In the right direction...but could be better

Location was great and there was ample parking on the street if you couldn't grab the 5/6 slots within the property. Plenty of amenities provided. For the price you cannot go wrong whatsoever. Communication is good and keep us right.

Cleanliness as a huge. You move the headboard of the bed and dust everywhere. You open the kitchen drawers and cupboards and crumbs of things everywhere, cutlery and plates needing a thorough clean before use. Dampness signs in the room ceiling. Very hot and humid rooms, could do with fan or tower fans being provided, as it is a listed building. No hot water upon use, but that was fixed within an hour 👌🏽

You have to check in at 3 o'clock. On the website, he will not reply to your message. I am willing to pay 10 pounds an hour for early check-in, but he will not let me check in early. I waited at the door for more than two hours and sent a message when it was almost 3 o'clock. They also don't reply to the information. The wooden floor is very bad and there is no wardrobe. The price is not cheap Especially the bed, two one-meter small beds pushed together is very difficult to sleep, so I left the first night but they will not refund the money

Good thing we only went there to do easing and sleep. Not the kind of place we would stay longer in

It was clean and had a washing machine

It was a dodgy part of town. We were greeted at the door by some residents who had been smoking weed and told us to move the car over because kids throw things from the deserted building across the road and smash up cars.

The apartment was very large and clean.

Bed was very uncomfortable, too soft. The bathroom not practical with no space to put personal toiletries. The front door felt unsafe with a very poor lock. The location didn't have a nice vibe.

Great location, good value.

Great location and good to have a parking space.

Facilities a bit spartan, TV didn't work except through apps and had to phone for wifi code. Could do with a page of instructions in the flat.

Absolutely fantastic, staff very friendly and the room was spotless.

Very quiet and clean, managed to get a parking space easily. Very spacious and had all we needed. Highly recommend. Staff were polite and the housekeeping lady did a fantastic job.

Family yearly stay in Newcastle - Sunderland Road

Clean apartment Spacious Price good for the 3 nights we stayed Comms excellent of apartment owners/la luna Asda and other shops nearby which is excellent Other people so friendly and nice away from this street

Area .. too many problem people due to abandoned building in front. Police had to get called. Parking problematic when scaffolding was up and builders came to remove and began throwing scaffolding without any alert so luckily I moved car on my accord, otherwise damage. Not advised scaffolding was up nor it was coming down Front door never locked nor need for key pass codes so anyone can walk in Smokers at front door and vestibule area smelled awful cos of this No receptionist or staff ever at stay though we stayed midweek Busy road so constant traffic and noise . Windows not sound proof

Convenient for Gateshead Stadium

Extra towels and maybe some soap and bodywash There were some noisy neighbours with coughing fits but you can't do much about that

Good value for money, but needs some attention

Spacious property in an interesting old building and well set out. Easy parking. Generally clean. Kitchen had necessary utensls. I liked that the place was very warm, was a great bonus in the unexpectedly cold weather.

There were various minor problems: no lock on the bathroom door, dusty blinds, and no protection from light in the morning, even where there were blinds on the windows. windows were extremely dirty from outside. There was noise: pigeons were making a lot of noise in the morning and in the evening some people were talking in the corridor, which sounded like they were right inside. There was no washing up liquid, soap and just one roll of toilet paper.

Not the Hilton but overall it did the job it was meant to do and was clean and comfortable

Clean, spacious, and reasonably priced. Kitchen facilities were sufficient for a short stay (4 nights) Bathroom was functional with a good shower unit

No tea, coffee, sugar etc Nothing to wash your dishes (sponge, wash liquid) Noise from one of the permanent residents continuously singing in the corridor

Spacious place, warm, easy parking

The flat was ok, but the cleanliness was clearly under par. Sticky floors and lots of debris on the floors. Swear stunning bathroom and all windows are locked shut, making air change impossible. We are quite certain that the been linen hadn't been changed since the last guests, as we found hair and spots on the with our bed sheets. Definitely not going to go back there

exactly what we needed, space, quiet and local to where we needed to be, fantastic communication from the owner and had

spacious, quiet and very reasonably priced had everything you need including parking

At the price we paid you cannot complain about anything, will defo stop here next time we are training locally.
