About this house rental
The perfect option for your ultimate family getaway, with direct ocean access, deep-water frontage and a highly sought after north easterly aspect. Three levels ensures the whole family will be accommodated in complete comfort.
The house is fully self contained with a well equipped kitchen boasting ample cupboard and bench space, a dishwasher and breakfast bar. Off the kitchen you will find the dining area which looks out onto the water and leads onto the rear covered veranda, complete with a BBQ and outdoor setting.
There is a generous family/rumpus room, an additional dining area as well as a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and laundry facilities on the second level of this property.
The top level boasts three additional bedrooms including an air-conditioned master suite with its own ensuite and walk in robe and the main bathroom.
This home offers a large double garage with direct access into the home and an extra storage room to store the fishing rods, boards, bikes and more. A public boat ramp is only minutes away. There is a fenced back garden making it both child and dog friendly.
Sleeps a maximum of 11 guests. Beds: 2Q, 1 Tri Bunk, 2S, 2 Trundles
PET FRIENDLY - Please do not allow your dog inside. Holiday tenants are responsible for cleaning up after their dog and damage your dog may cause. When booking, you must put down breed of dog in the special requests section. Guests are responsible for pets actions and additional charges will apply if property is left excessively dirty or damaged.
Linen is NOT provided. You will need to bring your own sheets, pillowcases, towels, bath mats and tea towels. Linen hire is available from The Laundry Yamba 6646 1571.
We provide a basic starter pack, such as toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc, to cover your needs for a night or two. For longer stays, please bring additional supplies.
