awful

we liked nothing at this property, we couldn't even let our engineers stay in these conditions, we have taken images and will be putting for a formal complaint in.

the fact that booking.com doesn't check out these properties, looks nothing like the images more like a halfway house/hostel type environment

Actually nice place - just the wifi was not working.... but now it does

TV wasn't connected to any tv channels - Internet wasn't working - but someone must have fiddled with it. I managed to fix it.

The bed was comfortable and the shower was powerful and hot.

when we arrived I had to call the phone number of the owner as I’d not been sent self checkin instructions to gain entry into the property & I had no idea which was our room number too. I had also booked another property for our stay in the area, & several days prior to our stay, I was sent all the self check in information. On calling the owner he had no booking for us, !!! despite me receiving a confirmation email to say we were booked in., he had to call a woman who said there was no spare room for us. I explained numerous times that we were booked in & we had got a confirmation email & did he want the ref number but he refused. All this going on whilst stood outside the property. Eventuallyhe gave me the with t Cwrappers on window edge outside. fridge in our room had food 2 years out of date and fo freezer the same. No tv in any of the rooms except lounge which is a shared facility.

Nothing good

FRAUD!!! When I arrived at the property I found that is locked and there wasn't anyone to let me in. Tried to call many times to the number, but no answer. I should slept into my vehicle even that was so cold outside. Still waiting refund and eventually compensation. Just AVOID!!!

This is the worst facility that I have seen across the uk.we waited for 1hour in rain outside the facility.no one came here to assist us .so we managed to cancel it.please don’t try to book here for any purpose. We are truley disappointed.

I never go back on that place

I been there wait half an hour no one there it was 4 pm when I call some one came then room not ready my entree is at 12 0 clock till 4 pm room wasn't ready my friend left leave me alone I just sit one hour may be 2 then I left is not worth for me sorry for that

bad stay way

the property was not ready for any one to stay there I arrived at three no one come to the door then I left and come back at 7 then I was greeted to a man and I said to him I’ve booked the room he said to me he did not know I was coming then give me a room with no heating or tv and the place was dirty

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Completely pathetic! They overbooked so we didn't technically have a room to go to and was stuck outside for an hour! Also did the bell numerous times and no one opened. Owner on the phone was unprofessional and didn't know what was happening in his own place. Was told to go find somewhere else last minute!

I arrived outside property.no body was there.Couple of ring bells and knock the door nobody reply me.Atleast 20 to 25 minutes wait outside in rain after that I got key.Service was very weak. Room cleaning also very weak.Toilets have not even heating.Very bad experience never back again.

Toilets have no heating.Not even hand wash facility.Room top window and toilet top window not even covered.In room and sitting room some rubbish there.when arrived there 20 minutes wait outside in rain.nobody was there. Not even towel facility there.As my request I received towel also even bad condition.I booked for two people.Due to some problem the other one missed.Thanks I also was discomfort zone
