Very good location only 5 minutes walking to the high street. Easy parking in the street. Spacious clean room. Very good facilities in the room and in the house.
The drains in the bathroom were very smelly and the smell permeated the room.
The mattress was uncomfortable and didn’t allow for a restful night.

Laura is very warm and welcoming.
We had the entire house to ourselves. Kitchen is well equipped and the rooms are charming.
The view to the Tor from the Loft Room is amazing!

The location was excellent, an easy walk into town. The room itself was private and quiet and it was well furnished and very comfortable. I appreciated the offerings provided for breakfast. A very sweet setting with the garden and pond. I also appreciated the quick response from the owner when the wifi wasn't working and she organised for me to have the iron and ironing board to use during my stay.
I found it a bit tricky to find at first as it is down a lane which was hard to negotiate not being paved, with my very heavy suitcase. It was much easier to use the front door of the house to come and go instead of using the gate in the lane, particularly at night when there was no lighting in the lane.

Great location to explore Glastonburry, comfy beds, room is spacious
A few issues to check in, nothing too bad

Okay
I think that it could be important to have someone to welcome you and be there on spot at least a coupe of hours each day !

A beautiful stay! Very cozy little shed and lovely outdoor area.
Only thing I found was that the lack of blinds in the living area of the studio meant that you woke up quite early! Would recommend an eye mask if you're sensitive to light.

Great location, Cute house, nice facilities, quiet, separated fridge space for different guests, drinkable water in room, unique, check in/out directions were clear, coffee and teas provided
No host to greet or send off, No good information about transportation to/from local train station, restroom/bathroom situation was not made entirely clear (how many people used/had access to which facilities on the property), no way to see what room accommodations would be before arrival/choose from available options

Good wifi. Large spacious room. Good location.
No TV in the room. Had to share the toilet and bathroom with others. No breakfast served. Bedrooms not serviced. Basically no staff present (none on arrival or leaving). The bed was up against the wall - so no bedside table on that side. It had the feel of student digs or hostel.

The bed and pillows were comfortable
I had to scrabble on the ground to get the key from the key lock, there was considerable noise as my room was beside the front door with doors banging and people talking outside my room. The private bathroom was through the public kitchen and lounge and was clearly being used by others. When I flagged this up to the host and did not receive a professional response.

The bedroom was spacious and gorgeous, the whole house felt very cozy and welcoming, and there was a great outdoor space for relaxing or having a meal. It was quiet and Laura was good about communication.
During out stay we didn't get towels even after we'd been told we would get some the next day, as the housekeeper didn't seem to be in for the 2 days we stayed.
3.5
Breakfast was not provided, though there was tea, coffee and cereal to help yourself to. I liked the relaxed feel of the property and it was good to have access to the kitchen. other guests were friendly. The Lily Pad apartment looked great and i would definitely like to stay there if there is a next time.
Whilst the garden room was comfortable and as photographed, i didn't feel private as floor to ceiling glass overlooking a communal garden/ eating/smoking area. I had to be in the room with all the curtains closed. Access through the back was poor and i did not want to use it at night as the back lane did not feel safe.

The location was great and the BNB made a good base for our trip. Our room was good with a comfy bed and plenty of space. The kitchen and communal spaces were nice and we were able to park on the road outside, which was helpful.
Walking through the communal kitchen to get to the shower room wasn't ideal - luckily there weren't many guests there at the time so no awkward conversations in my towel! I think there are ensuite rooms so might go for one of those if I stayed again.

Lovely accommodation, whole house was really clean, the communal areas are lovely, lots of space and chairs, kitchen well stocked plates, cups, pots and pans ect. Bedrooms are large. Other visitors were really friendly. Breakfast cereals were a blessing before a busy day, short walk to high street. Parking was surprisingly easy along road. Info before we arrived was very good. We are looking forward to staying again, and will definitely recommend to my friends.
nothing everything was good.

Good location and good vibe
Improvements can be made to specify the room clearer as it takes some time to figure out the correct room I have booked

We liked the location and the house was exceptional with all the facilities there was nothing more that we could have.

Rude, unacceptable behaviour over the phone by the owner laura ,no information on where and what my room was called, not on my booking or any correspondence in messages. Complete confusion and had also been told by other people that were at the accommodation, mother and daughter from Brazil, and a couple, I spoken to they also did not have any clear instructions on what their allocated room was and had to go to every single room looking for a key outside not knowing who's room was whos and after hours of travelling! I was settled in the room that had the ONLY key outside in the door, wich was the only instructions I had to check every single room in the property, which in itself is completely unacceptable and was unnecessary, after settling into my room two hours later after being into lovely Glastonbury Town. I get a phone call off Laura asking me if I had checked in and what room I was in, after being told aggressively I was in the wrong room and I needed go get out ASAP into the green room which I had no knowledge of whatsoever that was my actual room, I was left humiliated , upset and caused me to have a panic attack and lot of upheaval trying to get all my things repacked to move rooms, and even after explaining to Laura that I had ZERO INSTRUCTIONS on what was my allocated room and I was following the only instructions I had I was still spoken to very rudely with no apology for her tone over the phone I was apologising when I shouldn't of been due to how upset I was and awful I felt for the two lovely women who couldn't get into there accommodation due to the complete lack of clear instructions in the corresponding between myself and Laura not telling me what room was mine and me having there room and not being able to get into it due to Me having the key, after the phone call ended I realised how unhappy I was and just how utterly ridiculous and unprofessional the whole thing was. This very much spoiled my stay at this property.

Great location. Super comfy bed . Lovely garden room with great accessories . Very friendly host . Would highly recommend
Too many keys for me! I managed to lose my keys then found them !
Would be easier if gate lock was a push button entry rather than so many keys

I liked it very much. Cozy, warm. Quiet and peaceful place. Very high quality services. Care and attention of the hostess Laura. And most importantly, the atmosphere. The house feels like everything was created with love.

Everything : the location, the house, the room, the heated floor in the bathroom, the owner.
If anything : the average aspect of the street.

It is a beautiful vintage house with nice touches. It is conveniently close to the center. Laura is very helpful if there is anything the miss. Beds are good and the house was nice warm. There is a full kitchen to use, living room and dining room. 1 of the best B&B we've ever been to. We will come back in the future.
