The elevated position of the property provides spectacular sea and countryside views, with all of the main rooms facing the ocean. No matter when you come, Seascape delivers all year round – undeniably stunning in the summer, the house is also a treat in the winter when guests can marvel at the rough waves rolling in through the 23ft wide picture window.

Seascape, brought to you by Cottages On The Coast, is located in the sought after holiday destination of Woolacombe has award winning beach, renowned for the excellent surf and stunning coves and beaches along the headland. The village centre is right next to the glorious three mile stretch of golden sandy beach and provides a great selection of shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. The village offers all you could need for a fun filled family holiday. For those that like to explore a bit more, then you also have easy access to scenic paths towards Mortehoe and the National Trust headland of Baggy Point.

The postcode is EX34 7DG. Leave the M5 at Junction 27 (Tiverton turn off) and follow the A361 towards Barnstaple and Braunton. After passing through Braunton proceed for a further 6 miles to Mullacott Cross roundabout. Turn left on to the B3343 and follow signs to Woolacombe. Continue down the hill towards the sea front. As you go down the hill you’ll pass the church on your right, and shortly after, a large apartment complex called “Bryon”. Take the first turning on your right immediately after the Byron complex into Sandy Lane and then your first left onto Sunnyside Road. Drive all the way along Sunnyside road and driveway for Seascape will be on the right just before the T-Junction.

9 adults, 2 dogs, fantastic location and views and at no time we’re we on top each other. Space in abundance and views to die for from everywhere.

Its a newish bright airy property and it very much about the great views from almost every room. Well equipped , it suited our family party of 9 people just fine.

The property is fantastic. The location is breath taking in more ways than one. The views across the bay are stunning , but walking up the hill to the property does not get easier the more you do it. At least the cream teas have been worked for! The house is so well equipped and the layout allowed for us all to have some private space if you just want to chill.
