This beachfront studio at Suites by the Sea, is a comfortable place to come and relax after a day of sightseeing, shopping, hiking.... Early risers can catch a stunning sunrise while you enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony.

Our cozy studio is located directly across the street from Lincolnville Beach and above the Maine Artisans store. The studio is perfect for 2 people, but it will hold 4. There is a queen size bed and the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Smart TV and Roku allows you to enjoy a movie on the provided Hulu, Disney+ or sports on ESPN, or sign into your own accounts for other streaming services.

For preparing meals, there is a full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and coffee maker.

After your day of exploring the area, enjoy a soak in the jetted tub.

Notes:
- To light sleepers, we are located on route 1, you will get traffic noise. Watching TV, running the AC or using the sound machine helps to lessen the noise.
- Security camera is on and recording 24/7. It is located in the entrance hallway serving the 4 apartments. Other cameras on the property overlook the back parking lot, the saltwater marsh and the beach. The Maine Artisans shop also has their own cameras.

Apt on 2nd floor. Easy access from parking area, but might be difficult stairs for anyone with a disability. It was cozy, well equipped and clean. The reason I only gave 4 stars is that it's located on Rt 1 and, even after Labor Day, there is a good deal of road noise.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is right across the street from the "beach" in Lincolnville, and close walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Lincolnville is a little hamlet conveniently located between Camden and Belfast. The property is cozy, comfortable, and well-kept and great for a couple. It was a very nice spot for my wife and I to stay during a getaway to coastal Maine.

That word sums up my experience with this rental. The communication was simple and clear, the unit was phenomenal, and just all together a wonderful place to stay. I hope to visit Maine again and, if I'm lucky, I hope to stay here again. A hidden gem if you're wanting to disconnect. Thank you!!

We came to Maine to hike and see the coast. The suite was so welcoming, clean, and filled with amenities. And it was in a great location as starting point for so many great places.

The good: clean, beautiful space with lots of amenities! Don't worry about forgetting deodorant or toothpaste etc because they've got you covered. Also, beautiful views of the ocean, lots of TV options, and helpful guides/brochures make our stay easier. OH! And the pizza place next store makes the BEST breakfast sandwiches on house-made English muffins! The not-so-good: when we arrived, our parking spot was taken by someone else (management did help resolve this quickly though). We found the memory foam bed to uncomfortable (and the frame creaky). And Lincolnville itself had little to offer. We probably should have stayed a little closer to Bar Harbor.

Perfect for us. The place was so amazingly stocked. I really appreciated that because I forgot quite a few things. The location was great. I could watch my daughter from the balcony while she went to the beach. Store close by. Also a great central location to Belfast and Camden. We will stay again!

Easy access; keyless entry. Sliding door to balcony overlooking Rt 1 and Lincolnville Beach. For me, traffic noise was not an issue. Up the road is Dot's which I really like for their baked goods, and items tasty and attractive to bring for pot luck with my Maine friends. Weather was rainy and overcast all day Saturday, so I spent couple hours in Rockland at Farnsworth Museum, a favorite of mine. Added fun with Street festival for the Solstice that closed main street with pedestrian only traffic, craft vendors, street performers, and general good will of old and young enjoying the day, despite the weather. The studio was just right for me, I know next time my wife would also appreciate the location and comfort of a unit at the Suites. Next time!

It was great! Clean and very welcoming. View was beautiful. This trip was a difficult trip for us due to seeing a sick family member but the stay here helped us so much! It made a hard time much easier to handle. We would come back to stay for sure! Loved it

We stayed for three nights during our New England trip to celebrate our 21st anniversary. The accommodations were as listed. Decent location, close or easy drive to Camden and Acadia National Park. Loved the essentials basket in the bathroom, really nice touch! Also nice to have a good starter coffee setup. We ate at Mclaughlin Lobster and the Beach store (pizza), both were good.

Wonderful property. Clean, light and bright, and stocked with everything you could need. The stash of toiletries (even sunscreen) in the bathroom was a nice touch. The view of the ocean was fabulous and noise from the road didn’t bother us at all. Nicely situated between Belfast and Camden.

Great stay. Clean and well thought out and supplied. Easy walk to a few restaurants and shops and a short drive to many more. If there was one thing to improve it would be the shower water pressure. But it was tolerable. Did not use the jacuzzi tub.

Excellent property, went with an old college friend and we enjoyed our stay very much. Restaurant across the street is fantastic, great lobster and (other) seafood options. Check in was a little confusing, no instructions sent through Vrbo and never received an email from owner. Owner very responsive and got us in with minimal delay. fortunately the store owner downstairs had her phone number. Very clean, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

We had the best time relaxing in this studio apartment! Suites by the Sea offers many extra amenities (sunscreen, coffee supplies, bath salts for the amazing whirlpool tub) so unexpected but made all the difference. The bed was soooo comfortable! We loved the patio and sitting out in the morning and evening for meals and coffee. Lincolnville beach is quiet and relaxing. We loved the ease of accessing the space and the three seafood restaurants within sight of the room. We would definitely return!

My husband and I spent our anniversary in Lincolnville at Suites by the Sea. The location was perfect in Mid-Coast Maine, which enabled us to visit our chosen destinations without too much travel involved. Evolve went above and beyond with accommodations! First off, our contact, Linda, was extremely kind and helpful. She was available by phone, email, or text with any questions and she responded right away. They fulfilled the need of toiletries in case we would have forgotten anything. The gift was a nice touch as well and very appreciated! We had an ocean view at Suites by the Sea, which had balcony that overlooked the Sea. We spent our mornings, suppers (when we ate in), and evenings out on that balcony--it was so inviting as well as relaxing! If and when we make our way back to Maine, Suites by the Sea would most certainly the place we would hope to stay!

This was a great location to relax at the end of the day. It has a few good restaurants, all within short walking distance, and is a short drive from Camden, which has many shops and restaurants, as well as sailing and water sport options. We also took a day trip to Acadia and it was only 1h30 drive. The apartment was clean, well appointed with a balcony and view of the ocean, and felt safe and private. Would definitely stay here again!
