I recently stayed at this beautiful Vrbo house for a family vacation, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We loved the fully equipped kitchen, the cozy living room, and the comfortable beds in each room. The outdoor space was a highlight, with a lovely patio and private pool with a hot tub. The location was perfect—close to local shops, restaurants, and just a short drive to Disney. We enjoyed exploring the area and coming back to this peaceful retreat. The host was incredibly accommodating and responsive, providing clear instructions and helpful tips for our stay. His attention to detail made us feel truly welcome. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we created wonderful memories here. I highly recommend this Vrbo house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Well kept property that was the perfect location for family and friends to have their own space and bathroom. Quiet resort. We discovered the back route to avoid the busy highway and were in and out of Disney parks in under 20 minutes. Chris was great to work with. Previous guests had damaged couple things and he was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at his properties.

The house was clean and ready with essentials upon arrival. The property owner was very communicative, advised me of things to be aware of in the house and was responsive to any questions. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and concise. This was one of the nicer houses we’ve stayed in at Margaritaville, would def stay again!

Christian forgot to heat the pool on time...but corrected that. Towels were an issue (<1 per guest) but he also corrected that issue. A towel rack & TP holder were off the walls but we were able to work around that. Notice 1/2 of the bedrooms require 34 steps for those with bad knees. Most every kitchen item needed was provided, including a blender! We left functional floats for the pool, others were moldy & punctured.

Everything was PERFECT!! Chris was so easy to work with and answered all my pre-trip questions promptly. It was great for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked; every pan, measuring cup or pot I needed was covered. The house was very clean and it was so nice to have a washer and dryer. We left trying to figure out when we could come back and stay at the house again 😊

We stayed at this beautiful property just 20 minutes from the Magic Kingdom. The community is beautiful and so is the house/cottage. Everything in the unit is updated and the layout is perfect for families. We brought our adult children, so each of us having our own bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The pool and spa are great after a long day at the park. Unfortunately the spa never heated up enough (apparently it stops at 110 degrees), however, it felt like it was in the 90's at the highest. That was a bit of a bummer, as we were all excited about relaxing in the spa. Our host was very responsive and we got all the information in advance. Everything was generally perfect except I felt that the house could have be cleaner. We noticed that our bathrooms especially needed attention. I think there could be better attention to detail. Also, bath towels were at a minimum. They do provide, but quality was low and if you're looking for wash cloths there isn't many. I thought this was the perfect solution for our family who didn't want the craziness of a Disney Resort plus the high price tags that comes along with it. We had all the comforts of a home, in close proximity to the parks, and the flexibility to do things on our own time.

The four bed/four bath property made getting ready and out the door quick and easy. The longest it took us to get to Disney parks, even during the Christmas season, was 20 minutes which helped us maximize our stay. Make sure to pick up cleaning supplies as there were no paper towels, only two dishwasher tablets, and nothing with which to sanitize kitchen counters. The kitchen itself was nicely appointed with plenty of pots and pans as well as dishes and glasses and a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker. If you have pet allergies, you may want to steer clear as the floor was covered in pet hair. Otherwise, the property is quite charming.

Wonderful house, loved the pool and the hot tub. Location is great. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes. Chris was easy to communicate with. Our only issue was that the refrigerator was not well cleaned out, and laundry was still in dryer when we arrived. Note that you will need to buy some necessary items such as soap for the shower, paper towels for the kitchen, etc. We also bought a few more blankets as the blankets provided are very thin. Other than those details, we would stay here again!

As four longtime friends who love a great girl’s trip & birthday celebration thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful location. It was spacious & the en suites are worthy of a five star rating hands down. Did I mention the relaxing hot tub??? We collectively agreed we will ONLY stay here on our return visit to Disney. GREAT value for the price & amenities. Our host was extremely communicative and made our stay enjoyable.

Exceptionally clean property with all the amenities needed. Pool was beautiful with floaties to use. Liked the shuttle that brought you around the property. We just wish we had access to the main pool as we wanted to use it and weren't granted entry.

This property was absolutely perfect for our ladies group of 8. The cottage is exactly as pictured! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom which is a tremendous convenience and luxury. The kitchen is exceptionally well appointed with every imaginable kitchen tool and gadget. While the location is very close to supermarkets and restaurants, our group chose to just enjoy the house and outdoor pool. This being said, not having to run out for a needed kitchen item was a huge convenience. The property owner was extremely responsive and attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was as pictured and the host was very attentive and responsive to all communication. The house was perfect for a family of five and the pool area was just as relaxing. The community is great , close to everything, easy to park and pet friendly. Thank you! Would definitely rent again! Quick long weekend trip was not long enough!

We are a family of five that included my husband and three adult children. The property was clean as could be and so spacious. We absolutely loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. We were visiting Universal and wanted early starts. Everyone having their own bathroom made getting out the door so easy. The pool is not big, but enjoyable. You would not think a hot tub in July in Florida would be worth it. But, after visiting the parks all day we enjoyed the hot tub so much. There were some puzzles and games there and our family had a fun time putting together a Star Wars puzzle, made for a great memory. Only thing I would add is that we did make ribs there and there were not any cleaning supplies. We bought some, but we live in Florida and could take those home with us. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Just got home from a week at this house, everything about the stay was fantastic! Having the pool in the backyard was so nice, we used it a lot! House stocked with everything you would need for a vacation and is within 10 mins of all Disney parks! Highly recommend this property and Christian does a great job of communicating. Thanks for a great week!

The property was very clean and very much updated. There were seven of us in the house, three adults four kids aged 4 to 11. We loved the pool and the hot tub all to ourselves. The location within Margaritaville is awesome. We loved the the main resort pool as well as the H20 waterpark and sunset walk. Sitting at night letting kids run the closed off street, while we were listening to music. The house had everything we needed in it, fully stocked kitchen. The full kitchen was awesome to get the kids breakfast sometimes lunch and a snack before dinner were huge positives to saving us some big money over eating in the parks. The laundry was also a big savior, there was even a few laundry detergent pods left for us. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will recomend to others.
