Welcome to my cozy inviting home and to the Ocean State! From the centrally located location, your entire group will enjoy easy access to many local attractions. You are less than 10 minutes away from downtown Providence, Federal Hill, Thayer St, Brown University, RISD and Johnson & Wales University. You will have everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay, at my house and the best part is that you are surrounded by great restaurants and bakeries! My husband & I reserved this property to stay with our son, daughter in law and our 2 toddler aged grands for a few days to celebrate with local family. The house was lovely and met all of our needs. It had a good amount of baby equipment including 2 pack & plays, a high chair, toddler kitchenware and some books and games.. Maria and Drew were both amazing & very responsive. From the first questions we had, to the few issues we noted, to the end of our stay, they went over and above. Their replies were timely and satisfactory. They even made sure some items we left there were laundered and back to us asap! The special treat in the refrigerator was amazing and our gender reveal in the backyard was perfect! We truly appreciated this property and these hosts and would not hesitate to stay again!

We had a very nice stay in Providence. It was great working with the hosts. My family and I have not vacationed in years and this was our 1st VRBO stay. There was a thoughtful, yummy treat in the refrigerator waiting for us when we arrived! Communication was on point!

This home is beautiful. It’s well kept, updated, cozy and clean. There is a great outdoor space that’s private and comfortable. The hosts were gracious and responsive. Overall a great vacation experience!

We chose this property for its central location amid various vacation destinations. We were mostly just there to sleep and shower and it met our needs very well. Can't speak too much to the kitchen, but it appeared to have everything you might need. Communication was prompt from the property owner/manager. We did have a communication issue which caused some confusion, but it was really one of those things that was no one's fault. We enjoyed our stay and could not have reasonably expected better. There was a lovely treat in the refrigerator on our arrival that we enjoyed very much.

The house was close to everything in Providence. It was a cute single family with an open layout downstairs that worked well for our “girls trip.” The LR had lots of comfy furniture and the kitchen was very well stocked. It even had spices. It was very clean and the owners were super responsive. We had a minor bathroom issue and Drew came over immediately and took care of it. Also, the owners left a little surprise for us in the fridge that was thoughtful and set a good tone for the stay. I highly recommend this property and these owners.

This house was perfect for our group, 6 adults total. House was well stocked and the host included so many extra comforts that made it feel so much like home. The kitchen was well stocked and we grilled and made lobster one night. Communication with the hosts were timely. Definitely staying here next time we come to providence.

From the moment we walked in the door to the moment we left, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything was lovely. Comfy beds, great coffee, a tasty surprise treat from a local bakery, and a terrific layout. The home was very clean and smelled great! The managers could not have been nicer and were incredibly helpful responding to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!

We were very happy with everything the house had to offer! Great communication with hosts made our stay very enjoyable. The house was very clean, nice upgraded amenities, very comfortable beds. We loved the coffe and espresso machine and upon arrival we had a pizza bread treat for us to enjoy. We will absolutely return to this lovely property!

We had a really fun couple of days for 6ppl! Very roomy and comfortable Outdoor space is perfect Owners are so easy to communicate with and kind… left us some amazing pizza from a local bakery and extra toiletries which was a special appreciated touch!

Our stay here could not have been nicer; Maria and Drew are excellent hosts! They encouraged us to call with any questions or concerns and I was happy to find there was no need. This being our first experience with Vrbo, Maria was very patient and helpful answering all of my many initial questions - and I rarely had to wait more than five minutes for a reply. On the day of arrival we were welcomed with an email that included check-in information along with Rhode Island pizza strips (to taste a local treat.) They kindly were able to arrange for our requested earlier check-in which made it so much easier for us as we traveled from two distant and different directions. The inside is as nice as the photos show. Beds were comfortable and each bathroom had a basket with men’s and women’s toiletries and essentials. The indoor gas fireplace was a nice surprise; outside, the fire pit and lighting created a very inviting and comfortable space to spend our evening time. We left with a very positive impression of Vrbo and I recommend this truly “Cozy Home in Providence.

Home was flawless, incredibly clean and hostess was very attentive. Coffee drinkers rejoice! Home has a fully stocked Keurig and Nespresso machines. The rain prevented us from enjoying the outdoor space but it was very inviting. Also, for those needing a Tesla super charger, one was located about a mile away. Would definitely stay again if back in Providence.

This VRBO may be one the of the best we've stayed, and we've stayed at quite a few! Great location close to everything. Fully stocked kitchen made it possible to cook breakfast before we went out on our daily adventures. Note that all bedrooms are located on the second floor. Property manager was very responsive! We would certainly not hesitate to stay again!

Host Maria and property manager Drew went above and beyond to cater to our stay and make sure we had everything we needed even bringing us two bags of ice for free! When the ice cube trays weren't cold yet! .. that's above and beyond to get service like that! The place was amazing hands down the beds were great the place was so clean everything was quiet all the way down to the coffee maker and espresso machine everything was just so good we can't stress enough if you're looking for a place to stay in Rhode Island near the convention center this is the state for you do not hesitate to book with a top notch superb host! Will stay there again in a heartbeat! Try them for yourself!
