Perfect. So Romantic

Everything, this was literally the best surprise ever. Just enjoyed every second, and we got an upgrade to honeymoon 😍😍😍😍 Genie is such a sweet waiter and everyone cares so much about you and giving you a good time 🥹

Fantastic cruise - worth the expense.

Amazing cruise - incredible scenery. Food was great - Lunch on first day was a real highlight! We paid extra for the transfer from our hotel in Hanoi but worth the money for the ultra comfortable limousine bus and peace of mind that we’d get there in time.

It’s an extremely small thing but the bathroom blinds were quite fiddly and annoying.

Overall, great cruise for anyone with amazing views

Visited: end of Sep 2024, 2 nights stay, family of 6. We were very happy with this cruise, the weather was great and clear most of the days. We certainly enjoyed included kayaking, swimming and trips to islands and caves. The food was great with a buffet served for breakfast and dinner and a set menu served for lunch. Waitress Mia was great and looked after us extremely well. We asked for other food for the kids as they were picky and didn't eat most of the lunch, from the first day, Mia organised and ensured that our kids had chips every lunch and she was always checking if everything was OK and/or if we needed anything. All staff were also very helpful and welcoming, and receptionist Giang showed good care for the customers. The water in the bay was clean, free of rubbish, and great for swimming and kayaking. The ship has a jacuzzi at the front that was clean and kids enjoyed splashing in there. If you book a room for 4 people you'll get two separate interconnected rooms so your kids are always with you but you can close the door between the rooms if needed.

Very limited WiFi, so be prepared for one/two day(s) in almost complete isolation from the external world (which was great anyway) The ship is now showing some signs of wear and might be in need of a bit of paint refreshing. We found a few exposed nails from fallen wooden timing at one of the benches/tops near the bar, however, it was quickly rectified once the staff were aware of it. Other than that furniture in the rooms is quality and solid as well as other parts of the ship.

Very beautiful cruise in Lan Ha Bay. A very special trip.

Beautiful boat and lovely staff. We felt very pampered. The kayaking and swimming off the boat was a lot of fun. They tried very hard to make sure we had good vegetarian food. Lan Ha Bay was a good choice as it was a lot quieter than Ha Long Bay. The crew positioned the boat for fantastic photos. The tai chi at sunrise was such a nice thing to do.

Check-in was chaotic. If you take the limousine transfer from Hanoi, they will give you a 45 min stopover at the pearl processing shop. It was quite interesting but not advertised.

Great experience of staying in a hotel while navigating in a beautiful nature area

Boat was great, very comfortable, easy to walk around. All activities were punctual and properly planned.

Not related to the hotel directly, but we noticed lot of trash / waste / rubbish during the cruise. It would be great if all boats / cruises in that area could collectively organize cleaning, trash removal to keep the area clean, It was a pity see area with so much trash floating. My family and I when kayaking, removed several plastic on our way and brought them to the boat. Maybe they could give some nets to tourists when kayaking to as a way to educate, bring environment awareness to people.

M Gloria Cruise Ha Long Bay... every view is a postcard.

Really great experience, did overnight Ha Long. Staff were friendly and eager to make the experience memorable... special mention to Tam and Hu who went above and beyond. So glad we did this cruise, spectacular location with a relaxed vibe.

Recommend 2 night stay. 1 night you don’t cruise very much as it is More off the boat activities on 1 night.

Boat was nicely designed clean and bed comfortable. Staff were great and attentive to your needs. Shout out to Mr Hill for his management of the boat. Very personal and caring. Also Yumi and Otis served us and both were very attentive.

Shower was a bit awkward with its functional set up. Could have done without the karaoke each night. Found it loud and disruptive to the preferred tranquility and peach of Halong Bay.

The dream overnight

Amazing boat with all the facilities need it. Really comfortable and clean. The staff members were exceptional! Specially Jasmin and Hill they were really kind and respectful all the time. Incredible experience at M’Gloria.

Ein spannender Aufenthalt, welchen wir weiterempfehlen können.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Buffet war eher Fleisch- und Fischlastig. Für uns wurden daher immer extra Speisen serviert, da wir beide uns vegetarisch ernähren. Das haben wir sehr geschätzt. Im Allgemeinen war alles super organisiert.

Die Dusche dürfte erneuert werden. Das grüne Licht oberhalb des Fensters im Zimmer war in der Nacht störend.

The cruise is a indeed a luxury cruise with a very friendly staff. Everything was perfect as per the itinerary. Mr. Huy was really kind in his approach. He guided us at each step and made sure we really enjoy our stay. The entire crew members were so polite.

Lovely, romantic cruise with beautiful views and great staff

We loved this cruise! The boat was very nice and clean. The staff and particularly Lyn were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed our nice balcony, beautiful room, and the jacuzzi pool. The food was good too, the views were splendid. The shuttle to the cruise was very nice too, so all was excellent!

We would come back

Well organized and we liked the programme. Rooms were comfortable and the large windows gave a wonderful view from the room to the bay. We loved the balcony as well! Food was good. We did three days, two nights and were glad we had the second day. Second day you go on another small day-boat. It had a very nice sun-deck, and we were lucky that the weather was good. We liked the bycicle ride, but the village wasn’t that interesting. It was by far the most expensive thing we did during our three weeks in Vietnam, but it fulfilled our expectations. Our waitress Joana was so sweet and took good care of us.

The Bay is so full of trash that we absolutely did not want to swim in it.
