Waanzinnig goed!

Waanzinnig gedienstig personeel. Mooie nieuwe kamers. Eigen kok met uitgebreid menu aan normale prijzen. TV met Youtube & Netflix. Goeie airco. Etc. Etc. 😀

Havalanına ve merkeze yeterli düzeyde yakınlık aradım ve burası tamda aradığım yer oldu. Temiz ve konforluydu.

Havaalanına yakın bir yerde tek gece konaklamak istedim ve gerçekten doğru yer seçtim diye düşünüyorum. Tek gece kaldım ve yeterince keyifli ve iyi hissettirdi otel beni. Yarım saat sürmedi otele geliş ve gidiş havalanına. Tabi trafik şartları bazen değişebilir. Erken check in yapmamızı sağladı otel. Bu da ayrıca güzeldi.

Moderno y cómodo para quedarse un par de noches

Cerca del aeropuerto. En Grab son 20 minutos. Muy moderno, cama cómoda, secador de pelo que en todo Filipinas no vi y plancha de ropa que si bien no use siempre creo que es útil. Queríamos desayunar pero no habíamos entendido que había que pedirlo antes para que vinieran a prepararlo, así que nos tomamos sólo un café que en la habitación había cápsulas con la cafetera y nos fuimos ya que sólo estuvimos una noche. La chica que nos recibió fue muy amable y el día de salida nos dejaron guardar el equipaje unas horas antes de volver al aeropuerto. Buen lugar para alojarse una o un par de noches y recorrer la ciudad

El barrio Justo en esa zona no es muy bonito pero hay opciones cerca para comer o beber algo. Pensamos que nos libraríamos de los gallos por el lugar pero no.. a las 4 de la mañana empezó el concierto, así que no olvidar unos Buenos earplugs !

Amazing!!!

Lovely interior and very clean and classy! Room was fantastic really cosy and homely. Shower fantastic! Felt really safe and secure. Staff wonderful and so helpful and even supported us with our delayed flight and late checkout (very late) thank you so much for our stay and all your help!

Très bon rapport qualité prix, et parfait surtout pour une nuit à Manille

Très bon hôtel, je recommande. Le personnel au petit soin et très sympathique, la chambre est propre et bien équipée, la literie est très confortable. Juste pour information, l’ascenseur se situe à l’étage, mais pas de problème le personnel vous aidera pour vos bagages sans souci!

Nice stay.

Probably nice and cozy place to stay for a short time. Staff is very helpful and professional enough. Room are clean, with comfortable bed, but in my room I didn't have window. Once again that hotel is good for a short stay.

Fantastic Stay at ASN Boutique

I can’t state how much I liked ASN Boutique. The rooms have so many amenities, from Netflix on TV, the best hot shower in Manila, a super-comfy bed, coffee maker, iron, etc. The rooftop bar serves up great food and cold drinks. The employees went above and beyond to make my stay a memorable one.

Best experience in Manila

Comfortable room, beds and warm hospitality. Everything was perfect and worth every pennies you've spent. Would love to stay here again next time in Macau. Staffs were very kind. There were homemade welcome drink upon arrival and checkin. There's also Nespresso machine with free coffee-chocolate capsule for free. A lot of amenities in the room. Bar on the top of the building was fascinating, they serve only hotel guests so it was very private.

Location maybe a bit hard to find, but that's all.

Excellent hotel with great facilities and service

This hotel seems brand new and has all the facilities you need. To name a few, clean rooms, comfortable bed, powerful and quiet airco, excellent gym (one of the best I’ve had in a hotel), and above all very nice and helpful staff. I would highly recommend to stay here

Friendly staff, clean room (the towels were very white and clean which I appreciate a lot). They offered us an upgrade in a bigger room. As we has our flight in the afternoon, they gave us a free late check-out. Nice bar and gym.

Best in Manila

Everything is amazing from staff, room, gym, and bar tbh. The treatment and the room to be fair compared to what you pay are just wow. Best stay in Manila so far. They literally focused in every small detail in the room, gym, everything is wow you can't make something better than this tbh. Unless you pay double or triple the amount paid. This is a steal!

If you are overweight/not fit, or using wheelchair this isn't for you, as elevator/lift starts from 2nd floor.

