and gave some great tourist suggestions for the visit. Also extremely convenient location to dive shops, restaurants, grocery, etc. Worth the stay!

The entire experience was amazing! The condo is exactly as it is pictured and more! Perfect for a large family, its spacious and comfortable. Conveniently located minutes to beaches and restaurants. Lldi is super responsive and a wealth of info. The tip on fresh fish from the Fish Market made for a home grilled fish dinner to die for. Will definitely be back!!

We met our adult kids here. All of us loved the accommodations. The condominium was well laid out, very spacious, and all of the bedrooms/bathrooms were lovely.
The location was very convenient to everything. We walked each morning and really enjoyed the views. So many wonderful memories made here.
