Beautifully placed, within view of the sand dunes that border the iconic North Norfolk coastline, Linksway House offers its guests a truly unique holiday experience in luxurious surrounds. Few houses in Norfolk are able to match the sheer convenience of the location and bespoke quality that is being provided at Linksway House. With limited availability in 2023, be sure not to miss out! Upon entry, you are immediately struck by the bespoke character of Linksway House, with it’s touches of careful design and loving curation. Beyond the cosmetic appeal, the house is also extremely practical for families and larger groups, indeed it’s role to over the last few years has been to provide a suitable environment for a growing family as a much-loved home. Six fabulous bedrooms await, each with their own colour palette, all of which are served by four luxurious bathrooms. Of special note is the wonderful master suite on the second floor, with panoramic views of the coastline drawing the eye, leaving you in no doubt as to where the sea is! The room also features a large walk-in shower, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy a lazy start to the day with a strong coffee and a great view! The living areas continue the bespoke aesthetic of the house and are all found of the ground floor. Extremely convenient for having everyone close, without the need to be on top of each other. Whether it’s a sitting room, dining room, kitchen or the garden room that links the house to the garden, everyone is well-catered for. It is also worth noting that the kitchen has been appointed to an excellent standard, making dinner parties and celebratory occasions a real treat. Outside, the unique positioning of Linksway House really comes to the fore, with guests being able to experience the rolling sand dunes, expansive sandy beaches and the vast Norfolk skies. The garden has been set up for groups to maximise their enjoyment of the good weather, by way of the covered area that has been provided for al fresco dining. You can even bring your dogs. Beyond, the grassed area gives way to a small stream, over which you’ll find and area with longer grasses that border the arable land that sits on the eastern border to the property. Here you can enjoy the window that it provides to the passing of the seasons. Experiencing Norfolk through this divine property will see you coming back time and time again.
