We came to the area to visit family and attend a birthday event. Unlike many tourists who come to visit the theme parks, we actually spent time in the condo. There is one sofa which seats 4 and that is if you squeeze in. So to say this place comfortably houses 8-9 is untrue. If we wanted to watch something together like a movie, we had to use the less than comfortable dining chairs so we could enjoy time together. The guest tub was so clogged with hair (disgusting actually) that it would not drain until we pulled it out with a hanger. I called the Mgmt Co, they offered to send the cleaners back but we declined as we had already cleaned out the drain and the hair that was stuck on the bottom of the chairs and barstools ourselves and did not wish to have strangers in the unit while we were vacationing. Doors were not wiped down and had black marks all over them and and all of the base boards and corners in the house were in need of a good scrub with a magic eraser to remove the dust and dirt that had been collecting for some time. The grout is dark from ground in dirt but you can see in low traffic areas that it should be light in color. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived. The management company did agree to refund the cleaning fee so that was an attempt to make things better. The chairs in the lanai are worn and deteriorated. This would not be a bad place for 4 people but is not really large enough for 8 if you plan to spend a good amount of time there.

Everything was just as described!! It was very spacious and clean! Check in was easy. Questions were answered quickly. Within walking distance of food and grocery stores was very helpful.

We stayed here for a volleyball tournament. It was very close to the convention center and had great access to the grocery store and some walkable restaurants. It was very handy for the odd hours one is forced to keep with travel sports. The place was clean and had most everything we needed. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning was limited to 73 degrees which is a bit too warm for me to sleep comfortably. However, we had other friends staying in another building at Vista Cay and they had the same restriction, so I assume it has something to do with the buildings, not with the host or this unit. Just something to be aware of if you are renting this during any of the hot months.

My three adult daughters and I came to visit Disney World for three days. We loved the property! It was roomy so we could have our own space. The room was stocked with all the necessity needed for our stay. It was great having a washer and dryer. Pool was wonderful after a day of traveling. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The beds were very comfortable. It was a quite neighbor with no traffic noise. I slept great. That is a rare occasion for me while on vacation. Will definitely keep this one on my favorites.

Property was perfect for our stay. New pool at Vista Cay opened while we were there which was wonderful. Pull out sofa in living room was a huge hit with my teens so much that they want me to find one for our house. Thank you so much for letting us rent your property. We had a great time!

Very nice location and stay! The kitchen could be stocked a bit better for cooking and the dishwasher is not mounted so it tips when you load it but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Everything was really great about this unit. Location was great. Neighborhood was perfect. The place was well kept and communication with the host was spot on. The one thing that we thought wasn’t great was how there was only one of everything such a dishwasher pods, paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. it just seemed overly cheap to not have at least one of each of these per day.

This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary dishes and appliances. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. The unit overlooks the parking lot. To our surprise there is an EV charger in front of the unit so we could easily charge our car. The owner provided all the information to enter the unit. There is a grocery store within walking distance. The convention center is a short drive away. Overall it was a great stay.

We love Vista Cay. It’s our third year going to escape our wintery home. This condo was the nicest one we stayed in. It was clean and had everything we needed. The new pool was near completion. We love the walking paths around the lake and it’s proximity to restaurants and activities. We can’t wait to go back.

Location is always perfect as we come for convention. Very light on supplies; barely a pan (and all scratched up), no tissues, no laundry soap, one dishwasher pod, no shower gel. However when called quickly brought the pods, and laundry soap. Towels very thin. Pillows thin. It would be nice with upgraded items.

We had a really nice stay! The condo is beautiful and clean, and the location is great! Quick two min walk to the closest pool (which they are adding on to!) as well as Publix/restaurants. Host was very responsive! We had an awesome stay and will definitely be back!

We loved how convenient it was for all the parks in Orlando. We had a lot of space for the entire family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Generally, we would stay there again.

The dishwasher is not secured to the counter top and falls out when pulling drawers out about got hurt the first time using it due to that. Towels were stained, so we purchased some of our own at Target. Teflon pans are scratched and are unsafe to use with damaged Teflon. On another note, but bottled water because the Florida water just tastes horrible and is very hard.

The Vista Cay property is perfect for families looking for both close proximity to all the major parks and area activities without the craziness. Perfectly situated with access to grocery store and other stores/restaurants within walking distance. Prefer a relaxing day? The on property pool or the clubhouse pool is a hop skip and jump away or enjoy the walking trail around the lake. The condo itself was perfect for our family of five and felt nearly like home.

I've stayed in this community before for business and knew the location was ideal for reaching Disney, Universal and I Drive. Bringing the family this time, we wanted the functionality of a full living and kitchen space and 3 bedrooms. The unit worked out perfectly in terms of comfort, cleanliness, style and ease of getting around. We spent a ton of a time in the parks and around town but having a reliable home base was awesome. We used the spacious pool space, the walking-distance Publix store (a lot). The Diner and NYPD Pizza were very solid food options we could walk to. The owners delivered the place as advertised and were responsive to all our needs. I would stay here again without hesitation. The condo community seems to only be improving the amenities, walking trails and overall creature comforts. To escape the chaos inside the parks, this is perfect balance of being close but having a buffer from the madness. It was a great stay in an updated unit that had everything we needed to feel at home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, condo was spacious, clean and exactly as listed it is close to all theme parks and restaurants. Beds was comfortable and kitchen had all we needed, the property is very safe and pools are amazing. Our only suggestion is to add more pool towels, there was only 4. Property manager was very prompt when we had a question. We would definitely stay again.
