Beautifully remodeled new spacious home in North Hollywood. This property has 2 gates for privacy and has plenty of parking. Close to all major freeways and attractions, this home is very centrally located in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. The home boasts a wonderful covered backyard, perfect for entertaining guests and comes with a hot tub as well. The whole group will be comfortable in this modern, styled and unique space.

This is a beautiful and newly renovated 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home in Valley Village/North Hollywood. Featuring a jacuzzi tub outside, covered patio with outdoor entertainment area and seating, plus indoor and outdoor dining table. This unique little gem is sure to catch your eye. If you are looking for a great house to enjoy for a few days or a month and are going to be in the Los Angeles area, look no further..

The house has been re-engineered to provide a gorgeous open flowing living space. The kitchen and every appliance in the home is new, and comes equipped with all of the latest smart hardware.

With its own keyless entrance, the house comfortably sleeps up to 12 with 2 king beds 2 queen beds, one pull out sofa in the office, an air mattress as well as a pack n play travel crib for the little ones:) The kitchen is stocked and includes dish washer as well as laundry and dryer. Wifi, Cable (roku) A/C, heat and wifi of course are all included.

You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including soaps, shampoo fresh towels, 4 large tvs, coffee, iron, hair dryer, laundry facilities and more.

This home is pet friendly and check in and out are very simple with free private parking, 2 gates for privacy for up to 6 cars, no street parking is necessary although there is also free street parking for additional guests if needed.

The home is located in wonderful Valley Village and is very close to great shopping, restaurants and is also within minutes of all major freeways to get you anywhere you need to go while in LA.

The entire house is accessible and totally private.

The property is completely private and you have access to all areas seen in the pictures.

This wonderful pocket of Valley Village is on the border of both Sherman Oaks and Studio City, so it's really in the middle of everything. The neighborhood is very family oriented, extremely quiet, and pleasant. It is close to shops and restaurants. You have easy access to 101, 170, and 405 freeways so getting around the LA area is very easy and the home is close to everything.

The Property has 2 motorized gates for your convenience and depending on the size of your vehicles can accommodate up to 5-6 cars so its just a matter of pulling the car right up to the home for a fully private, gated experience.
As far as public transport there is the metro bus that is about 3-4 minute walk.

Please make sure you read all of our rules and policies before booking.
• Checkout time is 11am – our cleaning crew needs sufficient time to clean and get the house ready for the next guests or for the owners.
• Late checkout requests must be submitted in advance. We do our best to accommodate when possible. However, if you check out late without prior approval, a late checkout fee of $215 will be charged.
• Operating hours are from 11 AM to 8 PM. For any urgent matters outside these hours, please feel free to reach out. If your concern is not an emergency, we kindly ask for your patience until the next morning. Please rest assured that any issues will be promptly attended to and resolved the following day. You can contact us any time by phone, email. For non-urgent inquiries or concerns, you can also send us a message, and we will get back to you promptly the next day.
• Jacuzzi fee is charged for $50.
• No smoking allowed at any time inside the house and in the patio. If we find any smell or traces of smoke you’ll be subject to a $500 fine.
• No drugs.
• Please be careful with furniture, décor and house items – some are pieces of design and we will charge for any damage.
• This is a quiet residential neighborhood – we ask our guests to keep noise at reasonable levels and respect quiet hours after 8pm. No exceptions. No amplified sound nor live music.
• Parties are NOT allowed. Breach of this rule will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
• No unregistered/unannounced guests. Presence of unannounced/unauthorized visitors or guests is considered breach of the house rules and will result in extra penalty fees from $250 per guest and/or eviction. This is our home and all we ask is to be honest and open about your plans, and communicate with us!
• Filming, Photoshoots and production activities are welcome. Depending on the size and length of the event additional charges may apply. All productions (including small/student projects) must be approved with the host prior to booking. Unauthorized production will result in $2,000 fine and/or eviction.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
• Although this is a very safe neighborhood, we are not responsible for the loss of any personal belongings or valuables during your stay.
• If we find any item left behind we do our best to reach out and coordinate for restitution, but we are not responsible for your items.
• When leaving the house during your stay and when checking-out, please make sure to close and lock all the windows and doors, and switch off all the lights.
• Pets are welcome! If you plan on bringing pets please inform us before booking or at least 1 week before check-in as there is a surcharge. Usually it is $50 per pet per stay maximum 2 pets, depending on the type of pet and size.
• Please clean after your pet.
• The gardener comes once a week. They have access to the outdoor areas of the property. Guests are not entitled in any way to request extra services or deny them access to the property.

We enjoyed our time in the LA area with a large family of 8, and this home was a great place for us to gather. Lots of space for our group to spread out as needed but also gather together. The outside courtyard is lovely and such a nice spot to hang out!! It's a beautiful home, as you can see in the pictures, and it's accurate in description (although no TV outside anymore). Little details could have been better- there are some parts of the house that could use a small repair, the kitchen isn't well stocked and cooking meals was challenging at times, there is an extra fee of $50 for the hot tub that we paid but the heat was hit or miss. We saw evidence of a mouse problem and the property owners were very apologetic and promised to take care of it. I don't believe this is an issue with the home itself but just the general urban area. I would not let this stop you from staying at this home, and I would still recommend it to others!

