Gre@t staff and location
3.0
The room was dreadful. When we first arrived the room smelt of blocked drains. We fixed that then all we could smell was cigarette smoke. Didn’t matter what we tried the stink was coming from the air conditioner, of which there was only one for a 2 bed apartment. So we, friends, had to sleep with doors open. Not great for friends sharing an apartment.
The location is ok.

Very central location for the CBD & Vailo 500 with lots of places to dine or snack.
Arrival was great with a car space paid for two nights; secure & guaranteed spot.
Unit wasnt really clean but we asked for a midweek clean & then better being able to see out of the full wall windows offering a superb view of the NE city sector & the Adelaide Hills. Would recommend 👌

Our 3 bed apartment was spacious with fabulous views in a great location. It could have done with more lounge seating given it’s for 6 people, but overall a great stay.

Property was clean very well presented. Location was amazing within walking distance of most attractions and shopping in the city

Perfect location and clean apartment. The double bed is made up of two single beds put together and extremely uncomfortable. I'd give the bed 1 star.

Well presented, looked the view of the city. Definitely go back

Amazing luxurious place

The bedding was filthy, then it seemed too hard for the staff to change it. Then once they did, they used stained bedding dirty bedding again. They also didn’t take the dirty linen with them, they just left it on our floor. When I raised it at the reception I received a poor attitude like I was just complaining.

Great location, very late check in went seamless. 1 bedroom apartment very comfortable.

Loved this property. Located conveniently to shopping, transport, Adelaide Oval precinct, Torrens River & dining. Great one bedroom apartment! Only downside is the Bedroom could have been a little bigger, but still comfy. Will definitely return to this property again.

Proximity to central shopping area.

Thankfully the taxi dropped us off otherwise we might have had a bit of difficulty finding this property. Tucked in between Rundle Mall and North Terrace it was in a perfect central position.
Following check in we got into the lift to our apartment. It was clean, tidy and spacious with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We would have no hesitation on staying here again if we return.

Like the layout, the size, bed and pillows are comfortable. Location is good.
What we don't like is the fixed rain shower. We would prefer handheld showerheads which will be suitable for the elderly.
It took us and your night staff how to use the clothes dryer. Switches should have some labels and instructions.

Very average. Lacking basic amenities and no notification of credit card hold for "incidentals" however there were no incidentals in the rooms. Bathroom door was damaged and shower didnt drain correctly so flooded the bathroom. Tv lcd was also damaged. Cleaners need to pay more attention to detail as found a grape under the bed on check-in.

Excellent location and views.

The cleaning was poor. Dirty dishes shoved in the cupboard from previous guests. Hair all over mats and floors that was not ours. Dirty marks on walls that looked like more than the odd bang/scrape. Balcony filthy and covered in cobwebs. Lots of “little things” missing, such as a lamp in the main bedroom, lamp in the living room. Doors don’t lock behind you automatically which was not helpful either. No chain/security bolt on the door for extra security which would have been nice as 2 ladies travelling. No housekeeping. Not even a jug to put cold water into the fridge. Absolutely felt ripped off with the price we were charged for 4 nights. Yes the rooms are modern and the location is fantastic but when you pay excessive amounts for a few nights you expect a clean room and a view. We were put on a low floor looking at a building next door. Reception isn’t staffed 24 hours either. If checking in or out after hours it is a real headache. Overall, not worth it for the money we paid.

The staff were very flexible and accommodating when I originally forgot to book parking they went out of there way to find us a space. Bobo the manager exceeded our expectations when the fridge in our room wasn't working properly and he very quickly replaced it himself with a new one. Thanks Bobo for your prompt attention.
The only negative is there was no balcony space to be able to sit outside and enjoy the city lights. Table and chairs located in a very small space right next to the airconditioner unit.

