The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

We visited The Betty over Labour Day for an end of summer MTB getaway with our fam of 5 and brother's fam of 3. Plenty of space to spread out and we spent lots of time in the pool, which was great. Check in directions were clear and concise, and everything worked as it should! House was very clean and comfortable, and plenty of cold air and hot water, even for 8 people! Beds and Pillows were comfy! Garage was great to store 10 bikes and work on them. Just up the hill from Coler, and downtown was close enough!! I would still rate a 5/5, but house could use a bit more supplies, especially TP (enough for 8) and more towels. We did use the washer, but it could use some service work as it didn't spin out all the way. In all though, I would book it again!

This property was close to everything! We booked to have pool access while visiting and loved the pool although the pool furniture needs to be updated and the yard needed to be mowed. We mentioned the yard situation when we checked in Friday but had no further communication or resolution until the night before check out when we had another issue. Management was not very responsive. The house was great and spacious with comfy beds …. But no place for all of us to eat a meal. The tables for 4 are in separate rooms. This property has a ton of potential with a few tweaks!

We had a small change in plans so we didn’t sleep here but did use the pool and it was really nice and clean.( and warm ) I would suggest updating the outdoor furniture. Overall nice.

Home provided what we needed for our stay. Bedroom for each person(5) pool was nice. Unfortunately for the price paid, inside could have been bit more refreshed and detail cleaned. Landscaping left much to be desired in pool area. Overall gave our family decent place to spend time in between our weekend commitments for family wedding.

This home was beautiful, spacious, and a great home close to my family. There was plenty of room for my family of 5 and my mom who traveled with us. The rooms were just as described and great sleeping space for everyone. There was a lot of space inside and outside for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked and that made it easier to cook while we stayed there. We enjoyed our time in this home and would recommend it to any families traveling to Bentonville.

The house was as advertised. There were a few things that would have been nice to have while staying there, like kitchen towels (not just paper towels) and a table big enough for more than 4 people to eat at. The outdoor space was nice and we enjoyed it. The house had laundry soap which was nice. It also had most everything you would need in a kitchen.

We chose this stay based on it having a pool and a king size bed. The pool was lovely, but the bed could have been more comfortable. Overall, it was definitely one of the better vacation rentals we have stayed in. It is in a great location and check in and check out is simple. It was very clean and I love the decor. The only other complaints is that getting hot water in the master shower was difficult and the back patio around the pool definitely needs to be weeded. Other than that, great stay!

Pros: The house was very clean and neat. It is very spacious and not cluttered with furniture and decor. The beds were comfortable. They did have board games and a foosball table. Yard was maintained and the garage was available, so plenty of parking. Great Location. Check in/out was easy and smooth. This was a perfect rental for our girls weekend. The outdoor area and the pool were nice features even though the pool is not heated. It was chilly the first night but the sun come out the 2nd day and warmed it up enough to use. Cons: The landscaping around the pool was overgrown and needed weeded. The fence was also broken and flapped in the wind. It was also missing extra toilet paper. We had 1 1/2 rolls for 7 people. Not a huge deal- we bought some.

This home was very nice, clean inside and was perfect for us. My only complaint would be that the yard needed mowed (like 2ft tall in the back), and the neighbor across the street is extremely rude ( like taking pictures of us when loading up to leave). We were not noisy AT ALL! But someone called in a noise complaint. If you call grilling hamburgers outside and talking adults, then I guess maybe. Other than that, I would highly recommend this property! We would definitely stay in this property again if there is a need.

Stayed here for Oztrails race weekend. Perfect place to stay for bike race. Rode to town and starting line. Very clean and orderly and well thought out for the renter for easy access. Would stay here again.

This is by far my favorite of all vacation rentals we've ever stayed in. My son in law said it made up for the bad ones! The pool was great. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was equipped with pretty dishware that was melamine (a huge plus with kids!). Beautiful house Beautiful area. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay and did lots of biking / hiking. Quick ride to coler bike preserve. Only downside was some of the trail was closed. You can also get to the north Bentonville trail from here without having to cross major streets which was nice with kids. We really enjoyed the pool which was the perfect temperature! Lots of great food options nearby and we were able to eat on alot of great patios!

The house was very neat and clean and in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The pool was an absolute hit! We wish there had been a table that sat more than 4, but we made do. The owners were amazing and helpful. We would definitely recommend this property to a family looking for a getaway!
