De bedden waren werkelijk voortreffelijk.

Het is allemaal toch wel gedateerd. 4 stoelen en een tafel van de Ikea lossen dat niet op. De kraan van de wastafel hebben we nooit aan de praat gekregen.

Great place with friendly hosts and great location

Location as a primary is fantastic. Hosts were great and very helpful. Looking forward to returning here again!

Fantastic! loved the retro vibe of the place.

Fantastic location! Close to all amenities and stones throw to the beach. The property had everything we needed, including a well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds. After a day at the beach the air conditioning in the apartment was a nice relief.

We really enjoyed the pool the only recommendation would be to have a toilet facility close to the pool.

A true gem in Clearwater

I loved absolutely everything about my stay here at Monaco Vacations. From the moment I arrived I was treated like a VIP and truly felt welcomed. The host Antoni was extraordinary and patient with all of my questions as it was my first time in Clearwater he guided me through it all which made me feel so at ease. The room was a dream, I felt at home as I opened the door and the cleaning crew are just simply amazing. I have never seen such a clean establishment in every sense. Oh my god the pool another dream with the waterfalls, I felt like I was in heaven! I can hardly wait to return and stay at the Monaco Vacations again one day. Aline

We had an amazing time, visiting Clearwater beach!

The location was perfect, very close to the beach! And walking distance to bars and restaurants!

The apartment is for 4 persons, we were with 3 persons and that was good, because there were not much utensils and plates, normal plates only 3, additionally there were more (hard) plastic plates, so we could manage, but forks, knives and spoons were not so much, we needed to wash them every day, I believe the forks, were only 3. So, if you are with 4 people, you have a problem. This could be a little bit better, for the rest, the apartment was great!

Easy access to the hotel and amenities!

Location was off the busy part of the main drag. Bed was very comfortable. Easy access with plenty of parking.

Bathroom was small with no vanity to prepare for a night out after a long day at the beach. The kitchen was outdated.

I loved the location, I loved the comfy bed, I loved the room except the bathroom! The ac kicked butt nice and cold the pool was awesome all around I really loved it!

the bathroom shower was very dirty looking and very small! it really needs upgrading, and the rooms are not so private the blinds on the door do not keep people from seeing in you should add some privacy curtain and I also think you should have blinds on all the windows along with the curtain, I did feel it had much privacy what so ever! I will book here again but I’ll bring stuff to make the room more private

It was a great stay! Would definitely recommend to others!

Love the location, the size of the apartment and the comfortable beds.

We did wish for a couple little things. One being a larger skillet for cooking, and some baking sheets for the oven. Something to wipe counters with, such as Clorox wipes! And lastly a better shower curtain set up, every time we showered, the bathroom floor would become soaked, even with the foot towel down.

This was our second stay here. We love the proximity to the beach and the downtown experience. We walk to and from Pier 60 and feel safe all times of day and night. The place is well maintained and clean. I like the full kitchen in the 2 bedroom apartment like room. I feel like it is a good value. We will stay here again.

Classic old Florida motel. Classic but clean and comfortable.

Classic old Florida. Super clean, fresh paint, plenty of free parking, good communication from host wonderful clean, warm pool with lots of loungers.

The bathrooms could use a facelift but it was clean and everything worked. Small shower but great shower head. Could use one like it at my own home.

I wanted to like it based on reviews. Bad guests, drugs, alcohol.

I liked the layout and design, and sitting areas by the room.

Filthy. Sheets had large blood stains on the corners, concerned for bed bugs, slept in vehicle instead, guests blaring music until 3am. Had to wear flip flops in the shower.

It was clean and in a great location

I paid for a double deluxe but only got a single bed and room instead. The shower was small also. Also, I had a hard time communicating with the owners of the property so that they could straighten out my reservation.

the apartment was very nice and comfortable. we enjoyed the pool.

We booked as a party of seven celebrating a birthday and the app recommended an apartment with a 2nd room. We were under the impression that they would be adjoining rooms. However we were extremely disappointed that the rooms were two buildings apart making it difficult to hangout as a family on our downtime. As for the single room there was no ac access in the second room forcing that person to leave the door open with no privacy. The refrigerator also didn't work consistently. Our neighbor thought it would be funny to blast on a Bluetooth speaker what sounded like a porno through the door and after several minutes of this we tried to contact someone on the property and never received a call back. We did have children with us and this was inappropriate. Overall we won't be staying again as a large group given the layout of the rooms.

The furniture was extremely uncomfortable. Overall all the corners of the place looked dirty, gave the appeal that it wasn’t clean. The pool looked completely different than advertised. There was no dresser/table to put items on top of (todo makeup/ get dressed) in the bedroom room making it tough to get ready. otherwise great location & easy checking in. has great potential!

Great Florida getaway.

Simply ideal for what we wanted, perfect location, parking right outside, clean, comfortable, great staff, no one in your face, pool was great, never too busy. All the utensils you need, good supply of basics left for you, will definitely return 👌.

glad we chose this place. great atmosphere location and value for the price.

so bright sunny and clean. cutely decorated. comfortable bed. I liked the beach towels being there and access to beach chairs. 👍🏻 perfect location so close to the beach and in a quieter location. but close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants. got to see the sunset every evening. liked being able to walk to the bay or beach. the pool was nice clean and perfect temp. nice quiet polite neighbors. loved having our own kitchen which had everything we needed including a coffee pot. and access to the patio to eat or sit outside. beautifully landscaped as well with palms and tropical plants. very safe and comfortable feeling like at home. I’m very glad we stayed here and would come again.

Fun!

Loved the pool and how close it was to the beach.

That someone was smoking weed and it was coming in the bathroom. Also the bathroom faucet was VERY hard to turn on. Then at night we had to ask someone to quit speaking so loudly outside.

Very Good place to stay would recommend, but again the neighbors being able to be heard clearly is definitely something

Definitely enjoyed the room itself and the vibe of the property makes it feel more like a home than a hotel

the neighbors can be heard very easily through the walls I could not sleep during my stay, that I will say was very inconvenient