Kitchen cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
We booked the apartment with a swimming pool as we had a 4 year old with us only to be told the pool wasn't operational. When we booked there was no mention on the Realm website about the pool and we never received any information that the pool couldn't be used during our stay. If we knew about it we never would have booked the unit as we were staying for 2 weeks.
We were moved from a single bathroom apartment to a 2 bathroom apartment which didn't make up for no swimming pool.
In this apartment the television wasn't working as we couldn't get any channels. A new television was installed but this never fixed the problem.
The way things were done by management we felt that they thought we were whingers.
Definitely would not recommend staying at this place . One of the worst places we have stayed in anywhere.

Great place to stay in Addie. Rating would have jumped from excellent to outstanding if pool wasn’t empty.

Conveniently located in centre of city. The one bedroom apartment was managed by CLLIX for private owner. The desk staff were helpful. However when we requested to stay an extra night it cost almost double the daily rate we paid for the previous three days. The building contained a mixture of permanent residential and rental accommodation. The bedroom and lounge was small, the dining and kitchen overly large. Clean and comfortable except for the lounge suite which was not well designed. The apartments are highly priced but offer little more than comparable cheaper apartments.

The hotel doesn't care about complaints and sends dismissive robotic replies. Spending over $500 a night for the poor experience with no compensation and a backhanded apology.
I had a similiar experience to someone else with a SCREAMING ear piercing alarm sound that went off in the apartment from about 12am to 2am.
The staff responded quick via email, but it changed nothing.
The sound gave me a debilitating headache and also stressed me out completely triggering my anxiety.
Don't expect a comfortable sleep as two single beds are pushed together to make a "double bed". Which has a crevass at the centre which is uncomfortable and pushes apart should you risk sleeping in the middle.
There are hotel beds that zip together and apart with even surfaces, so this can be rectified but why spring for a guests comfort? No no. You must make them uncomfortable as possible instead. I have worked in hotels. I know these beds exist, its just cost cutting and laziness.
The apartment was clean enough, but there was nothing to cook food in the oven. No trays. Nothing. Just standard racks in the oven itself.
The shower in the bathroom I was using flooded and I had to stomp my feet around the drain to try and unclog it.
I wasn't going to write a long winded complaint but the response I got for my secondary "did you enjoy your stay" email repeating the problems I had was as if the reader of my complaint just did not care whatsoever.
Still waiting on the $200 bond to be reverted to my card

It was generally great. I love how easy it is to check in, everyone was very helpful. Having secure parking is a plus for me. It is close to a lot of restaurants and pretty much central in terms of location. I only noticed some parts of the shower was moldy. But aside from that it was great and I would definitely come back if I can.

Perfect position and great view, only issue was bed fell away in middle and aircon remote wouldn’t work.

Apartment was situated in the city and a short walk to all venues.
Apartment clean and very comfortable.
Very professional and informative reception staff.

Gorgeous modern hotel rooms with a great view of Adelaide, close to the city’s main attractions

Sleepless nights is pretty much all I remember about my stay. Horrendous squealing noise Em imaging from
The venting system in the bathroom- intermittent but loud and annoying enough to wake you repeatedly through the night. And when I called staff to sort it out, they seemed reasonably disinterested and nothing changes for the subsequent two nights were just as bad.

Found the cockcoach in around the bin area, air conditioning is water leaking

Nice new apartment building with good pool and spa.
The value was great with the Fringe Festival on.
However the 2BR apartment I was in was effectively only a 1BR as the AC split system was only in the lounge and only effectively cooled one of the bedrooms. Fine for me as I was on my own but would have been awful in the 40deg weather we had while I was there if I needed the second bedroom. It’s an extremely odd layout — the architect should be shot.
The location was really central and having a great Bosch washing machine was really handy.

Well positioned property with tasteful interior and reasonably priced

The Apartment was very clean the bed was not at all comfy
it was 2 singles bushed together and keep rolling into the middle. With regards to Parking when we contacted Them there was no parking available so we had to arrange our own parking with no help from Realm maybe it may be a good idea to allocate one spot per apartment. or at least have a list of places around that you can park over night
8.0
There was a fair bit of traffic and road noise and also staying in a room right beside the lifts was a little noisy
