It sleeps 9 or 10 between the master king bedroom, 3 bed bunk beds, 1 convertible dinette loveseat conversion, 1 extra long loft bed and 1 queen pullout sofa with a memory foam topper in the living room. 2 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are stocked with hotel quality linens. Others amenities included. This unit offers a open floor Living/Kitchen/Dining includes Sofa sleeper, book shelf storage, Dinette table and bench seating, 2 full bathrooms. Three burner gas stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, tea pot, toaster, and pantry. Kitchen is stocked with plates, glasses, pots and pans, eating and cooking utensils. The 4 slides out that will allow your family lots of space. The automatic awning, and outdoor shower make your outdoor time comfortable as well. Outdoor area with fridge and outdoor grate grill where you can prepare your meals and store your drinks. Ample storage. Trailer comes with 3 camping chairs, 2 portable tables and outdoor mats. We include all blankets, towels, linings and personal care products. We will provide some start up supplies, like napkins, toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies, dish soap, etc, if these runs out you will have to provide yourself based in your needs. (Noted that this RV has been staged base in our needs, if you need any additional items or supplies, like outdoor chairs or tables, please feel free to bring them). Recommendations: A very helpful detail is, when you have your campground reservation confirmed, please send us the exact location, lot number, reservation name, and number to be able to get in and check in smoothly.  After our arrival, we will need 30 minutes or so to set up the camper for you. We recommend our guests to make their adventure more pleasant to get a full-service spot with a pad of 50 feet or more, also a 50 amp and sewerage connection. If you can't find a spot with a sewer connection, we will give you some recommendations to manage the gray and black tanks and save space. In the event your lot site does not offer the sewer connection, we request our guests to have the tanks emptied before the checkout by calling a septic service company.  We can empty the tanks for you if you can't do it for an additional fee. Price may vary. No smoking in the RV at anytime or the full deposit will be forfeited. Our RV is delivery only up to 400 miles from Tampa Bay area at an additional cost. Delivery over miles is offered by request on case by case basis. Campsite costs, permits and reservations are not included and are the renters responsibly. Setup and breakdown is included. One important observation is that before each departure, our RV gets a deep detailed cleaning and sanitizing to secure our guests a good and safe stay. On another note, we appreciate you returning the RV as clean as possible. If extra clean is needed, more than the normal use and wear, an additional cleaning fee will be charged at return.  Full deposit will be refunded after a clean, undamaged unit is picked up. Lastly, we recommend to our guest in order to get smooth and easy breaking down of the RV and checking out the quickest possible, please have the kitchen clean and do dishes. That way, we can put everything back in the kitchen fast.
