No parking available on site. It would be useful to be given parking options in writing as we arrived late.

Room was spacious and generally clean however they used some sort of odour masking application to the carpets which was over powering as you couldn't open the windows. Fortunately the room in which we stayed had a balcony so we could vent the smell. Bed was comfortable and the room well appointed
Parking was a joke, with limited parking onsite and the offsite parking about a 1km walk. Staff were hit and miss. Some were fantastic, Simon you were great, and others were perfunctory at best whilst some were downright rude. Meal at the hotel restaurant was unpleasant with rude staff. There were five tables of diners for breakfast when we visited and two of the tables had their meals either forgotten, the couple then had to argue with the staff and show a receipt to get the missing meal. or sent the meal back for being substandard. That is 40 percent failure rate. It was so bad we didn't visit the rest of our stay.

Cheapish
Location not near anything, industrial zone looking area. Basic facilities no restaurant - basic cafe
4.5
The restaurant downstairs was fantastic and the staff so friendly and knowledgeable.
A microwave in rooms and a fridge with freezer would be better.

The hotel was new, exceptionally clean, easy to access. Filtered water fountain on each floor. Room had a decent amount of room. Bathrooms were clean and the soap/shampoo etc was quite nice (mounted to the wall so out of the way). Cafe on lower floor but we didn't need - would be good for business travel.
Car parks were quite small (we have a Navarra) but managed to get in.

Very clean and new building
Not a very good booking process I’d had already paid in full for the booking then was contacted afterwards for a $200 deposit and more details which I think is pretty stupid
Also if you are going to ask for deposit you should make it clearer before I’d already paid and booked the room
4.5
Modern and clean
Staff were not very accommodating to my needs given I had surgery and had small requests only

New, very very clean and comfortable.
Limited parking on site

Hotel rooms are fine as such
Breakfast is very limited. Hope you like eggs or muesli. When you prepay for breakfast that just gives a tab to work from. When we booked it had breakfast for $25.00 per person. Order the big breakfast at $32.00 and they will adding to your bill. And Juice and coffee is extra again. You have been warned. Location suits the Uni and the technical hub well. Not a place for small kids

Very comfortable beds. Modern, stylish hotel
Not much around (industrial area) and the restaurant/ cafe only open restricted hours

Outstanding, so good I would like to keep it a secret.
Quiet, my room is the best I’ve ever experienced in Adelaide. 6 star ******. Very spacious, elegant, modern and new. Bathroom and shower was so good that I had to shower three times a day.

The room, staff, atmosphere, dining area and shower!
Only thing that was difficult would be parking, but it was a very minor inconvenience! (Maybe cutlery utensils in the rooms)

Location
The room was pretty bare. Absolutely nothing in the fridge bar a small carton uht milk. Very little tea coffee no biscuits. When we spoke to staff they said they didn't know what was meant to be there. There wasn't a information folder, pen & paper. Nothing. Never been in a motel room like it.

It’s new and clean
On our floor there was someone in a few rooms down that must of been having an argument. This woke us up at 2am. We went to look outside in the hallway around 3am and there were 3 police at there room. This was quite scarey.

Room was nice, staff were accommodating & polite. Price was reasonable.
Location. Soundproofing not great, there were a dozen cars zooming around from 8am Sunday morning. The accommodation was stated as an apartment, yet there was no toaster or proper fridge/freezer. Parking was poor.

It is a new hotel so everything is nice and fresh.
The location is too far from absolutely anything accept for the hospital. It is a newly built area probably in another 3-5yrs the area will have better amenities in the area. The cafe in the reception area is really cashing in on it's prices knowing there is nothing around unless you drive somewhere or catch a bus. The reception staff called me at 1.00pm to pressure me for a time of when I would arrive I found this very unprofessional. They need to sort out a better customer experience for checking in. If you are going to take ppls money then offer a reasonable staffed reception desk. The room I had, had a door to a sml balcony the door did not lock and was not flush to the floor and it was windy so there was a constant whistle sound coming through the room and the door popped open a couple of times from the wind.

Did not have breakfast
Bar was not open on the weekend. We used the Tonsley hotel for meals, however it will be demolished in December so unless another eating place opens we may not stay there again.

It’s modern and new.
The worse mattresses I slept. It was extremely soft at the point you can feel the coils. The pillows were very bad quality!
