Property was just as described but better, huge back deck and the two levels gave plenty of privacy. Kitchen is completely stocked and it was cold out so made good use of fireplace.
You really can’t beat this location and its proximity to town. We enjoyed the space and had wonderful weekend, hope to return sometime with friends again.
Thanks so much for making your home available!

This home was beautiful and exactly what we needed for a relaxing for the seven of us celebrating an upcoming wedding! We loved that the outside/inside tables and lounge areas were big enough for all of us to sit around comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the view was stunning. The proximity to Boone was impressive considering how secluded it felt! Communication with the homeowner was 10/10 and checking in was easy and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time. I would definitely stay there again!

We had a fantastic time over St. Patrick’s Day weekend. The house is amazing and is by far the most well stocked VRBO that I’ve ever visited. Spices, basics like cooking spray and tin foil, pots pans, chef tools, everything is available for the guests that like to cook.
This house has fantastic amenities that my kids loved. A huge deck with a view, lots of games like Jenga, a foosball table and darts make the time go by quickly. There’s ping pong in the garage for warmer weather. And there were plenty of beds and rooms for everyone. My kids especially loved the 3rd floor with a window floor inset, where they could hang out by themselves but pretend to peek in on the adults below.
And did I mention parking?? Enough for 4 cars easily! We’re a big family and that was a welcome relief.
My 5 star review definitely goes to the owner as well. He made sure, in real time, that we could enter the house as soon as we got there. I had a few questions and within minutes, he immediately responded.
Checkout was a breeze. No long list of requirements to clean more than expected. Garbage cans were on property - no need to haul it somewhere else. Lock it up, check the thermostats, and you’re good to go!
Definitely will return. Fantastic location, 10 minutes from the local breweries and shops, and great for families. If you have infants or toddlers, bring a single baby gate for one staircase. Otherwise, it’s pretty baby proofed already!
5 stars all around!

My friends and I really enjoyed the house! We had plenty of space for 12 and everything was very clean. We loved the ping pong fuse ball and the fireplaces, really nice for the winter months. We will definitely be back!

When I found myself widowed with 4 grown children with significant others and 4 grandchildren, trying to maintain old family traditions just weren’t working for us. So in creating new memories and new traditions, I decided that renting homes to accommodate my family would might be a good idea. And it just so happened this property was absolutely the perfect place for us. Immaculately clean, everything well organized, very impressive, and the host was amazing to check up on us, give details, all to ensure our good time. My family loved the spaciousness, and our time together was an absolute blast! They all want to return to this home again for all of our gatherings. It was the perfect place to experience the beautiful beginning to new memories and new traditions!
