This is a beautiful home that has a great location to downtown Rosemary Beach and the ocean! The courtyard provides a great space to sit and also some separation from the street. Having temperature control on all levels was great. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this propertyđź‘Ť

Wonderful location! Walking distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Home is lovely, beautifully decorated and great space for everyone. Courtyard in front is great for leaving beach toys. Highly recommend wagon for taking everything back and forth to the beach. Reserve beach chairs and umbrella setup is a must. Use walkover "F" for closest beach entry. Only suggestion would be to have a walking map of area with walkouts and pool locations identified. Otherwise, excellent rental!! 10/10! Everyone in our family agreed, we will be coming back!

Loved and enjoyed out stay!!! Was great place and marcus responded with all questions!! my only suggestion would be to put curtains on the top third floor suite because the sun comes right in, was nice to naturally wake up to but if your wanting to sleep in I would choose a different room! As well we tried looking for a cooler we saw previous comments that said there was one but we couldnt seem to find it but thats okay! Overall great experience and great time would come back!!

We recently had the pleasure of renting this home in Rosemary Beach. The decor of the home was simply exquisite, showcasing a perfect blend of elegance and coastal charm. Every detail was meticulously chosen, from the tasteful furnishings to the beautiful artwork and light fixtures, creating an atmosphere of sophistication and relaxation. The home is undeniably beautiful and feels like stepping into a magazine-worthy oasis. The location of the home is just as impressive. Situated in the heart of Rosemary, it provided easy access to pools and pristine private beaches. The convenience of being within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, and entertainment options is an added bonus. We felt like we were in the center of all the excitement, yet still had our own private retreat. The layout of the home is ideal for a larger family and provides a comfortable haven for rest and relaxation. The indoor and outdoor living areas were thoughtfully designed, allowing just enough space for socializing and creating cherished memories. The three-story floor plan added to the overall sense of grandeur. All bedrooms are on the second and third floor and may not be ideal for anyone that has issues climbing stairs. The luxurious and exquisite decor, coupled with the amazing location and ample space, made it an extraordinary retreat. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home to create lasting memories. If you're looking for a truly remarkable getaway, this home is an absolute must!

Our family of 4 (two teens girls ages 13 & 14) enjoyed our stay at In the Heart of Rosemary 4th of July week. You simply can't beat the location. We rarely got in our car to travel anywhere because everything was in walking or biking distance. The house comes with 4 bikes, but as noted, they are rusty. We decided not to use the bikes at the house and rented from Bamboo Bike Rental company for $55/wk per bike and it was perfect. We suggest one person renting a trike with a basket to haul stuff to and from the beach & pool. There are 4 pools in Rosemary Beach that guests have access to- Check them out online- your code will give you access to all pools. The fitness center is connected to the lap pool and offers Yoga most mornings. All pools were very well maintained. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with hand soaps, sponge, dish soap, dish cloths, garbage bags, toilet paper, small travel shampoo (I would suggest packing that). The house had atleast 6 beach towels and several bath towels. Kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, wine opener, toaster, coffee maker/filters, microwave, etc.. The wrap around porches on both floors were amazing and had plenty of comfy seating options. I would suggest packing bug spray and citronella candles and of course a bluetooth speaker to enjoy some music while you sip on wine--Great wine cooler in the house with plenty of storage. TV's worked great although we only watched it 2x. Kids only used bunks to have downtime after being in the sun.
House has one backpack beach chair. I would suggest bringing backpack chairs as they are convenient when bike riding. We did not rent chairs and umbrellas from RB rental and were just fine if we set up by 8am each day. The house did not have any sand toys, inflatables, etc.. for those with young kids. However, if you bring your own, Bamboo Bike Rental will blow them up for you. We used the gas grill and all worked well. The garage area is VERY narrow. We have a Honda Pilot and fit like a glove. If you have a larger vehicle, please note you may not be able to park in garage. This house was simply perfect for the 4 of us--each kid had their own room, my husband and I had a room and the bunks went unused. The A/C worked perfect and felt amazing to come 'home' to! We would highly recommend this property. Marcus was very responsive with updated codes and such. A beautiful home and amazing location! Enjoy!

Nice location and Marcus was responsive, BUT heat and a/c impossible to control, master bedroom very small and a queen bed! Too much, wasted and unusable outside space (hot tub maybe?) and not enough interior space.

Overall our stay was great. Home is in an amazing location - could not have been more perfect for two 8-year-olds and a 5-year-old. Unfortunately only 1 bike actually worked (chains were off) but there is a bike rental company right in Barrett Square.
I truly hope this home is available next summer for our dates because we will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay over the week of July 4th. The house is just off the main square, an easy walk to the shops and restaurants and the beach. The outdoor balcony on the second floor was a great spot for morning coffee and reading. The owner had the shutters open already so we didn't have to fuss with that.
I worried about only having three bedrooms, but they are spaced out and there's plenty of privacy. The master bedroom has it's own private bathroom with a shower only, no tub. There was plenty of room for five of us, we didn't feel crowded at all. The bunk beds are literally in the hallway next to the stairs, but my son didn't mind. I liked the downstairs living vs some of the houses where the second floor is the common area.
We would definitely rent the house again. Thank you!

This is a nice, small three bedroom condo in a good location. The size was fine for our party of 4 adults and one child. It's a pleasant, short walk to the beach and just a few minutes' walk to the shops and restaurants. The condo itself was clean and has two patios as well as an upper floor balcony.
We did have some maintenance issues that were not resolved during our stay. All of the lights on the staircase were out and none of the upstairs televisions worked. Marcus did send a (very friendly) maintenance man, but he was unable to get the lights fixed during our stay. (It was very dark at night, and I felt it was a safety issue with my 77-year old in-laws.) The television issue was not addressed at all - we don't typically spend a lot of time watching TV on vacation, but we had 2-3 rainy days this time, as well as a few different sporting events that we wanted to watch.
Overall, we had a pretty good stay.

We had originally planned to be on a continuing education trip during this week - due to weather in the Caribbean (hurricane Maria) our trip was cancelled last minute and we were able to schedule this lovely home as a beach getaway. Even though it was a last minute booking Marcus (owner of the home) was lovely - made everything perfect for us. The picture on the front page - the sleeping porch - was our favorite spot in the house... We spent most of our evenings out here - either watching Game of Thrones or just enjoying our last bit of warm weather.
There is construction going on across the street but other than making it difficult to get in and out of the garage, it in no way bothered us.
We loved Rosemary Beach - loved walking two blocks for coffee in the morning - three blocks to some really terrific restaurant - we could pretty much get everything we needed or wanted within just a few blocks and drove our cars very little. Marcus has bikes there that he allows guests to use, but we didn't even do that.
The beach is lovely - about a five minute walk which we hoped in some way made up for all the wine we drank while sitting on the beach - We did not realize that October is 'fall break' time in Tennessee and Kentucky so the beach was not 'deserted' but it was not badly crowded either.
It was just the two of us in the home - could easily have had our three adult children too - I might have felt cramped if we had eight people. We did use the grill on site to cook hamburgers one night and had some delicious fresh, local shrimp another night...
Go - this house is fabulous - great location and beautiful inside and out - remember to ask Marcus to open the shutters on the sleeping porch - it's apparently fairly complicated - but go and relax. I never did figure out how to work the TV's in the house - we didn't really miss them.
