Welcome to the converted Molly Pitcher Winery, the perfect vacation home for your next family getaway! Our spacious and beautifully renovated property features everything you need to enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay, including two outdoor patios for alfresco dining, an indoor fireplace for cozy fall and winter trips, and plenty of space for your furry friend.
With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, our vacation home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it the ideal choice for families or groups of friends. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for spending time together, with ample seating and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights.
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Enjoy your meals indoors or step outside onto one of our two patios and dine under the stars.
Our vacation home is not only dog-friendly, but also family-friendly, with plenty of space for kids and adults alike to enjoy. And with the beach just 0.7 miles away, you can easily spend your days soaking up the sun, swimming in Lake Michigan, or enjoying water sports.
While the setting offers seclusion, nestled back from Red Arrow highway, it's important to note that there are train tracks in close proximity to the property, with infrequent train crossings.
Explore Southwest Michigan's wine trail, with over 20 local wineries to choose from, or take advantage of the nearby bike paths and hiking trails at Warren Dunes State Park. With so much to see and do, the converted Molly Pitcher Winery loft is the perfect home base for your next Michigan vacation!
1. Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules which are the sole responsibility of the guest.
2. Maximum Occupancy: The Maximum number of guests in the home is limited to 8 Persons unless approved by the owner.
3. Additional overnight guests are not allowed without the expressed written agreement of owners and may be subject to an additional per-person rental fee.
4. Please be aware that this is not a “PARTY HOUSE.” Please enjoy yourself, create beautiful memories, and take care of the home we love.
5. SMOKING/VAPING allowed outside only. Please dispose of all cigarette butts.
6. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. If you should move anything around please put it back where it was. RESPECTFULLY WHEN MOVING ANY FURNITURE PLEASE LIFT THE FURNITURE SO THAT IT DOES NOT SCRATCH THE FLOORS.
7. We make every effort to maintain an immaculate home for you to enjoy. To keep the carpets and floors clean and free from tons of sand we ask that you remove your shoes before entering.
8. Please be respectful of our neighbor’s peace and quiet.
9. Everything in the home and garage is available for your use. Please take care of our fun things to enjoy and return them where they belong before you leave. 10. The home is privately owned; the homeowners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite.

Gorgeous/immaculate property in a serene setting--unless there's a train :) My friends and I had a wonderful stay on our girls' trip. Manager of property gave plenty of suggestions for our group of 8 women and was very prompt in responding to questions. Had a very minor issue with a drain and she was there right away to fix the problem. Loved the location, in-between several beaches/small towns. Would definitely recommend property!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful loft with many thoughtful details. Plenty of space to accommodate 9 of us comfortably. Extremely clean. Highly recommend. Just down the street from Warren State Dunes/Beach. Also close to New Buffalo and St. Joseph. Note: there are train tracks very close by but this is not bother us at all.

Clean spacious rental condo. Looks exactly how the pictures looked. Renter was easy to communicate with and answered any questions we had. Loved everything that was available for us to use. Location is amazing for all local destinations. Bakeries, beaches, parks and shopping all within 30 minutes of rental. It’s right off the main road but also very private. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this property!

This property was even more lovely in person. The owners anticipated every possible need a guest might have…and then some. The beds were very comfortable. We drove approximately 3 mi. to Warren Dunes/ beach/ dog beach, which I highly recommend. Potential guests should know that there are train tracks nearby & the train can be heard a few times a day, but it did not bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again if in the area & will highly recommend it to our friends.

The condo was very clean and loved the modern decor. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds comfortable. VRBO info says it is 1/2 mi walk to the beach but it is actually about 1 to 1 1/4 mile. There is some parking if you wish to drive and there are stairs down to the waterfront. There is a public beach nearby that is very nice, Cherry Beach, but it also has many stairs down to the water which would be a problem for those with limited mobility. You have to drive to most restaurants. Only a few are within walking distance. Many restaurants are open only Wed through Sun which was a problem. The railroad tracks are next door but only a few trains come by during the day or night and most are very small. We could hear the footsteps of the people living above us which was disappointing but not a deal breaker.

The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s in a super cute community of condos with well-maintained green spaces and plenty of trees to make you feel secluded from the main road. We were so surprised to find a restaurant on-site, which we walked to for dinner on our first night.
The condo itself had more amenities than a hotel….extra toothbrushes, makeup wipes, snacks—I was blown away by the thought that went into our stay. The condo is bigger and longer than the pictures appear: huge bedrooms, huge bathrooms, and the private back patio was a great bonus since the weather was so wonderful during our stay.
It’s the perfect spot for families or a group of friends looking to enjoy the wine trail or a weekend at the beach. Would absolutely recommend to others and hope to come again!!

Such a lovely place off of red arrow near all the quaint towns around it.
The place is immaculate and has all the amenities that are needed. Bedrooms are all away from the living/gathering area. So those that want to chat with that early morning coffee don’t disturb the sleepers.
Can’t say more about the place .
We stay at a vrbo once a month and this is on the top of our list.

I stayed the last week of March 2022 at this loft and fell in love with it. It is truly a luxury rental - the quality of the furniture, linens, towels are all top notch. The bed in the master bedroom was more comfortable for me than my bed at home.
Check in was a breeze, and thoughtful touches abound, such as a welcome board, snacks, fully stocked spice cabinet, a coffee bar, waters in the fridge, and essentials in the pantry. The host answered all my questions promptly and cordially. The loft is hands down one of the best rentals I've ever enjoyed. However, a word about the location . . . the description states that the loft is near a railroad tracks, which it is right next door to. If you do not care for the associated noise that brings, then this is not the spot for you. (It didn't bother me at all as I grew up near railroad tracks.) Also, there are two great little restaurants in walking distance -- literally, just at the front of the loft. And, I walked to the beach about every day. I had to cross Red Arrow Highway, but once I did so, it was an easy, half mile walk through a wooded lane and onto a private association beach. I loved the time here so much, I booked again for next month.

Oh My Goodness......what a lovely property. Everything was above my expectations. The location is perfect. The unit is incredibly quiet, well decorated with nice furnishings & soft linens. You can tell this property is managed by someone who knows what they are doing; beautifully decorated, all the comforts of home, information easily/readily available, check in was flawless, responsiveness from the owner was incredibly prompt.
My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. We will definitely stay here again. ;

We planned a last minute girls getaway trip to MI and the loft was perfect for us! The check in process was super easy and quick and the host was readily available for our few inquiries. The condo was immaculately clean and had everything we needed, and more. Will definitely book for the summer so we can enjoy the beach and dunes.

Great place to stay. The fireplace perfect for cold nights. Living space has all the comforts. Everything looks new in the house. Loved the coffee bar. So many options to make coffee, which I love! Great light from all the windows even in the middle of winter. Communication with the host was easy and informative. We'll be back!
