Welcome to The Waterfront #332! Located next to the Morningstar Marina, this spacious 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom top floor condo offers vast waterfront views for guests to enjoy both inside and outside.
Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

This spacious single level condo offers guests a beautifully appointed condo with hardwood floors, designer furnishings and the private balcony that can be accessed from the living room as well as the primary bedroom. The open concept living floor plan offers a kitchen with a large island, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a fully equipped kitchen.
The primary bedroom has an en suite bathroom with water views and an HD Smart TV. The two guest bedrooms also have their own bathrooms with HD Smart TV's.
The Waterfront community has a shared community pool, hot tub and a gas grill area for guest use.
Whether you are overnighting for a long weekend with your boat at the marina, or just want to experience waterfront living on St. Simons Island, Waterfront #332 is perfectly suited to meet all of your expectations!
Sanitation / Disinfection during COVID-19: Lilmar Properties has always been committed to providing our guests with condo rentals that are properly cleaned and sanitized. Starting May 1, 2020, we will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. All properties will be treated (on frequently touched items, such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, etc.) with a U.S. EPA approved disinfectant product that kills the COVID-19 after our regular housekeeping process is completed.

Clean, well stocked and decorated, wonderful communication leading up to and during the stay. Easy access; parking and elevators made it a great option for handicap access. The marsh views were amazing; we saw dolphins in the bay out our window! We loved having the coastal kitchen and coastal coffee in walking distance; we both cooked in the condo as well as grabbed delicious food at the restaurant. Great find!

Honestly the best condo I have ever stayed hands down. It was spacious and comfortable. The views are spectacular. The pictures don’t do this justice. It’s a perfect location to St. Simon’s, Brunswick, or Jekyll. I love the fact that the area wasn’t crowded at all. We had the pool to ourselves every time we went. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is better in person than the photos show. Loved coffee on the deck each morning. If you don’t mind a short drive to the beach and restaurants, this is an ideal place to stay.

We had such a peaceful time at this rental! This is truly one of the nicest places in which we have ever stayed! This was our second trip to this condo and we plan on coming back next summer. The furnishings are beautiful, are plenty of towels, and the kitchen has every dish and utensil you could ever need, which to a family who cooks for almost every meal is important! This is a large condo with three bedrooms, so the kids were able to spread out and separate when they needed space. Everything was super clean too! My favorite parts are the huge pool, awesome hot tub, beautiful view, and then the close proximity to the beach without being in the middle of a touristy area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this listing!

This property was amazing and exactly what the photos show! Great view of the marsh and river/Intercoastal Waterway. Lots of wildlife to watch from the balcony including birds, turtles, fish, and river otters! Will definitely be back!

The unit felt fresh and clean and was very well-equipped. There were many little perks - plenty of kleenex throughout, plenty of dishes - but also paper products and plastic cups, beach towels - and everything was neatly arranged. Sometimes the little things make a big difference. The view is lovely and peaceful! We enjoyed our stay.

The property was as advertised! Everything was beautifully updated and had all the comforts of home. Being only 5 minutes from shops and restaurants was a plus. We will definitely be returning for another visit.

Renting and getting into the unit was easy. I met my family there, and we were thrilled to find such a clean, beautifully decorated unit. And the water view was fantastic! We were very close to the pool that was also easy to access with the key fobs provided. The property is located next to a nice waterside restaurant with delicious local cuisine and cocktails. We had a great time and enjoyed drinking our coffee on the patio while watching the boats come in. I'll definitely book this one again!

This is a beautiful condo with a wonderful water view. The decor is cheery and makes you feel upbeat. The property is clean, with a nice pool area. It is so close to everything--beaches, shopping, eateries, and tourist destinations on St. Simon's Island are minutes away; Brunswick and Jekyll Island are short drives. Unfortunately, we had multiple negative issues. We were given the wrong entry code for the door keypad, and had to wait over an hour and a half in the sweltering heat to get someone to come get the door open. On the first day there, the automatic shade on the porch door broke closed and the motor would not stop whirring with an extremely annoying noise until the service person came to pull the battery pack. Since it was stuck closed, it obstructed a clear view of the water from the living room through that door for the entire stay. We also discovered the first day that the dryer was broken and it took until our last day there for management to get a belt to fix it. The dish washer made a horribly loud grinding noise, but at least it worked. Despite these problems, we really enjoyed our stay here and would come back.

Unit was very clean and well equipped with all of the necessities you will need. Property manager was very responsive to check-in questions as well as questions prior to check-in.

This property is absolutely beautiful! It overlooks a marina, and has an amazing view! It is a very peaceful condo. It felt like a million dollar condo, with the view, gated entrance, parking garage, and top notch furnishings. It was perfect for our family of five, with a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, four televisions, and three actual functional bathtubs. The pool and hot tub are amazing! The pool is only four feet deep, which we loved! The property is minutes from a ton of attractions, but still secluded enough being away from the more tourist areas. We will for sure be staying here again!

We very much enjoyed our stay. There was a little difficulty with communication on check in policies but once we got in touch with the host we were assisted and obtained entry into the lovely property. It was a great size with plenty of room for us all to spread out and I am pleased with the cleanliness and welcoming environment of the property. I would definitely stay here again.
