About this cabin rental

Our home is 1700 sq ft. Log Cabin with a Wood burning Fireplace. The Home includes a Full living space with lots of room to move around and a fully equipped kitchen , 4 bedrooms that includes 2 King beds, 1 Full Bed and a Twin Bed. There is a Toddler Bed if needed .

The property has Mountain View’s in a Country setting. You will be surrounded by the sights and sounds of Nature so come to relax and reenergize yourself.
The property has plenty of room for your children to run and play outside. We do provide a trampoline and swing set to add to their fun during their stay. There is a fire ring located in the backyard, we do provide lounge chairs to enjoy your time by the fire as you roast marshmallows and make s’mores. There is a Pellet Grill on the Front Porch for your convenience with the expected amenities of Grilling Utensils and Extra Pellets.
We have a large front porch with an oversized cozy porch swing that allows you to sip early morning coffee while listening to the birds.
We are situated 2.5 mi from the Buffalo River and many of the Rivers sights and activities.
We do have an Electric charging station for vehicle if needed.
The space….
The Home has 4 bdrms. and 2 full bathrooms with large walk-in shower and tub.The cabin is 2 story so there are a full flight of stairs that lead you to the upper level.
There are hardwood floors thru out. The Living room has a full Wood burning fire place. We do try to always have some firewood on the front porch.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with-essential cookware, coffee pot, tea pot, electric stove and microwave. We do have Complimentary Coffee, Cream, Sugar and Herbal Tea Bags.
Guest access….
Guests have full access to the home and property.
Other things to note…..
We do allow 2 dogs per stay. So make sure you include your pet fee , it’s easy to overlook when you are paying for your booking fees.We do furnish food bowls and water bowls. We do ask that you do not allow your pets to Poop near the house or it’s walkways. There is plenty of outdoor space for them to go other than by the walkways and near the house. We do provide poop bags.
Excessive wear and tear to the property due to pets or otherwise, will result in filing an insurance claim with our Provider which will charge the guest a deductible.

Charlie and Bo are neighborhood dogs that roam the property from time to time and are very friendly. Greg is our neighbor, who will periodically feed the cows in the adjacent pasture.

Nortons Store is 1 mile or less away, and will have many basic amenities you may need including Firewood.This is a dry county so you will need to pick up any alcoholic beverages before you get here!
The closest Liquor Store is located South of Harrison, Ark. on Hwy 7.

Very comfortable, spacious home in a very remote location. We really enjoyed the Ozark Cafe in small town of Jasper, floated Buffalo River.

We had a wonderful time coming from the city we enjoyed the time in the cabin. It was relaxing and the river was a few minutes away. The cabin was clean and beautiful with a great view.

We absolutely loved our stay. We rented this for my dads birthday as it’s nearby the buffalo for us to float, and couldn’t of asked for a more perfect space! There were plenty of beds to accommodate us and our kids. We enjoyed the cows along the fence, the trampoline and playground for the kids, and just overall it was a very peaceful weekend! The host went the extra mile with us as well. We will be back!

We traveled to AR for the eclipse. This was the perfect quiet and private viewing location. The cabin was clean and very comfortable. The giant porch swing was a favorite for everyone. I’m not sure we will ever travel to this area again, but if we did, we would absolutely try to stay here again!

Our 2 dogs, wife, and I decided to get away for a few days. The description of this cabin was exactly what we were looking for and once we arrived it did not disappoint. Beautiful grounds, peaceful escape, and the cabin was both clean and comfortable. I’ve already recommended this place to a few friends!

A great spot for meeting our friends from chicago to go kayaking down the buffalo river. She is a country Girl and really enjoyed the cows across the street. Beautiful area. Very well maintained home.

This cabin was very clean and cozy! There was enough space for a group of 8 adults in town for a weekend to float the Buffalo! The seclusion of the property was an added bonus! The host/owner was very easy to communicate with regarding directions to the property, suggestions for canoe outfitters, and any other questions we had! Would definitely recommend this cabin for anyone looking to getaway! Would stay here again for sure!

Fantastic cabin, located just a few miles from Jasper Arkansas. Close to several great hiking trails and close to the Buffalo river. We floated the Buffalo, hit the trails, and had lunch in Jasper. Great, relaxing quiet weekend in the country.

We absolutely loved this beautiful cabin. It’s situated with 360 views of the mountains and so close to the Buffalo River and all its splendor. The house is very clean and comfortable! We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this cabin.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at the cabin. Anything you could think of was provided. We really enjoyed the S'mores Bar. Cabin was exquisite and the location was fantastic. The HUGE front porch swing was a hit with my family. Communication with host was great. If I had any questions they were answered in under 15 minutes. Highly recommend for family getaways.
