When you arrive, you'll be greeted by the cutest beach house, a large second-story deck offering you and your family views of PCB's white sandy beach and sparkling emerald water.

**Property Overview**
This modern, open concept home is the ideal space for families and friends to come together and enjoy each other's company. With the main living area located on the bottom floor, all the common rooms are furnished to ensure that your group can comfortably spread out, view the wall-mounted HDTV w/WiFi to catch up on your favorite binge-worthy show or plan a movie night in. Decorated with a nautical flair, even when you're spending time inside you'll be surrounded by easy-breezy Floridian beach vibes.

Located upstairs, you'll find another small living area. It's a perfect space for sending the kids to watch some of their favorite shows on the additional SmartTV or occupy themselves with activities while the adults have a little “me time.”

Additionally, there's a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and all the linens and towels you'll need during your stay.
Get ready to be inspired to create some culinary magic in the large, immaculate kitchen. You'll love all the counter space available for laying out dishes, with seating for up to 6 people at the oversized kitchen bar. Not to mention, this kitchen comes completely equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the cutlery and dishes you need to serve up a feast.

If you're looking for a sit-down dinner indoors, there's also a dining area with a size-able dining table that seats up to 8 guests. Combine that with the 6 seats at the bar, and you're able to have a full scale sit down meal with the whole family.

**Sleeping Arrangements**

Main Floor- Guest Bedroom #1: King-size bed with pool views and a full private bathroom.

Second Floor- Primary Suite: King size bed, with a spacious bathroom that boasts a double vanity and a large walk-in shower. You'll also have unobstructed views of the beach with a private entrance to your own fully furnished deck. It's the perfect spot for sitting with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise or a nightcap as the sun sets.

Guest Bedroom #2: Queen size bed, shares the full hallway bathroom.

Guest Bedroom #3: Full bunk over a full size bed with a full trundle bed(limit of 100 pounds), with pool views and shares the full hallway bathroom.

Bunk Alcove: Sure to be a favorite with the kids, this sweet little space has a twin over twin bunk bed (limit of 100 pounds).

Upstairs Living Room: A cozy room with a pull-out full-size sleeper sofa and a wall-mounted flat-screen tv.

Loved the house, the size and the location were all wonderful! The pool was amazing, big, warm, and so much nice outside space. Just a couple issues, the back bypass for the alarm doesn't work so it goes off every time you go in the house. Despite sending someone out to look at it, it still didn't work. You just have to use the inside bypass which still has the alarm go off until you can stop it. Also the freezer space was extremely limited due to no large drawer, made it difficult to get groceries for the whole trip. Overall we had an excellent time!

Awesome large pool, so close to the beach, used the porch & balcony every day, felt safe for long walks on & off the beach, public pickleball nearby. Can’t ask for anything more!

The house was absolutely beautiful! It was well maintained. The pool is a LOT bigger than we thought it would be. The “walk” to the beach is more of just crossing a road - that has little to no car traffic. The area of the beach across from the house is far less busy which makes it nice to have the extra space on the beach for the family. Check in and check out was the easiest I have had in all my Panama stays. I would absolutely recommend this house and plan to rent again.

Beautiful house, great location just steps from the beach :) Everything you could want in a home away from home. The pool was amazing , kids loved swimming at night as well with the beautiful lights . We had a great time 4 generations enjoying a family vacation. Thank you for the great memories !

This home is beautiful and very well kept! Looks exactly like the pictures. It has everything you need. The pool is amazing and even bigger than it looks in the picture. The short walk to the beach is perfect! Also this end of the beach is very quiet and not busy. It was almost like having a private beach. Our family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay!

This home is lovely and felt like walking into a new house with all new appliances. No clutter. Spacious open floor plan living/kitchen area for family gathering with great lighting as well as lots of windows for natural light. Bedrooms are very roomy with large closets and a TV in every room, nice baths as well. We absolutely loved the house. The back yard patio had a shower which was so convenient to rinse off after a day at the beach before a dip in the pool. The location is awesome, away from the busy high rise hotels down the road, but close enough to shopping and restaurants to get everywhere on our golf cart. This made it so nice to watch the Ironman Race which was the reason for our Florida vacation in November. And a very short walk to the beach. The property managers were available if we needed and kept in touch by text messages, but actually everything was perfect so we never had to call. The only thing I suggest is more lights outside near the pool for evening swims. I much prefer a house to a high rise condo or hotel - you walk out your door and you are right there - no waiting on an elevator, no hauling groceries or pool toys or luggage up and down and no parking issues. And the cost is the same or even less. I would stay here again any time. Definitely A+

My friends and I had a great time at this home. He was roomy, clean and the kitchen came with a lot of dishes for cooking and eating at the home. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. Would note the bunk beds are really made for kids verse adults as there is a small amount of clearance between the bottom of the top bunk compared to the top of the bottom bunk. The home is located very close to the beach, either a short drive or walk. It is located centrally to stores.

From the time I reserved the home until I left, the process was great!! The home is exactly as pictured. There was enough space in the home that we were not running into each other. The beach, eateries and shops were all in walking distance. I have nothing bad to say about this home or the process
