PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly the tariff rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in loss of your bond and/or additional payments. Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and will result in termination of rental and/or loss of bond.
Between 10.30pm and 8am noise levels must not disturb neighbours. EPA enforced neighbourhood quiet hours are from 10.30pm - 8am.
At any time there is to be NO LOUD aggressive behaviour, yelling, screaming and or arguing etc.
Excess vehicles are not permitted, general ratio is one car per every two people maximum. Boats, jetski's, caravans may be permitted but must be mentioned at the time of confirmation.
Please - STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE.

* Please make sure to pick up your dog's droppings. This is your responsibility to do this. Please use a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the outside rubbish bin.
* If your dog is a compulsive barker or tends to bark more in unfamiliar environments you may want to consider leaving him/her at home. Dogs that bark relentlessly have been an issue with the neighbours in the past at this particular property. To ensure you have "quiet enjoyment" of the property the owners and management would prefer the peace be kept.

Three generations of our family thoroughly enjoyed a comfortable stay in this beautifully maintained house. It has a genuine Australian coastal theme throughout and a few quirky reminders of beach life when Nan was young. The games room and undercover spa were perfect entertainment for a rainy, cold July visit. Most rooms have a split system which kept us nice & warm, we could have enjoyed the wood heater if there had been some firewood available.

This was the one of the best holidays of our lives, in huge part because of this fabulous property. It was gorgeously decorated, packed with fun activities and very spacious. The spa and pool table were highlights, and its location is perfect for beach walks (we stayed in Winter).
The girls and I absolutely adored the Little Penguins! We were glad we booked the viewing far in advance as it does tend to sell out.
Communication with the property manager was timely, comprehensive and friendly. Even when I was confused about the booking process, he was extremely patient and kind.
Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals.
I highly recommend this property! We are very tempted to book again in warmer weather.
