La cosa migliore è sicuramente la posizione eccezionale: vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni, il centro di Zurigo e l'aeroporto si raggiungono in una manciata di minuti. Ci sono anche molti tram e autobus, ma io ho preferito il treno perché consente spostamenti molto più rapidi. Inoltre dalla stazione di Oerlikon si può andare direttamente anche in altre città senza cambiare, ad esempio a San Gallo. Al contrario di altri viaggiatori, ho trovato la camera silenziosa, ma immagino che dipenda anche da dove è orientata rispetto alla stazione. Letto comodo, wi-fi ottima.
Bagno microscopico ed esterno alla camera, sebbene privato. Devo dire che questo era indicato all'atto della prenotazione, ma è comunque un po' scomodo se ad esempio si deve utilizzare di notte. Della cucina non ci sarebbe neanche da parlare: ancor più che microscopica, era lì giusto per dire che era un appartamento e non una camera d'albergo, ma poteva andar bene solo per scaldare un piatto nel microonde o per mettere un'insalata in frigo. La cucina consisteva in due piastre a induzione e un micro lavandino piazzati di fianco al letto. Sicuramente un aparthotel è altro, ne ho visti di molto meglio.

Top Lage direkt am Bahnhof Oerlikon. Küche mit kleiner, aber durchdachter Ausstattung in gutem Zustand. Bequemes Bett. Es gab immerhin einen Ventilator gegen die Hitze.
Fußboden war verschmutzt und es gab viele kleine Schäden an Möbeln und Wänden. Der Balkon wirkte wenig einladend und lag direkt an der lauten Hauptstraße, weshalb wir auch nachts die Fenster geschlossen lassen mussten, was angesichts der Hitze schade war. Spülmaschine machte wenig Sinn, da kein Geschirrspülmittel bereitgestellt wurde.

Preis vs. Leistung passt gar nicht. Habe ein grösseres Apartment gebucht. Kurzfristig kam die Meldung, dass dieses aufgrund Arbeiten nicht verfügbar sei. Als ich dort war habe ich von Arbeiten und Handwerkern nichts gesehen... Musste ein kleineres, verlebtes Apartment nehmen, Rabatt war marginal. Fazit, es gibt bessere Unterkünfte für das Geld, auch in Zürich.

Location very close to Oerlikon train station, with regular train connections to Zürich central station. The room is well equipped and clean. Check-in procedures straight-forward.
Very noisy room - it is right at a very noisy street crossing with lots of traffic, day and night, and the sound insulation of the windows is not sufficient. Despite ear plugs, it was not pleasant at all, and I would not stay there again.
The TV in my room didn’t work, and no service to fix it on the whole weekend. No response on the service phone line on saturday. Check out time is 10 am, and the cleaning lady was ringing my door bell at 10 am sharp. I find that too early - 11 am would be acceptable (with a check-in time at 3 pm as is now).

The Apartment was secured
No.46 Apartment was very difficult to find .. it took us 2 hours since the number 46 is not even written .. no change of towels for 3 days stay .. no Air Condition..

This apartment is excellent value for money. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was clean, spacious and comfortable. We each had a bedroom, a kitchen, and our own wardrobe. We also had a fan in each room to help with the heat at night. The duvets and pillows were very comfy, and the apartment is modern.
The bathroom was very clean and the shower was powerful - shampoo and conditioner was provided which was great! Note that the private bathroom (only you have access) is across the corridor from the apartment, however, you are provided with robes and we did not find it an issue.
The apartment is a few minutes walk from a tram stop which takes you to the airport (15 mins) and further into the city, while the train station is also a few minutes walk away too. There are also plenty of food shops nearby to stock up on food and drink. Check in process was easy.
For the price, we were extremely happy with our stay and would recommend this apartment for travel to Oerlikon/Zurich!
The apartment is on a main road making it quite loud, however, this is unavoidable in the city. The apartment is quite warm but the fan helps. There is also a kebab shop underneath the apartment which sometimes gives off a bit of a whiff - nothing major though.

The location is 2 minutes walk from Oerlikon station. Place was super clean. Bed is comfortable. All necessary equipment was provided for a short stay.
I didn't get the access code so that I had to call the customer service upon arrival. Didn't know the bathroom was outside the room (even though it was private bathroom).

A little bit difficult to find the apartment but overall it's a nice place. ❤️
