Ashdown House is a detached, dormer bungaow resting next door to the owner's home in the vibrant, Pembrokeshire village of Saundersfoot. It plays host to three bedrooms; a king size double, a ground floor double and a ground floor twin, sleeping six people in total. There is also a ground floor shower room and ground floor cloakroom, following a kitchen, utility, living/dining room and conservatory. To the exterior is an enclosed garden and off-road parking for three cars. Ashdown House promises a well-deserved break in a charming region of Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher washing machine, TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair, stairgate and travel cot available. Off-road parking for 3 cars. Enclosed rear garden with lawned area and patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.25 miles. Please note: If you would like to charge an electric vehicle at the property this would need to be discussed prior to booking.

The stunning, sandy Blue Flag beaches present a wonderful spot for relaxed bathing, whilst walkers are well catered for with the 186 mile Pembrokeshire Coast Path commencing at nearby Amroth. Visit the quaint seaside resort of Tenby, with its ancient walls, award-winning beaches and boat trips to the monastic Island of Caldey.
