There was a bed for everyone, no one felt cramped. The pool was so nice! Our only complaint was that the propane was out on the table top fire pit. Other than that everything was wonderful and check out is so easy.

Property owner: Responsive, supportive, cares about your experience
Location: .5/1m or so away from hot trail entries (Coler and SlaughterPen). Perfect for getting warmed up. Nice quiet neighborhood. Not far away from anything you need to get to or order from.
House: Revamped house with care in the right spots. We loved the pool. Especially in August :) When the owners do little things like extra coffee, toilet paper, qtips... they care.
When we get to go back to Bentonville for biking, we'll be looking for availability here first.
Molly, thanks for stay <3

We were visiting for a 7 day competition. Coming home in the evening to such a quiet retreat for a nice shower and a meal was a blessing. It is our 2nd time renting this property and we will be back.

Property was good. The outside patio was awesome. However the furniture in the living room lacks. Springs are bad in the sectional. All in all though a nice property.

Our stay was amazing! We were in Bentonville celebrating our bride to be. The town was perfect and the home was even better! The space, decor, and pool made it all the better. However, our weekend changed when the house went though some damage due to a tornado. The house manager and property owned made the tragic turn of events run smoothly because of their excellent communication with me, the girls, the clean up crew, and neighbors. I do not know what we would have done without them. Despite the craziness it was such a fun weekend! Definitely not one that will be forgotten!!!

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from UARK. We loved the property and would stay again. It was centrally located close to stores and the highway yet quiet. We enjoyed the patio.

Saddle up was the perfect place for a girls weekend by the pool. The house had a super cute atmosphere, and had everything we needed. Molly and Tara were fantastic hosts. Both Molly and Tara were super helpful and welcoming!! Would definitely recommend staying at saddle up!!

Group of 5 long time friends now scattered across the country got together for a long weekend of riding and catching up. Great location. Less than 1.5 miles to Coler, All American & Park Springs. Weather was a little cool so we didn’t use the pool but it looks great. Plenty of outdoor space to relax.

This residence was outstanding. Met all our needs. Clean and well kept including pool and yard. Great communication with host Molly. Minutes from downtown Bentonville, grocery, and nearby hiking trails.

Great spot for riding vacation in Bentonville.

We had a great stay at Tara's property with good communication from her team. It was a perfect location for our family to be able to bike to trails at Coler Preserve and Slaughter Pen. The house accommodated our family perfectly with room to spare! Everyone had space to spread out. Having a washer and dryer (and bike cleaning station) available was perfect since there was some cold rainy weather and we came back muddy from the trails one day. It was our first time to Bentonville but we will definitely look into staying at this property again especially when it is warm enough to use the pool and outdoor space. Thanks for hosting a great place to stay.

Convenient location - able to ride to trails. Fenced yard good for our dog. Not fancy but well maintained.
Good weather for the trip. Temps fluctuated a bit. Sadly not pool weather. Back porch nice to hang out.

Unfortunately, the weather didn't cooperate for all our mt. biking plans....however, we were able to explore a few trails, coffee shops, lovely eateries, and the museum mostly based on the host's recommendation. We are excited to come back when the weather is better suited for outdoor activities. The house was just as pictured and as a fellow STR host, I was impressed by the cleanliness, presentation and amenities! We will be back!

This house had exactly what we needed for a variety of ages & preferences. (4 adults, 2 teens & 3 under 10)…super close for the guys to ride to trails while the younger kids got to swim in the amazing pool & the moms got to go to Crystal bridges! Beds were comfortable so we could rest hard to play hard. Kitchen was well stocked & the outdoor space is glorious! Communication was quick with the owner who allowed us to check in early! We’d definitely come back!

The house was awesome!
Older house that has been updated and had a great layout to accommodate the family.
We came to town for spring break and didn’t realize what a great location it was until we went to ride some of the trails. Trails are literally right down the street.
We rode Coler (Esther’s Loop) as well as North Bentonville Trail, both were great and close by.
Old downtown Bentonville is a bike ride away too. Enjoyed the house!
