The perfect mountain vacation home for couples and small families. You will be hard pressed to find this much space with views this big at a more affordable price. Only 1.8 miles to Main Street and the BreckConnect Gondola for skiing at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Other perks that can't be found in other homes in this price range include an oversized private and covered hot tub with spectacular views, a 2-car garage with EASY loading and unloading, radiant in-floor heat, a gas fireplace with thermostat, TVs in living room and all bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, superior beds, a full-size work desk, and of course free high speed internet. The views in person are even better than the photos. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything from a crock pot to rice cooker and fresh spices.

LOCATION: An easy 1.8 mile drive to downtown Breckenridge shops and dining and 1.8 miles to the Breckenridge Gondola for skiing at Peaks 6-8, 0.8 mile to Peak 9. This home is on the east side of Main Street, which providies easier access and less traffic to shops and skier parking. Alternatively, you can drive 2.2 miles to the free skier parking lot on Airport Road and then board a shuttle that loops non-stop all day to the Gondola.
ACCESS: This home has a flat driveway and is in a neighborhood with paved roads, however, ALL Breckenridge visitors need 4WD/AWD for safe transportation to and around town.

The view was second to none, and the hot tub overlooking that view was the perfect way to end the days. The peoperty is not on the ski side of Breck, but close enough if you dont mind the shuttle or looking for parking. It's actually quite perfect for a base of operations for a family vacation.
One important thing to consider is the altitude. Sitting at over 9600ft, the air is thin and two in our party from out of state struggled with altitude sickness. This is real, please be prepared.
Perhaps because of past experience or the party vibe of Breck, the management of the property was not very warm and fuzzy but instead cold and very business first. The grill was not in working order and the two bikes in the garage had completely flat tires but we didnt stay there for that, so no harm no foul.
The view trumps all. We'd stay again.

Beautiful property! We enjoyed our stay but were not prepared for the adjustment to the high altitude! The home was spacious and comfortable. It is beginning to show wear and tear. The owner has put up signs notifying renters of things that are broken instead of repairing them. We loved the area and hope to return in the future!

A great get away with a fantastic view that doesn’t disappoint. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Even had a few hummingbirds come by to welcome us! Short drive to the free gondola for summer and winter fun!

We loved our stay at the house. It was very clean and well equipped, the beds were comfy and the views were stunning. It was great to read about the owners, and whilst we never mind stripping beds, etc. it was nice to not have to do that.
The only downside was the road accessing the property is undergoing major utility work, so instead ot the expected few yards of gravel road (we'd messaged to check that access was a proper road before booking 2 weeks earlier) we had to navigate a less than 50% wide bumpy dirt track.

My husband, 19 yr old daughter and I stayed at this property over the weekend. We absolutely loved it! It's very comfortable and the view of the mountain is breathtaking! We relaxed, cooked dinners (had everything we needed in the kitchen), watched March Madness, got in the hot tub (view of mountain from hot tub was amazing) and put a puzzle together. Convenient to everything. Loved having a garage to park in. There are 2 levels plus a basement level (only thing in basement is hot tub), so there are a lot of steps. Highly recommend!

We have stayed at so many Vrbo's over the last 20 years and I believe this was one of our favorites! The views were amazing, the location was perfect just being just 8 minutes from the slopes, and the home was very clean and well stocked...something you don't get in most Vrbo's! Thanks for the opportunity to be able to stay in such a beautiful home!

I'm a regular visitor to Breckenridge and consider this a great find. The highlights of this place, of which there are many, are as follows:
- The view. Sitting in the recliners upstairs or soaking in the hot tub, post ride, you will not get a better view of the mountain and feel more happy with your decision to book this place.
- Easy to get in and out of, especially if you're in town for skiing/riding
- Very roomy. Definitely enough room for 3 adult couples.
- Immaculately clean
- Well-appointed, roomy kitchen with lots of cooking supplies and appliances
- The hot tub is big enough for at least 4 adults. It also has colored lights for night tubbing. And unlike many other properties in the area, you don't need to walk in a foot of snow to get to it. Half of the tub is under the deck which makes it easy to get into.
- (x2) King Beds that are in good shape and comfy
- Plenty of entertainment options if you plan to hang in the place rather than go out
- Kristi is very accessible as a host and responded to our questions very quickly.
Again, I've been coming to Breckenridge annually for about 10 years now and this has been my favorite rental. I've spent much more per night for places that were bigger, closer or architecturally fancier, but they didn't have the view or comfort of this place.

