Oakhurst in Lustleigh, Devon, sleeps nine guests in five bedrooms.
The living areas in this property consist of a kitchen/diner with a woodburning stove, AGA, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, tumble dryer and a sitting room with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double bedroom with sofa and a Super king bedroom both on the lower ground floor, a Kingsize plus small single bedrooms with shared access to ensuite shower room on the first floor, and a top floor twin with en-suite. There is one family bathroom on the ground floor. Outside there is a fenced front garden with patio, and terrace and off-road parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (£25 per dog), but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop and a 15th century pub called The Cleave within 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Oakhurst is a wonderful base for a group break to Devon. Note: There is a sloped ceiling in the twin bedroom. Note. Lustleigh has small lanes, and the property is accessed from a road with a 6ft 6 maximum width restriction. Note: The dishwasher is currently not in use at Oakhurst: a new machine is on order and the property description will be updated once the new machine is in place.

Take a stroll through the picturesque village, which features charming churches, traditional thatched cottages, lush green woodlands, and the Primrose Tea Rooms, where you can unwind with a cup of tea and some delectable homemade treats after a strenuous hike. You'll also come across The Cleave Pub, one of the best pubs in Dartmoor National Park, and the Orchard, where yearly events are held. If you can drag yourself away from the village, Cleave is a steep hill that is close by and provides breath-taking views of Lustleigh and the surrounding Dartmoor region. The chance to tour "the prettiest settlement in Dartmoor" will excite visitors.
