Loved that you could walk right down to the beach. House is big and every bedroom has its own bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. Didn’t have to worry about linens/towels. The kitchen appliances work but need some attention. Overall it’s a nice place but the yard is awful, weeds everywhere, grass is not cut and a sandy mess of leftover beach equipment. Would rent again if the price wasn’t going up.

Our family spent a week here and what we loved most was it proximity to the beach. It was a very short walk and the beach access was right across the road. The home is very spacious and came with all the amenities that we needed. It was great having a bathroom in each bedroom. Our granddaughter loved the swimming pool. It is within walking distance to some great local restaurants and the pier.

We were a group of 8 that stayed at the house for a weekend. We are all adults. When we got in and, we could tell it was recently sanitized and vacuumed. It was about a three minute walk to the beach. There was enough plates and utensils for all of us to have 2 meals without needing to do dishes. The pool area outside was clean. The pool water itself was too cold to go into at this time of year, but would be great in the summer. It is ideal to just sit and relax in as it is the size of an extra large, hot tub. It was also convenient to have a water hose outside to clean your feet after going on the beach. There was an outdoor shower that we do not use. It was very easy to fit 4 cars in the driveway. However, there were some issues. When we got there, the half bath in the kitchen would not flush. The shower/tub in the master bedroom would not drain. I reached out about these issues and did not hear back. I only heard back the next day when I asked if we could have a late check out (check out at 11am instead of 10am) which I immediately received a no with no explanation, even after asking for one. This led us to have a used, dirty toilet in first floor bathroom our entire trip. The beds were very uncomfortable. Most of us were aching after sleeping on them for two nights. Overall, the average of a group is a 3.5, but can’t give half so round to get up 4. This would be a good weekend, trip place but due the beds, I would not recommend staying here for more.

First to walk in and the crown molding in the paint color is absolutely beautiful The floors were beautiful but then like someone stated in the review it's like a pig with lipstick. The ceiling fans were covered in thick thick dirt grease dust all the above and the ventilation fans in the bathroom were so clogged that it barely ran One of the toilets kept clogging up so you couldn't put toilet paper in there The refrigerator was filthy with food and under the shelves and smell like seafood there was something that busted on the counter and it was all red up under the cabinet by the refrigerator door all over the refrigerator and inside the shelf White 2 and 1/2-in dog hair under one of the chairs in the living room all over the couch all over the carpet under the couch food under the couch food under my bed the little goldfish snack crackers The cream colored chairs arms were filthy I took pet covers that I use on my couch at home there and I use them thank goodness I had them or I wouldn't have set on that terror couch. The outside grass was 4 and 1/2 in tall while everyone else's was freshly cut there were weeds all around the pool, The Beach furniture was all piled up like it's been in a hurricane there were dried leaves behind it buckets of sand with their shells as if somebody left in an emergency spiders all in the entrance way hanging off their webs at night as we arrived. The bath mats were smashed flat they were dirty and had dried stuff all over them.

The space was good for our family. Good bedroom arrangement, nice open area for together time. The pool area was adequate but was overgrown with grass and weeds. Some of us spent time pulling the grass that was overgrown on the sidewalk and pool area. The management was very responsive to some requests about light switches that did not work. They always responded very quickly when we had concerns. The kitchen could use some additional dishes. We did not have enough for our family to eat breakfast except in shifts

Very mediocre. It’s easier just to list issues instead of a narrative. At 4:00 check-in, they were still cleaning. The furniture was stained, broken, and even water damaged beyond repair. Kitchen stuff was garage sale quality. Patio furniture: one chair had massive hole in seat making it unusable. Floor vents were rusted, ceiling vents were dusty. Locks on sliding glass doors were broken. Lightbulbs blown in bedrooms, including closet. It was a plus that they had plenty of towels but they were like sandpaper. Don’t think that you can get Sun and then use them, you will scream! Emails sent to property management went unanswered. I left a review on the property management’s site the day we left (June 10) and it still doesn’t show on their site. The pool was small but perfect for the amount of people that used it. The gate leading into the pool needed to be fixed. I would not book this place again and I wouldn’t book anything through this property management company again. Their fees were astronomical and they clearly don’t use them to make needed repairs to their properties.

This house is in a great location, walking distance to the beach and a short drive to local restaurants and shopping. It has a nice layout and was large enough for our party of seven. The wifi worked well and there was great water pressure in the upstairs bathrooms. However these attributes could not accommodate the downfalls of this rental. This house is disgustingly dirty- from air vents that appeared to not have been cleaned in years, to grime that ringed the kitchen cabinet doorknobs, to the layers of dirt in the sliding glass door tracks. Although this is a non-smoking property, there was a smell of cigarettes and/or mustiness upstairs when we arrived. In the common areas like hallways and living room, there was dirt and dust on every flat surface along with some dead bugs in the windowsills. The lamp shades were dusty and there were dust balls under the chairs. The coffee table had broken drawers and there were several long, deep scuffs in the hardwood floor. In the kitchen, the white cabinets were brown and dingy around the knobs, had food splashed on the outside, and had crumbs on the inside. The kitchen was well-stocked, however the quality of the plates, glasses, silverware, pots, etc. were of garage sale quality and were put away dirty. The dining table had crumbs stuck in the grooves of the table. The beds were excruciating hard, loud, and uncomfortable. The bed linens were pilled and rough, the duvets were thin, the pillows were flat. There was a thick layer of dust on every headboard. In one bedroom there were bottles of wine (one was open) and an open case of White Claw stored in the closet. The en-suite bathroom air returns and exhaust fans were so dusty and dirty the ceiling and nearby walls had debris on them. At least two of the showers had long, dark hairs stuck on the walls. The towels and washcloths were worse than gym quality. There was no binder provided with checkout procedures, emergency contacts, home information, etc. When asked shortly after check in about the cleanliness of the rental, I mentioned several of these issues to the management company. They did offer to send someone out to re-clean the house, this house needs far exceeds what only or two people can do in an hour.
