Soggiorno perfetto alle porte del Ghetto

Posizione perfetta, struttura nuova o in ogni caso appena rinnovata, staff premuroso, cordiale e molto attento, ottima colazione, arredamento curatissimo ed alla moda, stanza accogliente con un letto comodo ed un bagno pulito ed attrezzatissimo.

Tempi di check in leggermente lunghi.

Готель вартує своїх коштів на 100%. Дуже привітний персонал, локація просто неперевершена (я не знаю, чи змогла б найти готель з настільки гарною локацією за аналогічну суму коштів). Їжа на сніданок смачна і свіжа, ми не шукали інших місць для сніданку, щоб зекономити час. Стильний, сучасний інтерʼєр, у якому приємно проводити час, для мене це немаловажливо. Раджу готель від щирого серця 👏

Було трішки холодно в першу ніч, поки не знайшли оптимальну температуру кондиціонера. Але це специфіка старих будинків, напевно)

Excellent experience ,I am looking forward to having news about their new hotel in Tuscany.

Breakfast is very satisfactory with wide variety of choises. I also appreciate their kind approach to creat extra solution for vegan options for me. We felt comfortable like at home away from home. Their location is perfect to reach many different cultural, historical and shopping places by walk easily and also surrounding is quiet, safe and enjoyable.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, pleasant experience! :)

Location is excellent, receptionists are super helpful and very welcoming (though maybe to some it could be interpreted as slightly intrusive) rooms are clean, nice bathrooms, but overall we had a positive experience there!

Paying extra for breakfast- we didn't because it's a bit silly, especially when you already are paying quite a significant amount of money already, so I do sometimes think that breakfast should be included.

Un séjour agréable dans un hôtel qui mérite ses quatre etoiles.

L’établissement est très bien situé, dans une rue calme à 10 minutes du panthéon. Les chambres sont spacieuses avec une grande hauteur sous plafond (5 mètres au minimum) et très propres. Le personnel est très serviable et à l’écoute.

Le petit déjeuner se résume à un petit buffet composé de quelques fruits, de la charcuterie, du fromage et beaucoup de produits industriels. Cette prestation facturée 22€ ne me semble pas au niveau des prestations proposées par l’hôtel.

The perfect place to unwind after a long day.

I love the modern look and how clean it is. The waterfall shower was amazing and my favorite thing to enjoy after a long day of walking through the city. Staff were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Great walkable location to all the major sites and Trastevere for dinner.

Great hotel, great location. From breakfast, comfortable beds, power shower

Everything! The hotel was clean and trendy. The staff were so polite, friendly, helpful (all of them from reception, doorman, breakfast staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our deluxe room was gorgeous. The food was superb too.

Great location, friendly service, would 100% recommend to others.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was recommended to us by friends, and we will certainly recommend to others. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and finish of the room we were given. The Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful - making sure we planned our onward travel around the Giro D'italia. We had a drink twice on the rooftop bar (needs booking) which was cool. The location seemed random at first but turned out to be the perfect base for exploring the city by foot (particularly for crossing the bridge in to Trastavere in the evenings, and in walking distance to Colosseum, Pantheon etc) and easy access to everywhere by Uber within minutes. 3 minute walk to Roscioli Salumeria con Cucina which we would highly recommend.

The only possible negatives: The room was slightly noisy in the evening from the rooftop bar (although this wasn't really a problem for us). There is no iron in the room, but reception supplied one immediately every time we needed. There was a separate minibar with 1ltr bottles of spirits and cocktail making facility - which required entire bottles if opened.. which seemed like a pointless addition to the room.

Superb

Staff were very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and well laid out. The shower was possibly the best shower I've ever had, although probably uses a little too much water! Great location - a 5-10 minute walk to the Trevi fountain and about the same distance to the Colosseum & Pantheon.

Everything was fantastic - although the breakfast could have included a little bit more. There was only a small buffet in the café attached to the Hotel. The options were bacon and/or eggs. Some sausages or a wider range of options etc would have been great, but that might be because I'm a greedy Brit!

great location for all tourist sights & plenty of choices of restaurants nearby. All rooms were large & very clean. Hotel staff very helpful & good local area knowledge.

a good family stay

Beautiful old building and great staff. Rooms were good with a comfy bed. Geographical location very good for seeing everything and lots of nearby restaurants and interesting Jewish quarter. breakfast on one day was great.

Every night in the park next door there were protests - noisy and so many polizia. it was a little disturbing although they were peaceful. we had to ask do replenishment of small tissues etc which was annoying.

A really beautiful hotel we will visit again

The decoration, the facilities , the location and the staff

there is no Handheld Shower Head Set 🚿 which I find uncomfortable I think for women is important There are no coffee facilities in the room There is a daily deposit of €50 thing that we didn’t know so bear in mind this also

Comfortable, cozy hotel in good location.

Great design, great bar, super comfy bed, large bathroom with great water pressure and amazing soaps, shampoos, etc. I love the location and the staff is great!

The hotel needs a little refreshing- walls need painting in the common areas, etc.. not horrible, but noticeable. There was one major issue and that was the smell of our room. I had read reviews about a bad smell from the pipes, but the smell in our room was more like salami, or stale breath after eating a lot of garlic. The first few days the linens, particularly the pillows, smelled terrible. The bed was soooo comfortable, otherwise. We ended up buying som potpourri for the room and that helped. I would have given our experience higher ratings if we hadn’t had to deal with the unappealing odor. Of course, it wasn’t so bad that we asked to change rooms- we really liked our room..

The staff were fantastic, extremely helpful and always at our disposal. They even had someone opening the front door for us! It was a pretty good location and the beds were really comfy. They had daily house keeping too.

if I’m being really picky, the lifts smelled like a toilet, and one of the nights there was loud music playing till quite late but nothing a white noise machine couldn’t fix!
