Would recommend
We enjoyed the feeling of seclusion. It's on a road that isn't busy, but right off a main street that takes you to a bunch of cool stuff. The house decor was really cute! It felt like a home away from home.
Personally I'm not a fan of air. I like the windows being open. It got a little chilly if you didn't open the windows as the air was a little high. Not really many complaints.

Very quiet and cold. No no friendliness. Very different vibe.
It was very clean, very quiet
The ad busted private bathroom it was private for each user that was staying there. It was not your own private bathroom. It was very strange and different.

Exceeded my expectations - thank you!
Everything about it, honestly. It was so clean, quiet, and the area was safe. I'd absolutely stay here again if I'm in town! My favorite thing was the living room and kitchen area. It had absolutely everything I needed!
There were no three-pronged power outlets in the living room area. I had to plug in my computer charger to the wall in the kitchen, To overcome that, I recommend having some power strips available!

Overall, we were very happy with everything.
I rarely make good reviews, if ever at all, but this AirBnB blew me out of the water that I couldn't not leave one. We absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, and more importantly quiet. Most importantly, we did a thorough creepy camera check and with much relief came up empty. We checked vents, lights, electronics, bathrooms, windows, the whole package. This AirBnB values your privacy which is the bare minimum anyone could ask for. The bathroom was probably the highlight of our stay, as the showerhead was actually above my head and I didn't have to bend my head or croutch down at all (I'm 6'6), which is unusual for a bathroom, but obviously welcome. We stayed for a week in total, 8 days, 7 nights. The only "noises" we heard came from upstairs for maybe an hour a day and they were only soft footsteps. Amazing. I presume it was maintenance workers checking up on things. Possibly other guests as that was a seperate room. I know the area quite well so the location wasn't an issue for us. However, consider using your phone for directions because the nearest restaurant is about a 3-5 minute drive away, with Meijers and Wal-Mart being closer to 10. I-94 is thankfully about 5-6 minutes, though we didn't need that until after our stay. For only around $50 a night, having felt safe in Kalamazoo, which says a lot given the history of the greater Kalamazoo and Battle Creek Areas, this AirBnB was nothing less than an absolute steal. For reference, we rented the family room in the basement which takes up the entire basement. We did not use the upstairs kitchen as there was a microwave and fridge/freezer in the basement which was more than enough for us. As an added layer of protection, both the front and back have Ring Doorbells to monitor any suspicious activity. Lastly, the owners emailed us a coupon for 10% off if we ever visit the area again and you can believe we will absolutely be using it.
The Laundry room with the extra bed has a boiler in it, so if you are needing noise reduction, consider renting this room for two rather than three, as the double bed is in the commons area away from the noise. While the door from the outside was allowed to be locked, I didn't feel reassured that we weren't allowed to lock the door leading to the basement, as the owners said in the email that we weren't allowed to lock it, which was uncomfortable because any employee potentially could walk in unexpectedly with only garage access. That is something that even hotels don't do; the added reassurance a hotel provides is that you have a lock from the inside, so this was a bit unnerving for the first few nights. We weren't sure if the three seasons room was included in the package or not, so we didn't use it. Not a problem, just a miscommunication. I'd love some clarification about that.
