About this cottage rental
Entering the property you will find yourself in the inviting spacious hallway, where there is plenty of space to store your coats and boots. There are two beautifully decorated bedrooms off the hallway. The master bedroom is at the front and includes a king-size divan bed with high quality mattress and luxury crisp white bed linen. There are phenomenal views from the large picture window where you could easily spend time relaxing gazing over the fells. This bedroom also has a brand new ensuite shower room.
Behind the master bedroom is another pretty bedroom with two single beds (beds can be made up as super-king size for a small fee)
The luxury newly refurbished bathroom is next to the twin bedroom, and makes a calming place to soak tired muscles after a busy day of exploring!
If you're planning to cook and dine in during your holiday you will not be disappointed with the kitchen/diner! The cupboards are well stocked with plenty of cookware, glasses and crockery. There is plenty of cupboard and worktop space, along with modern appliances including a full size fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. The dining table comfortably seats 6 guests so you can gather with friends and family to enjoy a delicious meal which you recount the days adventures, and plan the next!
Through the kitchen there is another spacious bedroom with a king size bed and plenty of storage space, along with another shower room.
The living room makes a lovely place to relax during the day with plenty of light, or unwind there in the evening enjoying your favourite programme on the smart TV. The breath-taking views are undoubtedly the showstopper here, but the room is again tastefully decorated with two comfortable quality fabric sofas, an easy chair and some unique artwork/lighting which collectively make this a great space to enjoy.
Moving outside, the well-maintained garden space at the back includes a patio area with table seating perfect for gathering to enjoy al-fresco dining. The garden does extend beyond the patio, although this area should be explored with caution due to the steepness, with steps up to a further paved area (there are some chairs there to rest your legs after the hike!) and a pretty meadow area behind. It is worth heading up there if you can for the amazing views!
The property has been put together with great care and attention to detail, while keeping comfort and practicalities at the forefront to ensure an amazing holiday that will not disappoint.
Guests will not need to worry about where to leave their car as there is private parking for two cars (one space is inside the garage - better suited to a smaller car). There are several steps up from the parking area to the entrance.
Complimentary WiFi is provided for guests
Being next door to Rock Lynn may prove ideal for two families wishing to holiday together in this popular village location. The house is an amazing base for families to spend time making wonderful new memories, but the layout, flexible bed configuration, and bedroom to bathroom ratio also lends itself well to walkers, friends or three couples.
It would be easy to park up and enjoy a jam-packed car-free holiday. Braithwaite amenities include three lovely pubs serving food and local ales, village shop and a tea room. Theres nearby Whinlatter Forest along with a huge selection of walks and outdoor activities to choose from, a nearby bus stop with routes taking you all over the Lake District, and Keswick town centre only minutes away.

Highly recommended. Great location, well-equipped and well maintained. The best rental property we have stayed in.

First time staying in Braithwaite & what a stunning little village. Three peaks was a perfect base for our holiday. Spotless & very well equipped. Walks from the door & views from the property are beautiful! Lovely welcome pack, bedrooms decorated beautifully & all bathrooms were stunning. Our dog really enjoyed his stay too! Drive was fine for us with a medium sized car but could be tricky if you had a larger car/cars but plenty spaces in the village if needed.

Well equipped and obviously recently refurbished to a very good standard - having 3 showers and bathrooms is really good! Well equipped good kitchen and plenty of space.
Location is ideal, great views of the fells and plenty of walking and other activities on the doorstep.

Loved the bungalow. Clean warm everything there that's needed. Parking on a slope I managed as we had 2 cars would be better without the garage as cannot open car door when inside if you have a decent sized car. Other than that no other issue. We will go back

Beautiful property, tasteful decor, well equipped, warm & very comfortable. Lovely garden too. We loved our stay here & would highly recommend it to others.
Only downside, we struggled with the parking. Garage very tight, parked the second vehicle (mini countryman) inside but then struggled to get out of the car as couldn't fully open the car door. Stopped using the garage after this.

Despite very high winds and the freezing temperatures outside the cottage was warm and cosy throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable and the rooms spacious. The garden was enclosed and perfect for the dog. An issue with the internet was resolved to our satisfaction.

The bungalow had a really nice feel about it. Everything was very clean and the rooms were nice and bright. The views of the hills from the property are great. Keswick Cottages were a dream to deal with compared to the larger holiday rental companies. They answer the phone quickly, and came around to the property straight away when we reported a concern we had. We would definitely like to stay again.

We really enjoyed our break at Three Peaks. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and well equipped. The lounge area was perfect for relaxing in and the beds extremely comfortable. Towels/bed linen excellent standard and all fresh and clean. Lovely welcome pack. Really liked the tablet to locate all the house information.
We will definitely be booking again - thanks.

Three Peaks is beautiful inside & out. We have stayed in a number of properties in Braithwaite, over the years, & it certainly ranks amongst the best.
There were a few minor things that might be considered to improve it :-
A shelf & some hooks in the en-suite bathroom for toiletries
A picket fence to keep dogs from roaming to the front of the property
Markings to highlight steps to the lower patio
Bird warning stickers on windows (there were two bird imprints on front windows)
We would certainly recommend Three Peaks to anyone but unfortunately due to one of our group struggling with Parkinson’s we will sadly not be using it again

Cottage was beautiful. Great location near Keswick. Spectacular views from the living room and garden which was well kept and very big. Cottage must have been refurbished recently as finished to a high spec and modern. Has everything you can possibly need for a great holiday, board games, books, well equiped kitchen and very comfortable beds. Next to a lovely little village. Will definitely be back

Based in small village within easy reach of walks/lakes. Lovely tiered garden (steps up). Would recommend. Parking space takes bit of practice as awkward angle.

A view out of every window fabulous But parking especially loading and unloading with two cars a nightmare as the little lane is used by all the people further along. As one car is in the garage you have to get it out of the garage to load it then the trouble starts as the car is then in the lane. We both had big cars an Audi and a BMW such a shame. I asked the man further along if one car could park on his area but he said no.

The house was decorated in festive way for our visit during Christmas. We also received a welcome package which made us feel great after the long drive. The cottage had everything you could need for a short break and every room had great view. Outdoor space was great for breakfast in the open. The garage space was a bit difficult to park in but there is a £5 all day parking in village if required.

Newly available property. Extremely well kitted out, very clean and comfortable. Great location for exploring the Lake District. Parking for one car only outside of the property. Access may be difficult for someone with mobility problems. Highly recommended a great option.
