Great staff that could not have been more accommodating. They went e snd beyond the call of duty to help

Under extensive construction, no warning. Hotel missing basics like vending machines. Rooms were comfortable and clean but lacked amenities as basic as a box of tissues. Plastic knives and forks, paper plates, paper cups at breakfast were low budget motel level stuff. The well over $200 per night I paid at this hotel should have meant much better quality of physical environment amenities even in the midst of construction. Great staff did their best to make up for what is lacking in the physical provision

I will not be back to a Hampton Inn.

It was very clean.

I had 3 adults in my room, reserved a double bed room. When we checked in they gave me a king bed with no other bed or couch. They staff would not accommodate or own up to their mistake. Will not stay at Hampton any longer. Then the fire alarms start going off while we're trying to get to a wedding.

We came for event at local university and hotel allowed that to be successful.

Basic room was good, just a little old. Staff were very good. But, they wrestled with the hotel to get things clean and in working order. Breakfast lady was wonderful.

Old hotel, wifi did not work. Did not have any USB ports in the room. Breakfast was a little abridged, although it was ok.

Clean and good breakfast

Tv and fridge didn't work. Over 2 hrs to repair fridge. We had food we brought and couldn't keep it cold. Carpet was soaked by window and air cond. Couldn't walk around bed.

I am not sure if I would go back to this hotel, while the staff are friendly and very accommodating the overall value wa

I thought the staff was very accommodating, the rooms were nice and clean.

Two queen size beds were not big enough for 3 adults, had to purchase a air mattress for myself. The maid service never came in during the 4 days of the stay - not even to empty the trash cans

It was in the center of everything, grocery stores,restaurants,and shopping centers

The toilet was super low to the floor. I have bad knees and had a terrible time getting on and off of it

Breakfast was delicious and my kids loved making waffles every morning.

I wish they provided more absorbing towels especially for the floor of the bathroom because it gets very slick and my little one fell

Hotel is great!! We will be back.

Breakfast was very good. The room was a good size, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. They are painting the outside but it did not affect our stay at all. Staff at the front desk were very nice!!