Best place to stay in Manila

The staff was so friendly and professional, we had nothing to worry about, the check-in was easy, the staff directly took care of our luggages and had prepared some delicious homemade tea for our arrival. The room was perfectly clean, everything was brand new and the room and the bathroom were so comfortable. It's the perfect place if you need to stay overnight near the airport, in a quiet neighbourhood before or after taking your plane. They have a beautiful and cute rooftop with a gym and also a bar/restaurant. The staff there was amazing, they even offered us a cocktail. The next day, we had our plane a bit later in the afternoon and they nicely let us stay in our room after the usual check-out time, it was very convenient. If you're travelling from Europe, you'll be astonished by how Filipinos are welcoming, especially at this Residence. Everything was better than we could have expected!

Awesome stay at ASN boutique residence

When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Alex and his kind staff ,they were super helpful to give us some tips and information for a genuine visit . The hotel is well located for visiting Manila, the street is quiet away from Manila bustle which is really relaxing . The design is 100% compliant with the pictures showed on the website, it can make a 5stars hotel jealous. The rooftop bar with Jerome had special vibes, he can make awesome cocktails depending on your taste. If I go back to Manila, I will 200% go back there for my stay. A nice place to recommend! My new comfort discovery

I liked everything.Actually everyone was so nice and professional.The owner was very down to earth,he even carried my luggages into my room at the 4th floor.He was so accomodating and toured me around the gym and bar located at the rooftop.The lady in the reception was so polite and courteous.She's always there to open and close the door for everyone.Aside from her good values,she is cute and absolutely gorgeous as well.Overall,the hotel is awesomely perfect in any way...i even overstayed.I will surely recommend it to my family and friends.

The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with everything one might need (even an iron and an ironing board). Plus, the staff was really great! They were warm, kind and truly welcoming. We even received a welcome drink!

This is a hidden Gem in Makati amazing location!

This is a hidden Gem in Makati amazing location, very quiet, clean, a very well maintained facility with modern fittings, amenities and accessories. The gym is fully equipped the rooms have an espresso machines and they give 3 capsules every morning. If you are a coffee lover you will understand why this is a big deal. They have a rooftop bar, Rustic Rooftop bar, there is a bar attender by the name Jerome, his cocktails are a must have, heavenly!!!!The owner Alex is a very attentive and caring host, he goes out of his way to ensure all his guests are comfortable. Overly satisfying.

We definitely found our home in Makati. A hidden gem to be exact. Everything is well-thought-of and you get your money's worth and even more. Among the reasons why we're absolutely coming back: spic and span property, dandy fitness gym, awesome customer service, craft cocktails created by such an experienced barman, and such peachy amenities. Kudos to the very hands-on owner, Alex and to his team!

We’ve stayed at a lot of hotels but this was one that stands out! It had everything we needed and more, an iron/iron board, coffee machine, the most delicious welcome drink, incredible new gym facilities (the best we’ve seen in a hotel) the owner Alex and staff were incredibly welcoming and accomodating for our stay (especially since we mixed up our booking and told them 2 hours before we arrived) the hotel is modern and incredibly clean, comfy bed and hot shower. Exceeded our expectations, we will definitely recommend and stay again Bridget and Josh (@bridgeandjosh)

Amazing stay - recommend !!

We had an amazing stay ! I was a bit worried as there were not many comments, but it was much better than what we hoped for. The room, staff, facilities are amazing, it was our best hotel experience in the Philippines (-perfect for our last night before going home !) The room was super confortable, beautiful and quiet. They let us check-in at 10am without fees which was really nice of them. The staff and owner were really nice and helpful. The hotel isn't so far from the airport, they have an airport shuttle they can arrange for you (if you're more on a budget like us and don't mind waiting, take a yellow taxi or a "grab"). We loved the rooftop bar and the bartender arranged delicious cocktails for us! That's definitely the hotel you should stop to in Manila, I really recommend it.

The best hotel in Manila!

Perfect hotel at one of the best parts of Manila. Great location without street food at 300 m.- no smell at all, and NO noise... (as you may already know, the philippines' national tool is angle grinder, and they start using it at sunrise every day. I think they must add it to the national flag!) Highly recommend it, not only for transit sleepovers, but for long stays. Very clean and comfortable, built with passion and attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even the owner, ooo man, great guy! There is a gym and a rooftop bar with a good view of the city. When we speak for details, even the whiskey glasses are Glencairn! The hotel is new, and i think if they keep this quality of service, it will be a must place in Manila. Whis you best and hope to see you soon!
