About this villa rental
Summary:
A historic farmhouse dating back to the 1700s. The villa with swimming pool on the ground floor is featured with: entrance, private spa (Jacuzzi mini-pool, Turkish bath, sauna, emotional shower, aroma and chromotherapy and service bathroom), dining hall with services, bathroom, wine bar, industrial kitchen and service bathroom.
The Space:
On the first floor, accessible either from the external staircase or from an internal elevator, there are a suite with two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a living room and a kitchenette.
On the second floor there are two independent suites featuring large double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and living areas with kitchenettes.
This villa is surrounded by large green outdoor areas: a garden of about 1 hectare where there are two other farmhouses: one larger and one smaller.
The larger farmhouse features a living room with kitchenette and two large double bedrooms that can fit an extra bed, equipped with en suite bathrooms.
The smaller farmhouse, a romantic house perfect for a couple, has a living room / entrance with kitchenette, a double bedroom with Jacuzzi located under a large window overlooking the countryside planted with wheat or sunflowers according to the season, ensuite bathroom with Turkish bath shower.
The villa also features an outdoor salt-water infinity pool 7m wide and 14m long.
The estate is located in an ideal position, since, even if it’s in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, it is at only 2 km from the E 45 highway, through which it is possible to reach the most important places in Umbria: for example, Perugia is only 27 km away and other places of interest such as Assisi, Todi, Orvieto and Spoleto are easy to get to.