As an avid VRBO user— I can confidently say that this home is definitely one of our favorite stays ever. The views are unbeatable. The hottub was already on and running so we didn’t have to mess with any settings! There were plenty of kitchen appliances/glassware for our party of 4, and even my 19 month old baby. There was a “kid” section of the kitchen where there were kids plates/utensils/cups and for me that was super helpful.
Kristi was super quick to respond to any questions we had. She was a great host!
The beds were very comfortable!
We did have our own vehicle so we did have to drive every time we went into town— but we didn’t mind at all. It’s only a few minutes from Main St/Peak 8 Gondola. It was definitely worth the views and quiet area.
Can’t wait to stay here again!

This was one of the best VRBO locations that we have stayed in. Absolutely comfortable and extremely well appointed with everything you would want. The management company was fabulous to deal with. they had everything you will need and more in the pantry. The views are gorgeous. All the amenities are just as described. We had a fabulous vacation at this VRBO and I highly recommend it.

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house in Breckenridge. We could see the ski slopes from the living room window and review the runs we did each day. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals after a stop at the grocery store. It was only about 10 minutes and an easy drive into town and to the ski resort. Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely house and much appreciate the owners for sharing it!

The house is very comfortable and the views of Breckenridge are hard to beat! It is only a 5 minute drive to the gondola lot. The kitchen has every amenity you would ever need. The wifi service is extremely fast and the hot tub is perfect at the end of a day on the slopes.
You won’t be disappointed with you stay!!

Our group of 3 adults and 2 children (ages 9 & 12) stayed here for 4 nights for a ski trip to Breckenridge. It was perfect! Great location, close to downtown and the slopes, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The private hot tub was fantastic, and the views of the mountains are unbeatable. Highly recommend, and we’d definitely stay here again!

This home is a beautiful, clean, well maintained home with a stunning view of the ski slopes in Breckenridge. It is very comfortable with reclining sofa chairs and additional swivel recliners that are perfect for enjoying the view. The stone fireplace has gas logs and conveniently operates with a thermostat. The sleep number beds are very comfortable and a great feature. The kitchen is fully equipped and well organized and has new granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances and a new, large stainless steel sink. We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable home with a perfect location and we look forward to spending time there again in the near future.

This house is so well cared for, has EVERYTHING you need, is so conveniently located to town and tons of activities…and have I mentioned the HOT TUB?!! What an absolutely beautiful home in a great location with the most spectacular views! We had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was perfect - we even had a moose and fox visit us while taking a soak. Couldn’t have asked for a more delightful getaway.

The property has a fabulous vantage point overlooking the valley and town of Breckenridge with a the ski resort and Ten Mile Range in the background. To make it even better there are high ceilings and a glass wall facing the view! It is nice having a garage in the winter and the private hot tub is a bonus to gather with friends. Buff is an excellent property manager and very pleasant. I will be back!

The view from the house was stunning. The hot tub was an amazing treat after a day on the slopes. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts each morning. The location of the house was outstanding for running into town for shopping and dinner’s and daily activities.

5 minutes from town is perfect yet you were so high up the mountain it is completely peaceful and quiet. We stayed in the mountains last year with Evergreen View this was much nicer the hot tub and window views of the mountains were better. We will store this property for Future travel

The view alone is worth the price of admission. Spectacular doesn't really do it justice. The home was marvelously equipped with everything imaginable. It was a nice blend of cozy and spacious so that if we wanted to be in the same room playing cards or watching movies, it accommodated all of us and if we wanted to be in our own space there was room for that too. Overall, the place was great and I would recommend it to anyone.

We drove the level driveway into the attached garage and looked out the picture window (yes, in the garage!) at the ski resort across the way. I think we decided at that moment that we would be coming back to Diamond House!
The garage is attached to “the cold room” with space for ALL of our ski/snowboard equipment. From there, we entered the spacious kitchen with cupboards full of every cooking implement imaginable! The refrigerator and stove were spotless, as were the bathrooms.
On the other side of the kitchen, the dining room and “mountain-viewing” room have full-length windows allowing for unobstructed mountain gaping. In the evening, we lost track of time relaxing in the swiveling recliners, enjoying the views of the runs we had skied, and watching the sun set. Our “twenty-something” children made use of the hot tub to sooth their muscles. Then we all crashed and slept soundly in the comfy, warm beds.
This home was even better than we expected and offered extras such as spices and coffee in the kitchen; games and movies in the den; and bathsoap, shampoo, conditioner, handsoap, tissues, and hand lotion in the bathrooms!! The Toulons have thought of everything!
