✿✿ BEDROOMS ✿✿
This home features 4 bedrooms with a total of 7 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms to accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, tons of closet space for your belongings, and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed with ample storage space for your things. The third bedroom has a large bunk bed with a twin-sized top, full-sized base, and a single-sized trundle bed underneath making it the perfect space for the kiddos! The fourth bedroom has two twin beds and lots of closet space.

The laundry room is located on the upstairs floor, for your convenience, laundry detergent, an iron and an ironing board are provided for you to use during your stay.

Upstairs, the master bathroom is conveniently situated off the master bedroom, boasting a spacious double vanity adorned with large mirrors, a luxurious soaking tub, and a separate walk-in shower. On the same floor, the second bathroom offers ample space, featuring a large sink and mirror coupled with a practical tub/shower combo. Downstairs, the third bathroom is a convenient half bath, providing accessibility on the lower level of the house.

Toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided for you during your visit along with extra towels if needed.

The kitchen is fully equipped for any meals you choose to make. With a large, granite top island and lots of extra counter space, cooking should be a breeze. Take advantage of the fridge and freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, and full dining sets. The dining room table holds enough seating for up to 8 guests. If you enjoy dining al fresco, take your meals out to the picnic table on the patio!

Unwind in the coziest spot of the home—the living room—after an exciting day of adventures. Sink into the comfort of the luxurious sectional sofa, perfect for the best nap or a round of board games with the family before bedtime. With the flat-screen TV equipped with streaming capabilities, you have the freedom to watch anything you desire, adding an extra layer of relaxation to your stay.

There is a private work area here as well. A blackboard is on the desk for any notes you need to take and high-speed wifi is connected throughout the house.

Outside you have access to the grill if anyone wants to cook up some burgers or hot dogs! There is a picnic table on the patio as well as some extra outdoor furniture. The backyard is fenced in so you can let the kids go crazy without needing to watch them too closely.

You have plenty of free parking during your visit as well. There is a two-car garage along with space for another two cars in your private driveway.

Although this home is located in a great location, we do recommend renting a vehicle during your stay, or utilizing ride-share services as destinations in Florida can be spread out.