We recently stayed at this property with high hopes for a relaxing getaway, unfortunately, our experience fell short of our expectations. The property is situated in a good and safe location, and its layout is ideal for entertainment. We opted to pay an additional fee for jacuzzi use. However, upon arrival, it became evident that the property was not maintained to the expected level. We encountered several issues that detracted from our experience. Pictures provided to host/property manager. 1.Fixtures in disrepair, including a broken toilet seat, damaged bathroom and bedroom cabinets, broken towel, and toilet paper holders. Bedroom lamps missing lightbulbs. 2.Non-functional bathroom light with a melted covering, posing a safety risk. 3.The jacuzzi was not properly cleaned, with debris, grease, and hair present, making it unsuitable for use. While an electrician was eventually sent to fix the bathroom light and toilet seat, the repair delay and noise became a distractor and forced a change to our daily plan. The jacuzzi was treated with chemicals, rendering it unsafe for use for the remainder of our stay. Despite clear evidence provided, the host refused to honor reimbursement. The most disappointing aspect of our experience was the disrespectful communication displayed by the host during and after our stay. As someone with 28 years of military service and seven years in customer service experience I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior.

A wonderfully large and stocked home for all needs. If we come back to this area with a large group we will definitely be renting this home again. This home is CLEAN! The mattresses are the best! Linens so soft, supportive mattresses, and a selection of pillows to fit your style. The communal area is large enough to sit all to eat and the home is large enough to spread out and have privacy if needed. Large secure parking area which fit our Tahoe with plenty of room to spare. Thank you Mike and Julie for helping our family have a wonderful start to our vacation.

This was a very nice house. Ample space for a large family or group of friends. Good layout in the house, and good location close to major highways to get around the city. I was not too happy that things did not work in the house, like the light fixtures in a couple of the rooms; the toaster; or one of the eyes on the stove. There were a couple of chairs that were wobbly; and the tv on the patio (from the picture) was removed. There could have been a few more pans to cook with, and a blender, but for the most part, everything that you might need was included. There was a coffee maker and ample tea and coffee, and a nice refrigerator. The owners did a good job of communicating. They were very helpful and responsive. The items in need of repair were not fixed in the time we were there, but the owners noted that they would send someone out to take care of them, so I trust that the next guests will not have those concerns. There were just those few concerns which overall, I think, are minor and easily addressed. In my opinion, this is a really good rental- layout, location, and landlords. All very nice! The neighborhood was quiet; felt safe; and the freeway was close by. We would definitely stay at the property again. 4 out of 5 stars... with a little TLC (and attention to details), it could have been a 5 with the slight repairs/changes I mentioned.

The layout was perfect for our multigenerational family. Ample bedrooms and bathrooms, roomy kitchen and living space. Unfortunately didn’t have time to take advantage of lovely outdoor space.

We celebrated our birthday weekend with friends in LA. There were four couples total and there was plenty of room for all of us! The house is beautiful and nicely updated with many amenities. We loved relaxing with the fireplace and using the outdoor area and Jacuzzi. The house was very responsive to any communication and directions were easy. This location, for us, was central and close to the Burbank airport. I will definitely use this property again if I’m in LA with a group of friends!

My cousin got married for the first time at age 50 just this past weekend, in Hollywood (wedding) and at the Castaways Restaurant (Burbank). It was a Great Gatsby themed wedding and I wanted a large home, centrally located, for lots of friends and family to stay, since most of us were from San Diego and even as far as DC. This home was PERFECT to say the least. The home is large, can easily accommodate 12-15 people (some slept on the large couch). With two master bedrooms and two large guest beds and one pull out couch (between master and master bath, but private), plus blow up beds/living room couch, five bathrooms, we had plenty of room. The yard is large and there is plenty of room for parking several cars. The home is beautiful, well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy a long stay. The hosts were fantastic, response time when needed, was quick. I don't have anything negative accept we could not find the coffee right away - it is under the Keurig machine in trays - duh! My one suggestion would be to add an outside grill as who doesn't want to grill in our beautiful southern California weather. Otherwise a fantastic long weekend!

This property is very safe and secure. So if you have a little ones, they can run around the backyard and can’t get away and no one can get in. Three of the bedrooms are en suite, and one has a full bath pretty much right outside of it. And then there is a half bath in the hallway for everyone to use during the day. The kitchen is very large and very spacious, and opens up onto a very large, very comfortable family room. It was absolutely perfect for my family. It would also be perfect for a friends getaway as well. The only thing in the description that I found to be confusing, and that could just be me, but I thought it was a five bedroom, which I did not need. But the pull out couch room is in the middle of the master bedroom and the master bath. So it’s a beautiful, wonderful spacious master suite. But if you needed to have someone sleep in the pull out couch, it would have to be someone that you were very comfortable with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again as a matter fact, I hope that I get the opportunity to come back to the LA area with family or friends and book the same property.
