Nice for traveling with pets, but watch for poop!

We stayed here for one night as we were moving from PA to GA and had our 2 pugs with us along with our Dad. This was the perfect set up for our needs with the dogs. We appreciated the kitchenette, thought it wasn’t initially clear that we had to go ask for dishes, etc.

Soooooooooo many people clearly do not give a sh*t about their dog’s sh*t. One the dog poop bags/trash was not super obvious, as it was on the other side of the parking lot and so by the time people get there… so it definitely smelled a bit like dog pee/poop and I think that bothered our dog and made it not want to use the bathroom in most of the area. I feel like this needs to be better addressed for many reasons, let alone risking stepping in someone else’s dog poop in the dark.

Would certainly stay there again.

This is a very new hotel. Everything was clean, fresh and the staff were very nice.

I thought it might have some dishes in the kitchen. Apparently Extended Stay does not provide any kitchen accessories which seems odd.

Price, location was great, close to shopping and restaurants, it clean

No pool, no breakfast, the beds were not the most comfortable, and there was only 1 chair. We pulled the table up to the bed and used it for supper. Room wasn't furnished with dishes and the was not a coffee pot!

one thing i cannot say that in my travels i have had worse , definitely not 3 star accomidations

upon arrival i waited for what seemed like a half hour for a desk clerk to assist me , there was no one around , after checking in and making my way to my room i exited the elevator on my floor and the smell in the hall way was very offensive , the trash was running over , it stayed that way for 3 days until it was finally emptied , hallway needed a good cleaning ,the smell never was addressed it remained my entire 6 day stay , my room was ok except for a couple issues , the refrigerator did not get cool enough , turned it all the way up , but still lost items stored in it due to spoiling , wireless cut me off on day three , something about too many connections , i went to front desk for help and once again waited for assistance for a long time , when the clerk finally did show her self , she was absolutely useless and pretty much informed me that i was on my own in find a solution , that evening after personel change i contacted the evening clerk by room phone , he was very nice and said he would make calls to fix the issue but it never was for the rest of my stay i had to use my phone data for all communication , one thing i did notice was that most of the employees hung out outside at the picnic tables provided for guest , including the ones that should be monitering the front desk to assist the guest . 99 % percent of my stay there was no one at the service desk , if you needed towels , etc they didnt come to you , you have to go find someone to get them .

Clean. Modern. Comfortable. Large fridge which we needed, we were in a long road trip. Coffee in lobby, yes! Staff was exceptional.

The location suited my needs.

Breakfast was pick up and go, but had options for oatmeal, cereal, muffins and for me it worked out fine!!

The facilities were new, however, there was no discount for military service and I thought that wasn't considerate but was told because I booked with booking.com they did not offer any discount, but I think they didn't have anything else to say. So you don't honor veterans?

Decent stay

The fact that it was new and most things were in great condition. Room was nice, love the laminate floor over carpet. Decent sized shower and in room facilities.

Ceiling looked to have water pooled under the paint or maybe it had before but it should be fixed. Bedding was a mess, the duvet would not stay assembled. No breakfast. Smell of gas which could also be the new paint but I could hardly stand it. Satellite went out multiple times and elevator was closed which for someone like me with a handicap I was disappointed in lack of alternatives. The flashing light on the smoke detector was the worst at night.

I never got a chance to stay because the wifi wasn't working an I waited around from 12 until 4:00 . But there was an issue I called booking they said they were going to the hotel an call me back never received a call.so please don't charge me it wasn't my fault.

Good

Location was convenient to places we needed to go. Overall, facility was clean. ( see note in next section). The price was reasonable and staff was friendly. Also, hotel is pet friendly! ( we were traveling with our dog.)

Pet fee was absolutely ridiculous. Most places charge $25 per stay, not $25 per night. Breakfast was definitely lacking. Need hot options. On Saturday afternoon/night the elevator was out of service ( we were on 4th floor!) So when we got back to the hotel in the afternoon we had to use the stairs, then when we got to room, the key card wasn’t working . so I had to walk all the way back down from the fourth floor to get that fixed and then go all the way back up. A couple hours later when we went out to eat dinner, we had to use the steps leaving and returning. ( we are in our 60’s! ) After dinner Saturday, we open the refrigerator door to put some leftovers in there and discovered that when they cleaned the room before we checked in there had been an open bottle of orange juice left in the refrigerator!

Pleasant

The hotel is clean and new and is in a good location. Even though the computer systems were down when we arrived, the front desk staff got us checked in and straightened out the paperwork when the systems came back online.

There were no guides of any type in the room to explain TV channels, hotel rules, etc. I wish there were a few utensils in the room to make eating there a little easier. There are dish packs that you can order for the room but that seems like an unnecessary step when you just need forks or maybe a cup.

Close to tons of food, but located far enough to be quiet. They do allow pets, but I didn't hear any of them and the hotel and room was very clean
