An open floor plan on the main level, gorgeous wood floors and exposed wood beaming. 2 Living rooms and theatre room. This home must be seen!! Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, dishwasher, professional gas cook top, oversized refrigerator and freezer, wine cooler and many other features. Living room offers a gas fireplace, leather sofas, HDTV with home theatre sound, and views of the mountains and Old Town, Park City. The dining table seats 10 and can expand to seat 12. There are 4 additional seats at the curved bar in the kitchen.
Living room downstairs offers a cozy sofa, fireplace, and flat screen tv. Theatre room is designed with acoustics in mind. 8 leather recliner chairs with amphitheater style levels.
2 bedrooms have their own balcony, stylish and comfortable seating, and relaxing views. The downstairs patio features a hot tub for 6.
Area amenities include elegant gourmet dining, casual bistro dining, shopping, live music, walk to ski, or hike from the front door.

Lower Level accesses the second living room, hot tub, bunk room with 6 OVERSIZED twin bunks and ensuite bathroom, powder room, and theatre room.
